All we get are a lot of excuses, but the only work that has been done is removing the gutters a month ago.

Absolutely do not use this business, we paid in full unfortunately for a screened in patio on June 18th, 2023 . It is now October 12th, 2023 and our project is not completed and the company seems to have no intention of finishing the project .We have received nothing but excuses to why it’s not done and they can never give you a time or day that they will be there to work. We finally complained to BBB and we received a reply from the company stating they couldn’t understand why we would complain , since then we can not get a reply from them so we assume they will not be returning to finish the work they were paid to do, the majority of the screened in portion is finally completed but our patio pillers have trim that is missing and most of the pieces they did re install are damaged , they also have not calked the gaps that are present in between the brick and the screen walls. I have also discovered that the point of contact for the company is a criminal who has been indicted at least 3 times for home repair fraud. If you see them advertising around north Alabama like we did do not fall for the scam.

We can’t seem to get our work done at our home after paying a deposit for 1/2 of the work to be done. That was May 2, 2023. Today is Aug. 19, 2023. All we get are a lot of excuses, but the only work that has been done is removing the gutters a month ago. We’ve been told our materials were on the trailer to get started probably 2 months ago. Still looking for him to begin. Update: we did get our refund back after pursuing him for 5 1/2 months! Please FULLY CHECK OUT ANYONE BEFORE YOU HIRE!
