The Original Roofing Company did an amazing job on the standing seam metal roof on our Mini Storage @ Amigo & E. Levi Project. Minero General Contractor loved working with the TORC team and would highly recommend them for any commercial projects.

I haven't unfortunately had the opportunity to work with you guys as of late. However, I've had nothing short of good experiences with your organization.

I couldn't be more pleased with The Original Roofing Company and Toni, their GM. Huge thanks to Toni and her team, they helped my friend get his leaky roof fixed quickly and efficiently. Toni's straightforward approach and expertise made the whole process smooth for my friend and his wife. If you're looking for reliable roofing professionals who get the job done right, I highly recommend The Original Roofing Company and Toni. Easily five stars.

Have a Toll Brothers home with 3 different roof leaks. Toll called this company to have them do the repair. I did not even know who did the repair until I had to go to the post office to pick up a Certified Letter informing me that if Toll doesn't pay them they have a right to put a Lien on my home. So many things wrong with this outside of the inconvenience. If it's their business practice to send threatening letters 2 weeks after doing the work, then I would advise people to steer clear. In 30 years of owning real estate, I have never seen a contractor operate this way. It's ridiculous

I called this company to investigate a leak and Mackenzie came out. He never got on the roof and came inside my home only to determine he didn’t have a ladder on him to access the attic. He said he would return later that day but never came back nor called. Waste of time for everyone involved. Definitely dodged a bullet on this one and should have read all the negative reviews prior to setting an appointment.

This company installed the original roof on the home I purchased in 2021. Catastrophic leak from small flat roof area a month later. Took them 3 months and 3 repair attempts to correct the issue due to their lack of responsiveness. Same flat roof area leaked again this past December. After their first repair attempt leaked, I hired a different roofing company to strip and reroof this problem area. Two other roofing contractors said all the repairs done were of poor quality and temporary in nature.

Called to get an estimate on my roof for broken tiles and some mastic cracking where the tiles meet at peaks. Made appointment which was canceled 30 minutes prior to the appointment. They said he would come out the following day instead March 22. Stephen Stanfield came the following day and did an inspection and we were told that we would receive an estimate in the following days. We never received an email so I contacted TORC and spoke with Tacey on March 29, she said they only write up estimates on Wednesdays and Fridays and that she would follow up with Stephen and get back to me. She then said because he missed a day of work he was behind and didn't know when he would get to our estimate. I waited another week and still nothing, I called Tacey again and she said the estimate still wasn't completed and she had no idea of when Stephen was going to complete it. Today is 4/18/2022 and still no estimate or paperwork was ever received. Cleary they don't need or want my business. If you are reading this review, don't waste your time with The Original Roofing Company (TORC). So unprofessional!

Had $1600 roof repair. Made payment arrangements in advance. When the job was complete the work was amazing. However, next day on my way topay for the job as arranged, I received a certified letter in the mail with "INTENT TO LIEN" notice. They threatened a new customer with a line even though payment received as arranged the day after work was completed. I will NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. This is just rude and very poor Customer service!!!!!

I gave them a call to have some work done on my house. Got back to me in a very timely manner and knew what the best options for my roof. I needed some ventilation to let the heat escape out. The guy I talked to (Kyle) knew what he was talking about and professional. The guys who installed our ridge vent got the work done and in a timely manner as well. It's has only been a day since the vent has been installed and I can already tell a huge difference in the inside our home . Thanks or doing a great job. We will definitely refer this company to folks that need work done.

Ive called this company two times to follow up on an estimate to repair a leaking ceiling that I gave them on February 25th. The first time, the representative said they never received the estimate, even though I gave them my tenants information over the phone. I didn't hear back from them so I called two weeks later and they said they never received the request, AGAIN. Very unprofessional and unorganized. This company was highly recommended to me and now I will never use them.
