When we gave Plantation Room the green light to erect our carport, we expected them to deliver a well-built, utilitarian covering for our parking pad. What we didn't anticipate was the transformation the covering brought to the overall appearance of our home. In a word, the structure the team put up is outstanding. The members of the Plantation Room team were conscientious, courteous, took great pride in their work, cleaned up thoroughly when they finished, and left us a beautiful carport. When I realized I needed work done to my roof, my anxiety skyrocketed and I scrambled trying to figure out where to even start and who to contact. A friend of ours recommended The Plantation Room and I decided to give them a call first. Making the call to them was so much easier than I expected, they were extremely easy to get a hold of, and incredibly easy to talk to which made the whole process such a great experience. Even with the bad weather we were getting off and on throughout the week, Tyreese was at my house within a day or two. From that point he helped me out pretty much every step of the way, to even being there on the date my insurance adjuster showed up and was on the roof with him.

I ended up getting a new roof, and getting new gutters. Both of which were completed in one day which was incredible. The longest part of the whole ordeal was waiting on the insurance themselves. Which was the next part of the process that Molly made easy on me because she helped walk me through the entirety of that process and has stayed in contact with me the whole way through.

Cannot recommend them enough, and I plan to use them for any and all other projects in the future. If you are needing contract work done, do yourself a favor, make your situation easier, and give them a call!

I cannot recommend this company enough!

I’ve had the unfortunate luck of multiple homeowner claims. I used another company my first claim, and that experience filled me with fear and frustration when we had a recent leak in our roof.

Molly spoke with me on the phone and assured me they would handle everything to make it as stress free as possible. I still reached out to a few people, who all came out quickly, but the leak was in a hard to reach area of our attic. Ty Cox, from the Plantation Room, was the only one to get back in the small space and really have an accurate, educated summary for us. As well as a “ballpark” estimate from day one. He did the immediate repairs himself before the next rain, staying til 9pm to make sure it was done correctly (it was more extensive than obvious from the surface).

From there the company handled everything with my insurance and made sure all storm damage was repaired. I never had a single complaint or unaddressed concern throughout the process. Ty and The Plantation Room as a whole were an answered prayer and a hundred times better than the last contractor company we used (huge, well known company).

What a caring and professional company. Tyrese handled our roof issues and new roof in such an organized and responsible manner. He communicates very well and follows up with the process. He has exceeded my expectations. They are a great company with genuinely caring people.

They were so professional! They came out with my insurance adjuster and helped facilitate getting new roof and gutters for my house! They communicated great. From start to finish I had new roof and gutters in two weeks! The end work is great, my house looks SO MUCH better!

I went on thumbtack immediately after the storm passed through my area and a tree blew down in the front yard. I figured I had roof damage as well. They got in touch with me immediately. Tyrese was awesome to deal with. Very professionally dressed and had a brochure and took very detailed pictures of all the damage. He checked on me continuously to see if he could help in anyway. Extremely nice and helpful.

I can say enough good about this company! Part of my roof and gutters were damaged during a storm. I filed a claim with State Farm and it was an absolute nightmare! Molly and Ty took over and were able to get a full approval on my entire roof and all gutters! All work was completed professionally and my home looks brand new! I am so thankful! It was a sheer pleasure working with Molly and Ty from the Plantion Room Company.
I was going back and forward with my Insurance company and another company , for over six months, that never completed the assignment.
I called Molly and within a week the Insurance went from wanting to replace several shingles to a full roof replacement.
Within a week of that Ty came out with samples and walked me through what replacement day.
Replacement day, the crew was here by 7 and completed all but a small portion of my roof by 5. Ty informed me they ran out of a few shingles and didn't have any instock and would be back to complete the job and they did just that. I appreciate the honesty and not just putting unmatched shingles just to "finish" the job.
The roof is complete but Molly has been a sweetheart with making sure everything is closed out correctly. I'm appreciative of The Plantation Room Co.

We have used The Plantation Room for several projects this past year, carport, removing garage door and closing in the opening with a walk in door under carport also Eze-Breeze room on existing porch plus extension porch roof over patio. Very satisfied with the quality of the materials, workmanship and the reasonable prices.

I had fought with my insurance "Farm B" for over a year and they refused to cover the replacement of my roof that was damaged by hail. I was left with no choice but to replace the damaged shingles instead of the entire thing. Tyrese worked with me on pricing and to get the closest color match to the original shingles that had been discontinued. Tyrese did a great job from start to finish and even installed the new shingles himself! A++ for customer service!!

We had a carport installed the guys did a great professional job very polite and courteous and cleaned up well when they were finished highly recommend the plantation room we use them 20 years ago to build a patio cover that's why we went back easy to work with good prices

Super impressed with this roofing company!! Plus I am not an actually customer. Recently I observed this company over a three day period replace a residential roof. I am on a walking program and got to watch the company replace this roof. I had to review them because they impressed me as super professional. The tear down was nothing less than neat and clean, as soon as discarded roofing hit the ground it was picked up and placed in a strategically placed dumpster. So no lawn damage...no discarded crap laying around. Plus being located on St Andrew's the workers vehicle did not block traffic as they parked off site. The roof was ripped and replaced and everything was gone by day 3. Quite possibly by day two. Kudos to this roofing company. Neat, clean and super professional. Glad they left thier business lawn signs on premise so I knew which house they just replaced the roof on. By the way the company did not pay me to do this review. I am doing the review on my own.

I love the transformation of my screened in porch into an all season room. Window with transom's and insulation make such a difference. I still have so much light coming in as well without worrying about weather. Brian and his crews were creative and worked together to make it special.A few months before this project I had the Plantation Room Co put board an batten in my dining room and up my stair way in the foyer. Every company I called to get a quote either never showed or never gave the quote. The plantation Room, I called had to make an appointment 2 weeks out. When the guy showed up, he asked to use my kitchen table and gave me a quote right then! I was so surprised that I hired them. I needed it done in a time frame (for a wedding) which everything was ordered and from out of town. Down to the wire they finished in time as promised, and everybody including myself loved it! Their small business and customer service makes everything an amazing experience. Thank you!

I wish I’d have gotten this sunroom done sooner had I known it would be such an easy process. My first encounter was a phone call to their office where their office lady Jenna greeted me with such kindness and talked to me like she’d known me my whole life. She scheduled me a free estimate with their owner Brian. Very flexible scheduling on their end to accommodate my crazy schedule! Brian came out and was very personable. Told him what I was wanting and he pitched several different ideas to me. I discussed everything with my spouse and gave Brian a few calls to inquire further about his proposals and once we signed off on the work to be done it was smooth sailing! The longest part of the whole process was just waiting on the materials to arrive but that’s a given nowadays. His crew was very polite and showed up when they were supposed to even days I thought weather would surely put a damper on progress, it didn’t stop them! Any questions I had, their office girl was there to answer them and if she couldn’t, she made sure to find out and give me a callback once she had the answers I was looking for. A bonus is they offer financing. Although I already had my own lined up, I did inquire for a friend so that’s nice to know that your project can still be done even if you don’t have the funds to do it right away! I would absolutely refer this company to anybody looking for a home makeover and have actually referred a few friends and a neighbor already! Cant wait for spring to officially arrive so I can really get the full affect of my new sunroom! Thank you Plantation Room!

Great experience!! Honestly they took longer than I anticipated to start. However once project was under way they finished quickly and did a fantastic job. They were a little higher priced than I had anticipated but inflation has really hit materials. I highly reccomend this company to anyone looking for a porch...patio...or sunroom.
Overall I was satisfied.

Amazing craftsmanship and benchmark professionalism. The Plantation Group will be the only company I use for construction and renovation projects. I will add photos of the amazing work they did after the final touches are finished!!! 10 out of 10!!!

Excellent customer service; it took a while for them to come out to do the job but it was a job done well. The price was a little higher than the others but the quality is worth it.

Bryan was great to work with. They gave me a detailed quote with options that allowed us to get to our budget. Work was completed in a reasonable time frame. At the end there was a couple of small punch list items that was taken care of promptly. We now have a new beautiful large deck over three bays for car parking underneath. I would certainly use them again if another project comes up.

Took the afternoon off for a two hour “appointment” window. Thirty minute pre call never came and no one ever showed up. Evidently their time is more important than the customers.
Edit: I received a contact from the owner shortly after this review posted. They offered to send someone out that afternoon but it wouldn’t align with our schedule. They sent someone within the next few days as agreed and gave me an estimate for work to be completed. Great response once they realized they had an issue

We brought an idea to The Plantation company of what we were needing on our large covered patio and they made it happen and it is PERFECT! Exactly what we wanted/needed! Highly recommend them!!

We just had The Plantation Room Company install a Eze-Breeze Room on our patio. They did a outstanding job installing. If you need your patio enclosed I would highly recommend The Plantation Room Company. They are very reasonable priced with a superior product.

The quality of the finished product (screen porch and deck rebuild) was very good. Communication through the process was lacking and it did take quite a bit longer than expected and some that appears to be related to not being able to get enough labor. I was ok with it taking longer in our case but if that were communicated regularly that would have made the rating higher

They did a patio cover for us and it turned out great, would refer them to anyone needing work done.

Once the material came they did a great job, it looks good and I am happy. I even got 10' height because of my site and slope, and could park an RV under it! A big plus for me. Thanks to all at The Plantation Room.

We contracted with The Plantation Room Company to screen in our covered back porch. A team of three people worked through rain showers over two days to complete the project. All measurements were on the money. Screen room looks great. The team was very courteous and worked together extremely well. The finished product was exactly what we wanted.

We have used Plantation Rooms on 4 different occasions and are very happy with each install. If something is not correct they make sure it is corrected.

We have a beautiful rock patio but wanted a cover over it before I retired. The Plantation Room came out, worked with us, even financially, and created the type of cover that we wanted. We absolutely love it and spend a lot of time on our patio.
