I love the paint job on my old home but think they could have done better with the scrapping.
Otherwise was pleased over-all with the work and Would use them again!

Basic work was done but I am still waiting for manager to finish items like stuck painted window screens, rescreen frame that powerwasher broke, and correct the hose holder that crew put in wrong place that now makes it inoperable. Very disappointed: I paid them in full in September 2024!!!

Highly recommend. I called and asked for someone to come over and give me an estimate. Although I was running late getting home the rep waited 15 minutes for me.

Once I got home he came inside and took a look at the space. He was very well dressed and kind. He explained to me all the different things they were going to do and he pointed out so many little details they do for me.

Come the day for them to do the work all the painters showed up very well dressed. They were extremely respectful and thoughtful to being inside my house.

Anyone looking for someone to do high quality work in their house I highly recommend.

My project was a bad experience from beginning to end from trying to get the crew scheduled (which came from a different state), to trying to get them to commit to a time and show up, to the poor quality work performed, to the unanswered phone calls to Brayton Chase and trying to connect with him took days and led to unanswered requests and communication. I actually did not let them finish the job because the quality was so poor. The job was WAY overestimated from the cost to the materials needed. They bought 4 gallons of paint and used less than 1/2 of one. They left me with a bucket of paint that was unusable and full of used rollers that were left in the bucket (see pictures). I had no choice but to throw it out. Extremely unprofessional. BEWARE.

Finished painting ok but many hassles. Poor communication, down time, rework, too many “chiefs” with conflicting info - Peter, Amanda & Vitoria. Complaints from neighbors about cars idling on the street for hours and one van parked over night in front of a neighbor’s house. Apparently the van broke down. Thanks for listening.

That 1 Painter did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our home and painting our windows. They completed the job in just 3 days and were highly professional, meticulous with their work, and so friendly. They were interacting with our kiddos and cleaned up after every day of work. I needed a stairwell painted- I don't have equipment to do it. They were v good- no drips, no splatters, no runs. And they didn't dawdle. Totally worth it.
