Strongly recommend Jay and his Staff for any roof related service. Fix contractor uses GAF certified materials. Staffs are also very friendly. I recommend to work with Jay. he will walk you through with detail explanations and not only that all the services are listed in written form on your contract. Jay was very organized and returned phone calls and emailed back in timely manner. My wife is also very satisfied with the result.

Roof replacement is a major project. Starting from Consultation to completion, I’m very satisfied with the effort and work that Fix contractor team has put it. Jay( project manager) is professional , easy to work with. He listened to every concerns that I had and provided workable solutions.
He prepared a contract with detail explanations, price quote(reasonable and fair) Certifications on time etc .

Very pleased with my new roof by FIX Construction! Jay was easy to communicate with and he and his team explained all the details on what I needed. When something additional needed to get fixed on the roof, they fixed it immediately. They gave me a fair price for all the things like new gutters and new roof for the garage in addition to the house. They came on time (actually early) and the job was done well and on time. I had spoken to 4 other roofing companies before getting in touch with Jay and glad we went with him!

Fix Construction replaced our roof and we couldn't be more satisfied with the job they did. Jay is very knowledgeable, and professional. Fix Construction replaced my leaking skylight. Their quote was very thorough with everything listed and detailed so there were no questions. Jay was very responsive and fair with his assessment of my roof. I had a leak and he had his team put a tarp on the troubled area until they were able to complete the roof instillation which took just a day to complete. He also installed new gutters with gutter guards that have been working well. They also helped fix the a/c drain line that was not draining properly and didn’t charge me to rerout it to another area of the roof. Very honest business and well priced. I highly recommend this company.

Fix Construction was amazing. They did incredible work installing MAC siding on the 8-unit townhome complex where we reside in Bergen County, which used to have 35 year old wood shingle siding (complete with wood bee nests). Speaking for myself and my husband, we we so impressed by Jay and his team’s professionalism, timeliness, responsiveness, pricing and workmanship that not only did he install siding for our unit (and 7 other units), he installed dec tec on two balconies, fixed the rotting support beams under the dec tec, replaced stucco with vinyl, sealed up our roof with a commercial grade coating and put silicon around our skylight where it was needed. He also came up with a solution to replace leaks coming from a support column next to our unit. He found the source of a leak that no one knew how to fix for the 35 year existence of our townhome. Jay would always ask us questions, was attentive to each unit owner’s needs and did whatever he could to save us money. Jay and his team carved up pieces of plywood to avoid using entire sheets when doing the siding installation so we wouldn’t have to pay thousands more. This was all during the pandemic when prices of plywood were soaring. He’s an honest person and a great business person to work with. You will be impressed. We are recommending him to everyone! We have received so many compliments from our neighbors!

They installed new skylight, new roof and some repairs. I am very satisfied with their works. Jay explained everything in detail, nothing hidden, reliable and very reasonable price.

I needed a skylight repaired prior to move-in (it came up as faulty during inspection.) Fix scheduled a prompt site visit to create estimate and even took aerial photos to get a good look. Skylight replacement and extra roof sealer were completed in less than a week with a Velux. Entire transaction was easy and responsive over the phone. The work itself is professional as expected. I highly recommend Fix Construction. My 31-year-old roof had begun to spring leaks and needed to be replaced. I phoned Fix Construction, they took my info, got back to me in 20 minutes, set up a time that same day to come to my home, went up on the roof, took pictures and showed me the damage and discussed my options for repair or replacement. I was emailed a written proposal that same evening. After a few days of considering the other quotes, estimates, and options, I decided to do the full old roof removal and install an all-new GAF material roof from “GAF Certified” Fix Construction. They scheduled the work to be done the following week, weather permitting. Jay stayed in contact via text message advising exactly when materials, dumpster, and his crew would arrive. I have worked in a customer service industry for 40 years and I can say without hesitation that Fix Construction is a team of true professionals and I am extremely pleased with the services they provided and would and have already recommended them. We sustained damage to our roof during a wind storm on Dec. 25 and contacted Fix Construction. They responded immediately, arriving the next day to assess the damage. They provided a very reasonable price including complete breakdown and details of the necessary work, then made sure our house was protected until work could begin. They began work as soon as possible, working from early morning until darkness, making sure each day that construction debris was removed from our front yard. The job was completed quickly with a high level of quality and with no trace of construction debris left after completion. The staff was professional from day 1 to completion and kept us informed of progress at every step.

Very professional team. We have a roof that is not assessable from inside and we had difficulty even getting someone to give us an accurate quote. FIX flew their drone up and gave us a very detailed plan of what was needed and offered a good price for the work. They also kept us updated during the entire project with photos of progress.

Very good experience. We had a leaky skylight and water was dripping in our kitchen when it rained. We had 4 quotes but FIX was the was the most thorough in inspecting the damage and gave us the lowest price and the best warranty. Jay was extremely professional, courteous and thorough. He communicated very clearly and thoroughly, was on time, responded quickly to any texts or phone calls.
Yesterday a heavy rainstorm barrelled through, not a drop of water came in.
