These guys came through and helped me out in a pinch on a holiday week. Very professional and kind people. Very reasonable prices as well. Would recommend them to anyone.

Lorenzo and Nick saved me by installing a new A/C unit at my home just in time before the summer heat hit. Not only does the new system work great, it was competitively priced.

I called The Heating guys this morning along with many other HVAC companies, The Heating guys were able to get to it today, they got it fixed for what I feel as a very reasonable price, Lorenzo was very nice and very professional to speak with on the phone. they are my go to HVAC guys from now on.

Absolutely wonderful company! They were able to get to our house the same day! Replaced our a/c fan motor and capacitator for a fair and honest price. We will definitely call them for any future needs!

My furnace quit working when it was 20 below after business hours. They came right over and got it working in no time for a very reasonable price.

Called looking for a new air conditioner and heating system for a shop. They said they’d call in the evening to come by and look at it,,,,two days never heard anything.
If you don’t have a problem they can charge you for immediately, they aren’t interested. To be fair, no place is. I’ve had a hell of a time getting anybody to come over to give me any information or help at all on what would work.

Finally ordered something off the Internet I will just install myself.

I Recommend they guys to anyone... I called the other day to a couple of places because our AC went out on the 93 degree day we had and everyone of them where to busy or couldn't get me in for almost two weeks while my family was dying. I came across their name and read reviews and all of them where really good so we decided to give them a try. Let me tell you the didn't disappoint they where extremely busy but still found time to come over late that evening to check it out and he had it fixed in no time saved me thousands of dollar's. #Forever grateful from Barnesville .

We had called a big name company in Fargo to come look at our furnace as it wasn’t working when we woke up. They said they could be out that day but when we had not heard from them late in the afternoon I called to check to see when they would be out. The customer service rep said they had a lot of emergency calls and that they may not be out today but we were on their list. I asked why they had said they would be out today then and they seemed to get an amused tone and repeated that we were on the list but if I wanted to call around to see if someone else could come out sooner that I most certainly could. I am so glad I did!

Lorenzo was very straight forward and told me though he couldn’t be there right away he could come by 6pm. True to his word he showed up on time and was able to fix the issue quickly. He took the time to go through exactly what was wrong and he also spoke to me about my heating system as a whole. To my surprise there was no overtime charge and he fixed it well under what it would’ve been to just have the big name company show up. We will most assuredly been using their services over everyone else going forward.

There should be room for more then 5 stars cause they would get 10. I house sit for in west Fargo for my brother-in-law Bruce, and Dianne when they go to Arizona for the winter. I woke up a Sunday and the house was cold so started calling places. Most didn't answer being Sunday, and the two that did were $220 an hour and $200 an hr. And would have to wait for 5 hrs. Called The Heating Guys and they were real busy but Nick said he would come within the hr. He temporarily fixed it till he got the part on Monday morning. Also cleaned the heat sensor. He also took front off fireplace and checked all that out. 45 minutes total for both. Lorenzo came the next day and put the part on and took burners out and checked the heat chamber and everything. He was here 1.5 hour. Everything works great. The total bill parts and labor was lots cheaper then the lowest other bids. They charge no after hr. Or weekend charges. The homeowner is very satisfied. We discovered late last night on the coldest day of the year that our furnace wasn't working. I called and left a message with our usual heating company. I again called them at 7:30 this morning and was told they would put me on a waiting list but would definitely not be today! I called 3 other companies, all of which said they would put me on a waiting list and couldn't promise when they could get here.

Then I called The Heating Guys and talked to Lorenzo. He said that he could be over in an hour. He did arrive an hour later and got the furnace going. He was very friendly and very good about explaining things and educating me. He also went outside and checked the gas meter on the side of the house. He reported that the meter was extremely old and more than likely the cause of the problem. He told me to call Xcel Energy and have them replace the meter. We had furnace issues earlier this winter with the same symptoms and another company never checked the meter or told me it might need to be replaced.

I'm calling these guys first from now on. Thanks for the great service.

We recently had furnace problems and the heating guys came the same day. Lorenzo was very professional and personable. All of our questions were answered and the furnace problem was fixed. He also checked out our fireplace as a courtesy before he left. Highly recommend!

I’ve been having furnace issues for quite awhile and no service in the area could figure out the issue. I came across these guys after trying almost everyone else in town and was blown away by their customer service. They came over, found the source of my issue, and corrected it. They even took time out of their very busy schedules, considering the season, to explain exactly what they’re doing and what they need to do to correct the issue. I’ve never had customer service like this before from any other heating company.

They have amazing customer service, they’re upfront about price (which is very reasonable), expansive knowledge, and they truly do care about your experience. I would recommend them to anyone.

Very quick to get a cleaning scheduled for our furnace. Also, this was the most in-depth cleaning I've seen on our furnace in all the years we have had them done, and was given a lot of information about our system that will help us make sure everything is running properly. Extremely impressed and definitely recommend!

I had an AC Unit that stopped producing cold air in the middle of June. Not having any previous AC issues, I wasn't sure who to call, so I looked up the Google Reviews and found The Heating Guys. I called Lorenzo and within a half hour he was at our house and had found the issue. They charge a fair rate, and are easy to work with. I called at 4:30, and expected overtime charges since he didn't get out until 5:00, but I found out that they don't charge overtime, which was fantastic. I will be working with them from now on, and you should too!

Contacted The Heating Guys on New Year's Day when I woke up and had no heat in the house. They came over quickly, diagnosed the problem right away and fixed it. Excellent service, friendly, and reasonable cost. Definitely recommended.

The Heating Guys did a fantastic job installing a new boiler/ hot water heater Combi unit. They also installed a new air contioning system including all new vents and return air ducts for all 3 levels of our house. Their quality of work is excellent. They communicated with us from start to finish. This old house has never felt so cozy. Great job Heating Guys!!

Nick and Lorenzo did a 3 system job on an old building renovation as they had to be creative...crawled through narrow attic and did what they had to do to get the job done. We have got all of the units onto the roof to keep space below.
