Terry showed when he said he would, called a head and said he'd be 20 minutes late to the agreed upon time, and after spending some time assessing my problem, told me it wasn't the roof at all, but mostly likely the leaking chimney! So he referred me on to a company that does chimney work made no charge for his honest assessment. I know whom I'm calling next time I think I have a roof problem or need a new one.

Most honest roofer out there. I called Terry based off reviews because we had a small roof leak that I couldn’t fix. He came and assessed it on a Tuesday and fixed it that Friday for a VERY FAIR price and cleaned my gutters as a bonus. He is definitely the guy to call for roof help. I had a tree limb fall through the roof of my garage… i was desperately trying to find someone that could fix it quickly before it rained… after several other companies being 3 or 4 days out, i called Terry and he was here in an hour to take a look and had a crew out the next morning to fix it! I've worked with Terry for a couple projects now. He's always very responsive, provides a lot of guidance, and charges very fair prices. He never tries to up-sale me and offers guidance on repairing versus replacing.

I called Terry for a roof inspection that was requested by my homeowners insurance. He was responsive in scheduling. He made the few minor repairs/sealings necessary and provided a letter stating the condition of the roof for me to send to insurance quickly.

Terry and crew replaced wind damaged (missing shingles) and replaced dry-rotted roof boots (learned that roof boots only last about 10 years!). Honest and fair prices. Good people!

The March tornado of this year damaged our roof with a large tree limb. Many of our neighbors were worse off. This was our first home insurance claim and Terry was very helpful with the process. We highly recommend them and will call them again in the future but hope we never have to.

Terry was great to work with - as another review posted, he is a good man and tells you exactly what you need. He doesn't try to sell you services that you don't need. I highly recommend Mr. Woodall's services. I used him to replace my entire roof which was beyond it's life and Terry was prompt, dependable, and let me know the status along the way. If I ever need another roof I would select Terry again.

Terry and his crew were absolutely wonderful. We did have to delay my repair due to weather but he and his men were out here within days of diagnosing the problem. He quoted me an honest price and the work was great. They even showed me pictures of everything they did step by step.

When this team fixes a problem it is done right AND honestly. Terry and his team are the only crew I call for my roofing problems anymore. Cannot say enough positive things about them.
