Chris's team had to come back twice to fix holes in my roof after they had installed it, this took weeks. Later when Chris's team incorrectly installed my gutters so that they didn't drain he told me he was going to come for about 6 months until I finally have given up. Terrible communication, doesn't follow through on what he says, replied to me about 3 months ago that he was trying to come out that week, never heard from him again since. So I have a gutter that needs fixing and a roof that already needed to be repaired twice an an obviously untrustworthy warranty for the future. Highly recommend finding another roofer, and I really wish Chris could have just come and done what he said he was going to instead of it coming to this. I see Cindi's review below - my experience was very similar!
The Gutter Guy (Chris Baker) recently completed the installation of a new roof on my house. My old roof had significant hail damage. I had Chris perform an initial inspection of my roof with resulted in an inspection by my insurance company, My insurance company agreed I needed to have my roof replaced. I obtained an estimate from Chris which I accepted. Chris' crew was very professional in the installation and final cleanup. I was impressed that the crew went out of their way to protect my plants and property throughout the installation. I recommend the Gutter Guy if you need a professional roofer.
Quick response, professional, and great work. The price was great too. Would highly recommend. Chris repaired our siding after wind damage.
