Kate and Tracy are a pleasure to work with. Prompt, professional and efficient. We’ve used them a few times for home repairs and have always been happy with the work. We definitely recommend!

After 8 weeks of delays and cancellations and promises, we found out today they could not/would not perform a piece of work they had promised to take care of. We could have had it done already, had they simply let us know they could not/would not do it. We are very disappointed with how we were treated.

I recently hired Honey Do Service for some repairs and maintenance around my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From start to finish, the service was outstanding. Joseph arrived on time, was professional, and tackled all the tasks with great attention to detail. Not only did they do an excellent job, but their pricing was very reasonable compared to other quotes I received. I am planning to sell my house soon, I called Honey Do to pressure wash my deck, repair dry wall, and paint my house. Customer service was amazing. I’m very appreciative of Kate as she managed the project working around my difficult schedule. As a nurse who travels I can’t thank her enough! Jordan and Kevin were both exceptional. They were both very dedicated in completing the project to my satisfaction. In summary Honey Do has a dedicated team to meet customer needs and provides an amazing finished product. We had our basement stairwell and laundry room painted. The laundry room also required mudding. Josh did an excellent job and we were very pleased with Honey Do communication throughout the process. We will definitely use them again.

I hired honey Do to remove four trees that were up against my fence on the back side. They remove sections of the fence to get to the tress, and put the fence back in place as if no one was here. Excellent service!

Extremely happy with the work which was done. The fact that the two men showed up ahead of time is quite remarkable in this day and age. Did a walk through before after to establish the scope and to go over the work when completed. Would definitely recommend to others if they needed repairs done.

We received an email and a text stating when the technician would arrive at our home. The technician arrived on time and completed the task (gutter repair) to my satisfaction. When the technician arrived, he immediately noticed the gutter valley splash guard he brought to install was not the correct size. He competed every part of the job except installation of the splash guard. He went to Home Depot and Lowe's and they did not have the correct sized part so the franchise owner quickly ordered the correct size via Amazon Prime and installed it the next day. Great customer service

We had some outside shed work done. The Honey Do workman arrived on time, completed the work within the allotted time and the workmanship was excellent. Definitely will use them again. Thanks.

Honey Do Service did an excellent job and were very responsive. One job turned out to be more difficult than they expected but they saw the work through to completion and scheduled two more visits than was anticipated without our prompting them or without charging extra. Very impressed with the work that was done and with Tracy and his team! Will definitely use them again in the future as the need arises and I highly recommend anyone consider them for your job.

I have used their services twice, in 2020 they helped install bathroom ventilation through an exterior roof vent, and they fixed some rotted wood around my soffits, and other miscellaneous work.

I also had some ice dam damage in February 2021 and they repaired the damage and installed a new large picture window in my master bathroom, replaced wall insulation, painted, and did a great job. The window looks better than the original.

We have used Honey Do of Franklin for about 2 years now. Tracy the owner is very nice and has a background in construction so has tremendous insights on a variety of things. They have always done a good job for us and we have used them for a variety of services. This time it was to hang some new doors, inspect the crawl space, and fix a bad squeak in the floor. All done very professionally!

They went WAY above and beyond when installing our kitchen sink. Issue after issue and they found answers and solutions to it all. Tim was amazing and we are so grateful.

It's been so nice to have a company that shows up and does excellent work. They are all very nice and do excellent work!! We had a window replaced (couldn't find another company to come replace just one window). We also had a tile floor replaced by Andrew. Excellent work!!! Two big thumbs up!

The Honey Do team did a really nice job helping us with our countertop replacement project. They are on time and stay until the job is completed. Andrew did an awesome job installing subway tile in the kitchen.

I needed a few odd jobs completed and they were on time, and well done. I had a very heavy mirror that needed hanging, it was hung up perfectly centered and sturdy. I needed new house numbers put on my house and they look great. They also installed that hard to do shower light. Very quick and professional.

I contacted company over a week ago did not contact any other company. Was willing to wait for appointment for someone to come out for estimate on job to be done . That appointment was for tomorrow . I got a message to day to confirm appointment which I did. Several hours later receive a phone call to let me know they were going to have to reschedule 2 weeks from tomorrow due to the person who was suppose to come over for the estimate has gotton sick. Apparently they only have 1 person to do this. The bad thing about it is I have a handy man but because of his commitments(he has another full time job) was not sure when he would be able to get to it.He was at least honest. So Ill give him a call and let him know Ill. Wait.

These folks did all the fix-ups and general repairs needed to get my mother's house ready for sale and did such a great job that the buyer's inspector couldn't find a single thing to be done. Tracy was great to talk with and organized everything directly with our realtor to keep things easy and stress-free for my mother. Highly recommend!

We considered their fees fair and competitive. The owners of the company were determined to make each service, large or small, a priority. Each technician we met was friendly, professional, knowledgable and willing to respond to any questions that may arise. We have referred the Honey Do Service to friends and neighbors and we would have no reservations to continue this practice.
