The Millenial Remodel

I had a fantastic experience with Millenial Remodel. Their pricing was fair and the work they did came out great! I got a few ceiling spots patched up due to pipe leaks as well as ceiling leaks. They kept everything super clean by covering all surrounding floors and furniture and they didn’t leave a speck of dirt from the job. The workers were very respectful and communicated with us during the job, keeping us updated throughout. I would highly recommend using.

We just finished our basement with the Millennial Remodel. Absolute professionalism. Great staff and communication. Very patient and flexible. Our contractor Nef was very detail oriented and was just great to work with. We could not have asked for a better experience. There’s a lot of moving parts and hard work that goes into a project like this. We appreciated everything from start to finish!

I hired Millennial Remodel to renovate 1 bathroom, build a brand new 2nd bathroom, install walls, millwork, and HVAC. There was a lot of trickly little details coordinating all of the work but they handled it well. As typical in all construction things run longer and issues arise like when they found rotted sheathing behind my existing bathroom wall. But they jumped and got it replaced and were very fair in the pricing of the change order scope. The company owner was always available to provide and update and explain the process. The workmen were diligent and hardworking making and treated my project with respect and a since of pride. They went above and beyond and I am very appreciate of their efforts and hard work. I am now enjoying the renovated work and very glad that I chose Millennial Remodel.

Nef and the team at Millennial Remodel were amazing. The project started October and they showed up on time, worked hard, cleaned up and completed the project with incredible detail, quickly and as scheduled. Nef always checked in to update on the project progress to make sure we were on the same page. This was not an easy project as there were two GC’s but Nef’s professionalism and communication facilitated a smooth process. I will use them again and again. I also highly recommend Nef and his team for all of your construction projects.

I called Nefty needing something done as an emergency and he was there on the same day to help us out! He had a quick turnaround with my request and that was very much appreciated! He’s awesome!!!

Neff and his team were great from start to finish. Very professional, came and quoted us with different options for exterior window trim. Got here on time and follow through with the plan. Very responsive with any questions. Would definitely recommend and would definitely hire his team for upcoming house projects.

Neff did an excellent job at immediately providing an assessment/estimate of our property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. Qualities that all would appreciate in a remodeling company.

We hired Neff to rebuild our basement after it was flooded and destroyed by hurricane Ida back in September. From the start, communication was super smooth, timelines were respected, and we felt our project was being prioritized. This is becoming such a rare thing in the home improvement industry!

The work quality was strong with good attention paid to details. When our first order of flooring arrived damaged, Neff personally made sure to rectify the situation and not install subpar materials. We always knew where we stood with scheduling and workers did not disappear for weeks at a time.

Overall, Neff and his team provided a beautiful outcome from the difficult situation of having to redo a previously finished basement. The space is nicer than it was prior to Ida and we are very happy with the work. We wouldn't hesitate to hire Neff and his team again for future (and hopefully, planned) projects!

I met with Neff to have an estimate done for my home remodel and he listened, took notes as well as offered suggestions and picked up on things I didn’t notice in my day to day life. I appreciated his input and how he was able to answer my question (especially since this is my first remodel so I had many). Very professional but still personable with fair pricing. I hope to do an update when the work is completed. I am excited to get my project underway.

I reached out to Nefty for a free estimate on a few projects. He responded promptly. He assessed the areas in need, took pics and relayed the necessary repairs/replacements. After reaching out to several contractors during the summer, we were having a really hard time finding someone to help finish our basement project which included spackling and tiling our basement floors. Neftali was very happy to help us, quick to respond, and super professional through every step. We even had one mishap with the flooring and he made sure to come back and fix the issue, making sure I was happy with the end result which I really appreciated. In the end, our basement looks fantastic and I'm very happy with the work that Neftali and his team did.

We hired Neff to do drywall and painting in our basement after having it waterproofed, and he and his team did an amazing job. They were efficient, reliable, fair priced and, equally importantly, pleasant to work with. We definitely plan to have Neff do future jobs for us and look forward to working with him again soon! After hurricane Ida, our dining room ceiling was ruined. Neftali was quick to respond when I had reached out for help. He gave us a fair price and worked quickly, thoroughly, and did an excellent job. Not only did they repair the ceiling, they then rerouted some of our wiring and replaced our broken hihats with a central light fixture for the dining room.

I look forward to working with them again on future home improvements and highly recommend them for anyone reading this review.

Millennial Remodel worked with both us (homeowners) and our insurance agency to repair siding that had been ripped off during am actual gustnado. Not all repair companies are willing to put in the time dealing with insurance companies and Neff did an excellent job.
Neff was very patient and understood what needed to be done with corresponding to our insurance company in order to complete the project. His replies were always fast, he was always accessible when the insurance company needed additional information and the day of the repair he was in person to oversee the work.
After 5 months of dealing with our insurance company his team finished the entire siding project in one day and very closely matched the color of our siding! Simply amazing.

They did our ceiling deck and patio. Very well job done and in time! They are an amazing team that we’ll hire for future projects as well. They stood out for their professionalism and work details.

Working with Neftali and his team was a wonderful and effortless experience. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. The quote for our landscape project was very reasonable and Neftali was very responsive throughout the whole project. Not only did the end result exceed our expectations, they also finished the job ahead of schedule! We have worked with other contractors in the past but after working with Neftali and his team, we won't be looking in other directions anymore.

Neftali did a few much overdue projects at my house, including drywall repair, trim work, and hanging shelves. Pictured here is the custom bathroom shelves and closet components that he installed. The projects came out great. Neftali was very reliable, professional, and fairly priced. I would 100% hire him for future projects!

He is well prepared and professional he arrived with pictures to share of prior work he has done to show me ideas of what each stair option would look like to redo my downstairs and upstairs stairs case. He took his time and quickly provided a quote within the week for the job.

A few weeks ago we needed a part of our roof replaced because of a leak. We reached out to Neftali and he stopped by to evaluate.
