I found the vehicle I wanted at Terry Henricks Ford. I drove from Weston to check it out. Everyone there was super nice and knowledgeable. The process from test driving to purchasing only took a little more than 2 hours. Other than a slight hiccup, it was a great experience.

Professional, punctual, and thorough. Didn't try to sell me something I didn't need but detailed repairs I'll need to attend to next. So helpful.

I had the pleasure of working with Jared. There was a miscommunication that lead to the loss of a sale of a specific car. Jared did everything in his power to make it right even tho it wasn’t his fault. He could have just made me walk away but he wanted me to leave happy. I appreciate everything he did for us. 10/10 would recommend Jared and his character.

I bought my 2020 Gladiator online in Ohio and had it driven to my home in MI. I drove it for the first time and the 4WD Serv light came on after 5 mins. I understand that the vehicle was As Is, but there is no way it was driven here and no one noticed. Normally you would know what the defects are before making a decision to buy. The warranty doesn't cover wiring. That's an 800.00 dollar fix and I have only had the vehicle 3 weeks.

I found a vehicle online. I made the trip to the dealership and from then on I had a great experience with Haleigh. She was in contact with me throughout the whole process and was very professional! Adrienne was very helpful also explaining the extended warranties.... although I didn't purchase one. Thank you ladies for making my experience at this dealership a pleasant one

I looked all over Fort Wayne and Indy for a truck. I could not find exactly what I wanted until I visited Terry Hendricks. It was a little bit of a drive but I was able to get more truck, with less miles, for several thousand dollars less than what I was seeing at the other large dealerships locally. Zero pressure from the entire sales team. Excellent experience. I will definitely come back for our next vehicle and we will refer anyone I know looking for a new vehicle.

I do not recommend Terry Henrick’s Ford. We first looked at our SUV in August of 2024. Upon arrival, after talking to our sales rep. Haleigh, we found the car to have many cosmetic repairs (seatbelt buckle missing, air vent missing, etc.). They agreed to fix everything prior to purchase. We bought the SUV from them in August of 2024. Within 6 days of having the SUV the transmission went out. They picked up the car, maintained minimal communication throughout the repair process and then returned it supposedly “fixed.” We asked during this period to talk to the manager who wouldn’t return our phone calls regarding our car. That should’ve been our sign, this car has been
nothing but issues since. In April, it was found that the SUV’s Transfer Switch Case needed replaced. In May the Catalytic Converter was having issues. Then in June it was documented that it still had the original brake pads on then, even though they told us everything was updated. Now in July the A/C has gone out. I wanted to believe that Terry Hendricks was a trustworthy place, but at this point I have zero faith in them to stand by the cars they sell. After trading in our Kia Carnival which we bought brand new, it looks like we’re the ones who took a big loss. I’d think to think they would care about their customers and the quality of product they’re selling, but based on our experience they only care about their profit. I would never buy a car from them again.

My wife and I purchased a preowned F150 from Colin. Customer service was excellent, he was very upfront and straightforward. Nothing was hidden, very smooth buying process. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone looking to buy a new or pre-owned vehicle.

Be careful trading in your vehicle here. They will low ball you because of issue or two that needs “repaired” with the vehicle. Then they will turn around and put it on the lot (a day after you trade it in, surely not enough time to repair said issues), for 10k more than what they gave you for the vehicle trade in. I feel bad for the person who just bought the truck that was traded in last month, now they will have to pay for the repairs. Shady practice, also being reported to the BBB. ❤️

We had a very helpful young lady, Haleigh, who saw our needs and helped very quickly to show us the car we wanted. While we awaited some business matters before we could purchase the car, we also spoke with two other employees all who were helpful in explaining the financial and extended warranty options. Today we took the car home with temporary tags in place. Thank you for your friendly, helpful service.

We have now bought 2 vehicles from Terry Henricks Ford and both times, we felt we got good deals, were treated well and had great customer service.

I purchased a vehicle from Terry Hendricks Ford in December- in only two months I found out the turbo assembly needed be to replaced. The cost of the this was quite high and when I called to see if they would help give a discount on labor to fix it they said there was nothing they could do. The horn has also stopped working and the backup camera ha gone bad. All things that they supposedly didn’t catch on their inspection before selling the vehicle. They don’t care about customer service or quality of vehicles. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else!

Drove 289 miles for a truck, the sales rep Scott was very quick respectful and responsive. Ran into a minor hiccup but they made it right. Adrrienne was fast efficient and super kind. Great buying experience and will make the drive again when it's time to buy the wife a new vehicle.

Had a recall taken care and parts ordered fir another recall. The atmosphere was nice in the waiting area, and the communication was good.

Clearly 1st person to inquire on new arrival inventory, Approved out for financing and on Tuesday schedule appointment for Saturday to close on said vehicle...message me Thursday to inform they are showing it on Friday to a potential buyer. Spend 2 days working a deal for them to try to sell it before I can get a day off work to come sign paperwork. Place is a joke!!! Shop elsewhere

They were good to deal with. We looked at many dealerships and found the customer service here better than the rest. They were straight forward and we got a fair price. They even delivered the truck to our home 100 miles away. Love the truck!!

I was totally impressed from my 1st call on a F150 to driving it off the lot. Best experience I will have to say I've ever had in purchasing any vehicle I have bought.

I moved back to Ohio in 2021 after getting out of the Service. I realized I needed a more efficient vehicle. I Stopped in at Terry Hendricks in town and have been a loyal customer since. Every time I go in for a new vehicle or just regular maintenance Im treated respectfully. All the staff are friendly and willing to assist with anything. It’s an extremely family friendly place and you can tell they all care. They will continue to get my business over any other place! I highly recommend to all local residents and out of staters passing through whether it be for service or a new or used vehicle.

These guys always do excellent work. They don't try to up sell me on something I don't need and I always feel like they're being honest with me about the timing of my repairs.

I thought the salesman did a great job in reaching out to me and letting me know all he knew about my new Cadillac SRX to the point I decide to drive 2-1/2 hrs from Michigan to purchase the vehicle sales staff is great. the brakes on my 2015 ford edge was bad and i keep getting service park brake error they was able to fix it and get me back on the road with new brakes and new park brake motor they did a great job fixing it

Kyle was very helpful. We were trying to choose between two different new Escape’s. While going through the options, he gave us several ways to work through the deal. We are extremely pleased with our purchase!

Took my truck in for warranty repairs. Was told all the parts had arrived within a few days of diagnosing the problem. Was quoted an outrageous $1500 for belts, fob battery and a cab filter. I obviously declined. Was told for 2 weeks the truck was almost done. It would surely be done by the 3rd weekend. It was not, service manger not even there that day. Finally the work was complete. Had to bring back the next day because they over filled the transmission. Under side of my truck was covered in oil. Terrible experience. I’ll take my business somewhere else.

Horrible experience. I made an appt.on a Thursday dropped my car off was told it would take about 4 hours, so I came back after 7 hours. My car had not even been started ,they never contacted me to let me know. So my car stayed over night was told it would be done next day. I contacted them ,at 1pm was told it would be complete at 3:30pm. I arrived to get my car and was told again it wasn't done, the tech working on it left at 230pm. But they never had someone else complete it or call me to let me know. I finally got my car back at the end of the day Monday . Worst experience. Would not recommend.

Well we have taken 2024 ford maverick here 3 times. First time good 2nd time sucked . 3 rd time Sucked . So if you really what to see what ford service SHOULD NOT BE LIKE GO HERE . I SPENT 40 YEARS IN CAR DEALERSHIPS ONE THE LARGEST FORD DEALER IN WORLD. AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION WAS JOB ONE. WHAT SETS YOU APART FROM OTHER DEALERS . NEW FORD ALL THE SAME CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS IT. I be moving on .

I had all four tires replaced ,balanced job was completed totally efficent and in timely manner .explained every thing when I piced car up .Thank you Henrick's service department .
