The Gutter Truck Company was great to work with from start to finish. I found the price quoted was reasonable, and the roofers were polite and very hard-working. A retired neighbor was watching them and has asked me for their information as he was very impressed with them. I’m happy to recommend them to my friends and neighbors.

I’ve had TGT Exteriors do a couple of projects for me & they are always professional. They are up front with their fair pricing. They work hard to get projects finished timely, or even early.

I would recommend TGT Exteriors without hesitation. Dan has been great to work with throughout the entire process. He was quick to get out to my house to take a look at the project, quick to get the estimate to me at a fair price, and extremely responsive to my questions along the way. His crew did great work and paid attention to detail. They replaced the siding along one side of my house and reinsulated some failed insulation above my porch. I have worked with other contractors in the past for similar jobs, and I can say with confidence that the TGT crew has been the best. Waiting on a few windows to come in to finish out my current project, and I already look forward to working with them again for any exterior projects that arise.

Outstanding customer experience! Danny did a comprehensive inspection of wind and water damage to our roof, then worked closely with our insurance carrier to ensure we received a just settlement. TGT provides photos of needed repairs, as well as photo updates of material delivery, work-in-progress, completed project, and even our clean driveway after final cleanup. This is absolutely one of the best building contractors you can select.

I can't recommend this company enough. They have helped me, my family, and my clients on multiple occasions and for a variety of jobs. I truly appreciate people of this kind of integrity.

Our new gutters look fantastic and we got a great bid for the work (best out of 4). We were very pleased with every step in the process as well as the finished look and the obvious quality. They worked with us to help better position our downspouts around the house.

Danny and TGT have done so much amazing work to our house! Windows, gutters, fixing a siding issue, and even a new roof on our 3 seasons room! We contracted The Gutter Truck to paint and replace damaged siding at our house in Bellevue. Initially due to inclement winter weather and then Covid, our initial bid was set and underestimated for the date we ended up scheduling. Bid was set in February + work complete in August = more expensive... different subcontractor.

The first subcontractor was terrible. She shows up 40 minutes late, re-estimates a ridiculous amount (wants $2500 more for the job) and was very unprofessional. She threw cigarettes in my driveway... and for the first hour decides to eat lunch in her van. She finally decides it’s not worth her time and just leaves.

TGT (Carlos) came and rectified the situation completely. He honored our original bid and sub-contracted JC’s Painting. We couldn’t be happier. Linn (TGT project manager) was there a few times to check progress and to ensure quality control. Communication with everyone was FANTASTIC. I’ll never understand why contractors don’t call back or “ghost” you. It’s money.... it’s a business.... why ignore your customers? Anyway, if there was one thing that differentiates TGT? It’s communication. They’ll call you back.

Rarely do I ever leave reviews. I believe this situation deserves it. Great job guys!

Carlos, Brian, Kim and their team did an amazing job - from fitting me in to completing the work in a timely manner. For what were simple repairs, I felt like other roofing companies were ripping me off when pricing out the work. Carlos was honest and straight-forward about what needed done and took videos/photos of conditions and work proposed and completed, which helped me better understand the value and difference in prices the other guys wouldn't take time to explain. When I need a new roof I definitely will be calling TGT again.

I have used Gutter Truck three times in the past five years. This year, they replaced our roof, gutters, siding and did window wraps. I could not be happier with the way the company operates. Danny, the owner, is simply great and very accommodating. Kim, the office manager, is extremely organized and very nice. They employ good quality workers. Everything is planned carefully and done as promised. They always keep their word. They made sure I was happy and addressed any of my concerns right away. There are not many companies like this one. This is the second time we’ve used The Gutter Truck and they came through again with flying colors. Five years ago, my Wife and I hired them for the first time to replace our aging roof and gutters and they did a great job; and thanks to the Memorial Day weekend hailstorm this year, we found ourselves in need of a dependable contractor again to replace our roof, gutters, some siding and the metal wrapping around our windows and garage door. Since we had such a good experience with the Gutter Truck the last time, I didn’t hesitate to call them again.

When I contacted them, I told owner Dan Baber what day and time my insurance adjuster was coming to assess the damage, so Dan arranged to be here at the same time so they could do the walk-thru together. Dan and two insurance adjusters spent the better part of the morning examining everything from the roof and siding to my Wife’s broken teacup planters on the patio table in the back yard, and when they were finished, Dan stayed behind to answer any questions we had about the process and how to proceed.

Thanks to Dan being here and going over everything with the insurance adjuster there were no surprises, so the insurance company came through right away with the funds to do the repairs, and shortly thereafter the work began.

Just like the previous time, the crews and staff at The Gutter Truck were professional and courteous and were happy to answer any questions we had. When the project began, they took extra care not to disturb any of the flowers or plants in the landscaping around the foundation, which really impressed my Wife since she worked so hard cleaning them up and re-planting things after the storm. When the work was finished, they did a fantastic job cleaning everything up and they went over the yard and driveway several times with a roller magnet to make sure there was minimal risk of any stray nails lying around. They not only did a good job cleaning up when the job was complete, but they kept things picked up during the entire process so there was no dead or damaged grass caused by carelessly discarded shingles or roofing materials.

The job went smoothly, the crews did a great job again and the roof, gutters and siding look great! (see attached photo) My Wife picked out the “Atlantic Blue” color for the roof shingles from Dan’s sample book. I was a little skeptical about the color at first, but I am really glad she chose it because she was absolutely right! It goes perfectly with our blue siding and we’ve gotten nothing but compliments from people passing by. I highly recommend The Gutter Truck, LLC if you need exterior work done on your home. They have done a great job for us twice now and I will most certainly call on them again if necessary, in the future. A big thanks to Dan Baber, the installation crews, and Kim in the office at The Gutter Truck, LLC. If I knew all their names, I would thank them all individually, because they are hard-working, professionals who actually care about the quality of the work they do and go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and satisfied. Extremely responsive, excellent work, and a completely willingness to discuss the work performed and inspect/rectify any issues (although there were none).

I highly recommend the Gutter Truck LLC. Danny and Carlos the owners, and all there staff are professional, worked well with my insurance co, and had a very high quality of workmanship! They were quick to schedule, and did the work promptly. Clean up was great. They will see that you get the most for your insurance dollars!
