Excellent experience with this company getting a new roof for home and detached garage. Entire job was done in one day and roof looks great. Cleanup was also very good.

We have one complaint about an otherwise great experience and product. Todd did a great job of helping choose windows (especially pleased with the suggestion to replace the half-round with a rectangle). The Enerlux windows are, so far, performing well. Justin was meticulous and did a superb job on the interior trim. The exterior caulking, however, is sloppy and noticeable. We'd use Todd's company again, but would push for better exterior work.

We had an awful experience with TeVelde and wish we would've used anyone else for our new siding. They didn't follow James Hardie guidelines and used damaged boards all around our house. Then they slathered globs of caulk on top of the boards in an attempt to cover up the missing chunks. To top it off their incompetent painting "crew" somehow messed up one base color with white trim so many times that we now have permanent drip marks going down all sides of our house....and the paint is still wrong/missing in sections along with the damaged boards & caulk mess. Awesome.

TeVelde and Company is great to work with. They addressed my every need and provided affordable window options for my selection and installation. I would work with them again, gladly.

I was in need of some siding repair. It was a small job. I didn't think that I was going to have any luck finding someone do take time to do the work. I contacted Justin at Tevelde and Co. The work was done in a timely, professional manner at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Tevelde installed James Hardie cement siding on our 104-year old home, and it looks like a brand new house!! The quality of the work they did is spectacular, they were available for every question I had whenever I called, they worked (weather permitting) every day they could until the job was done, and they did the best cleanup job I've ever had with any construction project done on our home! I highly recommend Tevelde for any of your home projects, and I will use them again if I am in need (which I probably will since I live in an older home)!!

This is the first time we have used Tevelde for a job, I was not familiar with them and had no real reference point. This was for siding our house, painting what couldn't be sided, and replacing a sliding glass door with a standard external door.

-Fair pricing even though they set the expectation that they might not be the cheapest. Listened to what we wanted and didn’t try to pressure us into spending more or upgrading to something out of our budget. I got 5 quotes, and they were not the lowest, but they were not the highest either (much closer to the lowest than the highest). They were the third company that came out and the first to provide a quote.

-Never had to call twice or check in multiple times. Our salesperson, the project manager, billing, and scheduling always returned my call, email, or text in a timely manner. They nearly always had an answer for me, and if not, they found it. We were trying to decide between two colors but we wanted to see them on a house. They were able to track down two houses with each color, which was extremely helpful.

-Always available for questions and to help clarify what was being done. We even decided at literally the very last minute to have them install an exterior door we had bought. When they got it framed out and installed they realized it was too warped. I got another door, and it had some hidden issues as well. These guys installed three doors in the same spot and never once seemed irritated or annoyed, and the work was perfect.

-They referred to their crew by name. How a company treats their employees and contractors is a huge reflection on how they approach the quality of their company, their work, and how they view their customers. More importantly, people deserve respect, and I feel like they give that to their workers and customers alike. One of the other quotes we got, we were told they basically just get whatever crew who is available, and another essentially spoke negatively about their workers. This was a refreshing change.

-The crew themselves. They did fantastic work that you can really tell they take pride in. They kept the area picked up, got a lot of work done in a short time, and we are thrilled with the way it came out. No shortcuts or anything halfway, really above and beyond. They even put some things back (gutters, etc) that were put together better than when they started.

-Another person came out to power wash, and another crew for the final painting of the foundation, garage door, etc. Also the same level of professionalism. The paint crew even managed to cover/protect the river rock when painting the foundation, which I just assumed would get some paint on them, and again, everything looks fantastic.

I can’t think of one thing that someone would take in to consideration for a major project like this that these guys did not meet or exceeded our expectations.

Highly recommend Telvelde! This company goes above and beyond to make your house perfect. Total transformation with people that are invested in the outcome of the exterior look of your home. Always professional, willing to go the extra mile and beautiful extra craftsmanship without gouging charges. These people are the best and I would recommend to anyone.

I rarely write reviews, but Tevelde & Co. exceeded my expectations when I had to get my roof replaced after last years hail storm. Jeremy and the team did not disappoint! He was helpful, professional and transparent about the process and timeline. Tevelde went the extra mile! Quality work, professional staff, great service.

I signed a contract to have my house painted and was told it would be about four weeks before painting began. Six weeks went by and no one returned my text messages or voice mails inquiring when the painting would begin. Finally I received a seemingly generic email stating it would be six more weeks before painting would begin. I responded stating that I wanted to explore other options and again no one responded to me.

I ended up using another painting company, TeVelde still has never responded to me. The other paint company was $1,000 cheaper and did a far better job than TeVelde did on my neighbor's house. I know TeVelde will not caulk every single nail hole in your siding and in general do a thorough caulking job before painting because they did not do this to my immediate neighbor's house, the painter I ended up using did do this.

I tried numerous times to speak with TeVelde and they simply did not respond to me after having a signed contract with them. I wasn't mean or rude to them or anything, because I literally couldn't talk to them, they had no reason to just ignore me after signing a contract. This coupled with the fact that they skimp on their caulk jobs and charge significantly more than other painters makes me never want to attempt business with this company again.

Edit in response to owner's comments: I have one "Production Update" email from you on July 18th stating it would be another six weeks. It's now 7 weeks after that and this is the first interaction I've had with you since July 18th. It has been a total of 12 weeks since I signed the contract, I have several call and text records showing I reached out to you, your own reply states you haven't contacted me since July 21 (a date which I have no record of). Today is September 10th...

Regarding price and craftsmanship, I have never had my house painted before. I confess I was ignorant to the process and learned from this experience. I was getting my house painted under an insurance claim. Your guys were at my neighbors, I spoke with them, we signed a contract. Since then you've not responded to me (your records just confirmed this) and it's been 12 weeks since your initial 4 week promise.

I didn't care what your price was, insurance was paying it. Now that I know you're more expensive than your competitors, I wouldn't use your services. Regarding caulking, is your official position that it is not necessary to caulk the entire house before painting?

I'm not sure if we used all the services they offer, but it had to be close - new roof, gutters, windows, siding, paint and doors. With that much work, one would expect a great transformation, but our expectations were definitely exceeded. Since completion we have had countless passersby - on foot and in their cars - stop us outside to tell us how much they loved what we did to our place. In the beginning we weren't sure if we could truly modernize such a traditional style of house, but I think that with their help, we accomplished just that!! In fact, for the first time in years, we are no longer looking to move.

In the past few years we've also finished our basement and remodeled our main level, so we've encountered a good number of contractors and subcontractors, both good and bad. When you have people in and out of your house, you want only good. Jeremy and Justin, our points of contact at Tevelde, were truly top notch, and the subs they had work on our house were some of the best. In full disclosure the project had its share of hiccups along the way (this will happen with big projects) and the way they addressed my frustrations at those times is what maybe sets them apart. If Tevelde continues to treat their customers the way they treated us, you cannot go wrong working with them.

Tevelde replaced siding, paint, and a front door. They provided a professional and personable experience. Will be happy to use them again in the future.

I hired Tevelde & Co to manage my roof replacement after last years hailstorm. Trey did a fantastic job of fighting to get every penny out of the insurance company as they refused to replace half of the roof. He called them on numerous occasions and got them to cover the whole roof! I can't thank them enough and would highly recommend them!

DANG!!! Anytime you plunk down $40K (even if a good chunk of that is 'insurance money') you want it to be well spent and with TeVelde & Co it was. Our house looks GREAT! We were very happy with the bid/sales portion of the process and most importantly, when we had small issues come up (ie. a light mounting bracket got broken in the process of roofing removal) - they stepped right up & quickly solved our issue. VERY pleased with our outcome.

Tevlede was great to work with. They replaced our roof in one day, new gutters in one day as well. All work was completed on time and done very professionally. From working with our insurance company to completing the work they were great.

Amazing experience with Tevelde & Co on our interior paint job. They did our entire house - walls, doors and trim - to perfection. Crew was polite, friendly, hard-working and we felt very comfortable having them in our home with our dogs and young children. Cost was right on par with other bids but we definitely feel like we got more than we paid for. We hope to use Tevelde & Co again for other work on our home.

Super happy with our new gutters!! We really needed them before the heavy winter snow and melt dropped and Christopher made it happen. He’s fantastic with design. Our house color is tough to match but he was able to share multiple color choices and now that it’s done, we absolutely love it. Really gave our home a facelift! 12/19/19 one of you’re guys driving you’re truck was going a bit fast by 120th and L he dropped two large plastic things from his back part of the truck which went flying towards me (did not touch my truck) but if it did I would of kept following him until he stopped .. thank Jesus ; I was behind I honked so he can pull over and pick up his things he just kept looking on rear mirror did not pull over kept driving just FYI

Todd and his crew did a fantastic job for a very reasonable honest price. He was referred to me from my insurance agent and for good reason. I had very bad ventilation in an area of my roof which caused some mold. He knew exactly what would fix it, without selling me on a huge project. His crew came in and put in a ridge vent and new decking where it was needed. Great job overall. I would definitely recommend Tevelde!

All in all I can’t be happier. Had a hail damage and trey was professional from the beginning. We ran into insurance trying to deny some items such as exterior painting and trey worked tirelessly to ensure that we as home owners are happy with the end results. In fact, we had to go through 3 inspections with 2 field adjusters because the field adjuster was not detail in his initial write up. Throughout this chaos trey was my biggest ally.

We are using Tevelde for our recent storm damage claim. They have been great to work with. Trey has been very hands on and has helped make the claim process run smooth. We would highly recommend them and will be using them for any future needs.

Tristin came out to replace some shingles that blew off and he was friendly yet professional. He put a temporary patch on until he could order the right shingles. I would call him again if I needed repairs.

I'm a Realtor in the Omaha metro, and he came over to a client's home to assess their roof after a home inspection flagged it as being in need of repair/replacement. He gave his professional opinion, wrote a professional report, and then worked with the insurance adjustor to make sure not only that the claim was approved, but that the claim warranted substantial payment from the insurance company for replacement. Great company! We experienced water intrusion in our home a few weeks ago and Trey came out the day after we discovered it to advise us. He helped us by referring to us to a great restoration and cleaning company (Maxim) all the way through working with us as we navigated the insurance claim process. What a great team to work with!! We began working with Todd and his team over a year ago when we had a leak in the house. Todd helped us determine the root of the problem, was honest, and set out to help us find the best plan of action. A skylight was replaced beautifully. Flash forward to this year and our work with Todd & Trey again. They helped us work with our insurance company to file a claim for hail damage on the roof and siding. Met with the adjustor to help point out all that they could see and ensure nothing was missed on the inspection. Trey then took speedy action to help get the roof replaced, siding repaired, and new gutters and downspouts installed before it became too cold to do the work (like 3 weeks!).
