We hired American Brothers to rebuild our chimney. The entire process took a little over one week. Ilir was very responsive and was able to complete the project very quickly. Pricing was transparent and reasonable. Ilir and his team focus on providing superior customer service. Highly recommend!

We got exactly what we needed, and then bonus throw-ins too (shingle and flashing touch-ups since they were already on the roof doing the chimney... gutter cleaning because they saw our new home needed it.)

We hired American Brothers based on a referral for chimney work. They re-built our chimney from the roof up and it looks great. They came for an estimate the day after they were contacted and they started work a day or two later. We then had them replace the gutters and do some repair work on the rafters. They were very professional, very quiet, they showed up when they said they would and cleaned up before they left. Overall it was a positive experience and I would use them again. This company was recommended by my chimney sweep company to get repairs performed on my chimney. When I called the number, Ilir responded right away. Showed up at my property, gave me a quote along with what to expect regarding the scope of work and the timelines. He even made me aware of further problems that were initially not diagnosed and asked for approval before he proceeded with the additional work. Overall, I am very highly satisfied with the work this company performed on my property. Ilir also saw some additional issues with loose shingles on my roof and fixed them at no charge. Brothers are Excellent! Very professional, knowledgable, punctual, honest and friendly. So is the whole team. I don't have the before picture, but as you can see, both roof and gutters are beautiful now and I don't have to clean the latter.

After a big storm caused water to come into my house, I called American Brothers who put on a new roof for me in the past. Ilir came to the house the same day I called and assessed the water was entering through cracks in my chimney stonework. He explained the work that needed to be done and provided a detailed quote. I was desperate to find a good quality roofing repair service at a fair price. I had went through multiple companies and had finally come across American Brothers, and I am so glad that I did! Total waste of time and will take advantage of you when they see you need them. Gave me a quote for a new roof, and after negotiating the price and agreeing on the price, I removed my solar panels on top of the house the day we agreed to write the contract. When he came and saw the panels being removed, he gave me a price thats even higher than the initial quote. It was $2,000.00 over the agreed price. He said that the roof is too big. I told him that we already agreed on the price and he ALREADY saw the roof....so nothing changed, then he insisted on a price $1,500 over the agreed price. So refused working with them.

American Brothers is very professional. Had my front stairs done I’m very happy with the work done. Definitely recommend. Prices were very fair. On time. They cleaned up everything . Definitely calling them for more work around the house.

They installed a new roof on my house in 2020. Few weeks after the installation i got leaks in both of my bathrooms. Two years of lying and charging extra for stuff completely unrelated to the problem, i still have the leaks and now will need to contact a different company to deal with this mess even though the roof is still in "warranty" . Absolutely terrible!!!!

We were satisfied with the job American Brothers performed on our gutters. Cleaned all gutters & downspouts, and repaired the ones
that needed fixing. Also cleaned the moss growing on the roof, and repaired worn out shingles. Reasonably price! Would recommend the service.

Professional, on time and quality finish !! Iyler and his crew replaced all my gutters and even fixed some of my roof COMPLIMENTARY ! You don't get this type of service nowadays. Not only did they bring attention to my roof but he also helped my diagnose a problem with my chimney that my family was trying to figure out for YEARS ! If I can give this team a 6 star review I would, because they are simply awesome with work they do. I HIGHLY RECOMENDED them !!! Did I mention they give you a warranty on the gutters ?? I got a 10 year warranty on the gutters !!

I saw their gutter cleaning ad in a local magazine. I called them and made an appointment. The gentleman was right on time. He cleaned the pretty dirty and clogged gutters and then washed them. It was almost an hour job for a pretty average size house in West Orange. He also gave me an honest assessment of my roof which was in good shape overall and recommended that the chimney was the only part that may need some attention soon. I am very pleased with the promptness, professionalism and the great job. Highly recommended.

They were very diligent in inspecting it before starting work and walked me through everything with pictures to make sure I understood everything involved. Arrived on time. Kept me posted on what was being done. He nailed some loose shingles down for me, and took my Christmas lights down as they were all hanging askew. Advised that my chimney needed some work and gave me a breakdown of what it needed and how much that would cost. So happy to have found them on a google search. I hired American Brothers to remove one window from one bedroom and close it with plywood and siding. They did an excellent job, they could find the matching siding and also installed insulation behind the siding. Would definitely use them in future again.
