PDQ Fire & Water Damage Restoration

Our basement got almost 2 feet of water during a flash flood. Our experience with PDQ was amazing. I filled out a form online in the evening and someone called me the next morning. Then someone came out to see the damage layer that day. When the clean out was getting overwhelming, Sam and Ivan came and helped us get the rest out then gave the basement a good cleaning. These two guys are literally the best. Thank God that smell was gone.

While work is still being done I have to say everyone we have spoken with and worked with has been respectful, empathetic, and hard working. Thanks so much PDQ!

I was unfortunate enough to have my sump pump fail as my septic tank broke and leaked into my crawl space. The stench was unbearable. Even the dogs were visibly bothered.
Got PDQ’s contact information from a friend of mine who had a small fire in his attic and as a result, incurred some smoke damage and lots of water damage from the FD extinguishing the fire in addition to the fire damage.
No situation is too unique for Mike. I think he’s seen it all. It took him no time at all to come up with a game plan
When it came down to sowing the work, they coordinated well with the other contractors to complete the job and they handled all negotiations with the insurance company by themselves.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt obligated to do so this time because I was truly impressed with this company!!! My wife was about to lose her mind during this whole ordeal because of the damage , and to make it worse I was out of town for work. Thankfully she dealt with this sales guy Mike or "Michael” who knew his stuff and had the patience to deal with my wife’s hundreds of questions!!! They ended up doing a great job for us and would highly recommend them!!!

I cannot thank PDQ enough for their amazing work, commitment and communication. Leo, Lance, Nate, Jimmy and the rest of the crew were always helpful in answering all of my questions. They explained in detail the process of what needs to be done in order to get back up and running. From packaging, moving, and cleaning they did it all. They package all items and labeled them in the boxes so when the items were brought back it was easy to figure out where they belong. Fragile items were wrapped with paper while other items were wrapped in plastic. They moved all the items into storage so it wouldn’t get damaged in the process of restoration. Their team was meticulous in cleaning all affected areas. From removing all the fire debris, moving machinery and covering all equipment as needed for the clean. From calling the carpet cleaners to hood cleaners everything was done by PDQ. I didn’t have to worry about what needs to be done as they always provide update on what was completed. They made this experience amazing and extremely smooth. Without them I wouldn’t have been able to get the store up and running as fast as I did!

My basement flooded due to rainwater. They picked up the phone! Within an hour they had a guy here. Within 4 hours, the carpet was taken out, water sucked up and dehumidifiers and air scrubbers put in.

We recently used PDQ for water damage/flooding we had in our basement from our water heater. They were very responsive when I called and were on top it of it right away. And every interaction that we had, from the initial visit with Tim, Nart and Michael, the work done in our home by subcontractor Javier, the ongoing management of the process by Chris, and the phone conversation had with Sue Goldberg in the office, were absolutely first rate. We had water damage in our house that destroyed a part of our kitchen ceiling and PDQ came to help us. Mike(sales representative) originally explained how the whole process works and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. Leo(project manager) came out first and started the process to dry up the water, he helped relieve us of the stress that this situation brought. Then came Donny(project manager/teacher) and David(project manager) who were absolutely the best. They came day after day walking us through the process and giving us updates. What started as a disaster that was extremely stressful is now on the way to full repair. Additionally, we want to extend a big shout out to Jimmy and his reconstruction crew. He personally drove to our house to inspect everything, and gave us a real time estimate for how long everything would take to complete. He’s crew worked really hard each day to rebuild the damage better than new. We had a friend visit after all the work was done and when told her we had a flood and there was a hole in our ceiling she didn’t believe us because the work was so good. PRQ is an amazing company to work with. Every single employee was kind and respectful. Due to an incident in a bathroom, the bathroom had to be gutted and carpet in the house pulled up. Then, him and his team packed up part of the house and got to work right away. Leo also worked with the homeowners insurance and did most of that work for me too. I would highly recommend PRQ.

PDQ first and foremost have a great and cohesive team which communicates with each member so I didn’t have to repeat anything while going through the stressful time of having a fire in my house. Everyone knew what was going on and really treated me tenderly. I felt good. The story. Here I am cooking then suddenly my oven caught fire, smoke everywhere. The fire brigade came and it was chaos. Same night a very nice man name Chris Reynolds came. He said I’m from PDQ and I’m sorry that you experienced this tonight. I had my children and dogs and he said allow me to help with the smoke and he placed this machine to help with the smoke. It really helped. Then he spoke about the company’s services; without being pushy he said we are here if you need us. I was already so overwhelmed. Let me tell you that he took control of the process with the insurance company. Then a lady name Cheryl Knox called me and also extended hope regarding my situation. This was a weekend. She wanted to know if she could come out during the week, I asked if she could come that day. She made it up on a Sunday. Cheryl scheduled the restoration crew which was a professional and competent crew. The supervisor name Leo even showed up and kept in contact to ensure all is going well. Overall, despite the horrific circumstance, PDQ was a light that comforted me and restored my home. Thank you guys.

PDQ Restoration did an excellent job, working effectively and efficiently from the minute my local fire department sent them over following an electrical fire, smoke and soot situation. Leo Trinidad was just terrific with the onsite management of the initial cleanup, and he and his very nice team went out of their way to not only mitigate the soot damage but address some small non-related issues. He and Cheryl Knox did an admirable job organizing and scheduling the services related to repairing the soot damage and making my place livable. When it came to rebuild the utility closet (the site of the fire) after an extended HOA insurance-related delay, I was particularly impressed -- amazed actually -- at Cheryl's ability to schedule the various contractors' work to complete the rebuild with no additional downtime. I hope you don't need PDQ Restoration's services. But, if you do, you'll be in very good hands.

PDQ restoration has been a great help and resource to stabilize my damages caused by a water leak. Very knowledgeable with every aspect from assessing the situation, coordinating the repair and damages, and handling the insurance portion. Leo Trinidad, the lead supervisor, was instrumental in getting my repairs back in order. Leo was always on top of things but most importantly, very effective in communicating with me of their progress. When I was faced with a water damage issue for the first time at my home, they were able to give me advice on the best way to handle my situation without pressure. Very satisfied with my service thus far with PDQ restoration. Found a toilet leak at 8pm Tuesday night and Yohan came and stayed til 1 am cleaning up the water and mitigating the several rooms affected. He then came back the next morning along with David and Chris and carefully packed up the affected stuff and cleaned our surfaces thoroughly removing the parts of the wall and ceiling that couldn’t be saved. He made the process as painless as possible and even though their work is done, Leo is still supporting us until all the repairs are done. Would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

These guys have been amazing! They were here within two hours of me calling them and on site to check in at least once everyday. David did a great job walking me through everything they were doing and why, and the guys were always respectful, organized and let me know exactly what they were going to be doing. Everything was always left very neat and clean each afternoon after they were done working, and now the basement smells better than it did before I ran into the leaky pipes issue that soaked half the basement! Simply have to leave a review for this company, PDQ. We had a flood in our basement that caused a lot of damage. As most people know, so much stress and anxiety result from these situations. I highly recommend PDQ. We had a chimney fire. There was a lot of smoke in the house. They met with me the next day and set up air purifiers and sent a cleaning crew to clean the entire house. Cheryl worked with the insurance adjuster to get things moving., The cleaning crew did a great job.
