Called James to do some minor roof repair on my back patio & it was the worst mistake I ever made as a home owner.Not only was the work shoddy & 4th rate but he overcharged me as well.
Because of the poor repair work by James, it ended up costing me more money to get the roof fixed properly by a licensed prefessional.
When I questioned & challenged James on the poor work ( he patched over a dirty roof without cleaning it first) he got very testy & nasty & used foul language.Does not stand behind or guarantee his work. You'll never see a refund & he wants money upfront.
Sorry I ever met him....nightmare experience. He really deserves a Zero rating. Beware‼️

James was professional and took care of roof inspection and repairs quickly. Re: the roof warranty, he said "your roof is my roof for the next five years." I like the way he puts that. Will hire him again.

James Arnold came out to repair a whirly bird on my roof. Then I hired him to paint my house and redo my whole roof AMAZING WORK ON BOTH. JAMES is the best. Called James about a tile that slide out of place on the roof. He was able to come out the same day and had it fixed in no time and at a very reasonable price! Would definitely recommend him for any roofing or handyman jobs!

No, no, no. I would never, ever recommend James. He vastly overcharged me, was rude, and used inferior materials. He did far more demo than he needed to, and seriously damaged my house. He insisted I did not need to prime the bare wood fascia because as he put it, "Its dry wood". He complained in a nasty, passive/ aggressive attitude every time I asked a question. Did not use a tarp or dropcloth, I still am picking up debris out of the rocks around my house. Really a horrible experience, certainly the worst home repair experience I have ever had in 40 years of paying for property and home repairs in 4 different states. I stopped James mid-job (right after he told me it would be an additional $2300) and hired a reputable roofer, ($1000, most of which was needed to correct the damages from James). I'm very glad I stopped the job, and hired a reputable, licensed roofer.

I seriously regret ever calling James.

I called james yesterday evening for an emergency he came the following morning early... charge me $50 and he did more than i asked and showed me couple wrong things with my roof....great job responsive nice guy. Really feel bad i didnt have more cash....
