Terrones Roofing

This company did a job for me to stop a leak on my roof, this was last year, the leak didn’t stop, I have tried to contact him since November and he has blocked my number and also in social media, this is not how you treat a customer. I paid him every dime so I don’t know what else to do.

Update: I was able to get a return call. The company came out promptly this morning to fix the issue. Thank you. Changing the review to 4 stars as unfortunately I had to leave a review for further communication. But they stuck by their warranty. For that reason, I would recommend using this roofing contractor.

Company came out and charged a fair price to fix my roof siding after a bad wind storm. However, they didn’t properly nail/screw the siding in. I’ve tried calling their office number/leave a voicemail multiple times with no response. Their work came with a 1 year warranty and I can’t get ahold of them. Would not recommend based on communication and poor repair.

I've used Terrones Roofing twice now. In both incidences, three things stand out. Promptness, Competitive Pricing, and Outstanding Workmanship. This last time, we had wind damage from a storm that ripped up some shingles and resulted in water in our home. I called Jonas at 8:45 am and it was fixed by noon.
Rarely in these times do you find a company who truly puts the customer first and does everything possible to get the best job done.
I appreciate the effort and professionalism that Terrones provides.

The roofers arrived on time and did the work quickly and neatly and cleaned up after everything was done it was repair work and it looked great when they were completed thanks again for coming out

Jonas Terrones, and His team did an awesome job on our cabin, we have a 6/12 pitch and a tall 12/12 pitch but it was no problem for them, what made us choose them was they offered to patch our roof leak during the estimate, and no one else that gave a quote offer this, super nice folks, easy to work with, and very fast and professional, cleaned decks and porches, and yard, we are very pleased, thx again.

This company did excellent work! They took the time and careful study and created a plan of action to replace a 10 foot long section of the roof of my house. They replaced the infrastructure that supported that area as well, because there was some mold damage. They comprehensively completed the job. Very professional and dependable! When it was time to repair or replace a commercial flat roof I found it very difficult to get anyone to show up for an appointment, or follow up. Terrones roofing arrived on time and did everything they promised. They replaced the tar and gravel roof with a newer system adding 2.5" of insulation. The price was reasonable and the work was very well done. They did go above and beyond to help with this project. I highly recommend them for commercial roof projects.

Needed repairs done to my HOA's Townhome community. Terrones Roofing was very puncutal compared to other roofing companies that I got estimates from. Great pricing and he was very professional and listened carefully to what I needed. Other roofers I called did not even show up on time or show up at all. He was also very considerate when I told him I had a bad leak and needed it fixed before it rained next. He came out the day before it would rain to temporary stop the leak~ They have excellent pricing/estimates compared to other companies & were fast in coming to do repairs. It was also very easy to contact them for updates or any questions. very Communicative.

I have used Terrones Roofing many times and they have never let me down yet! I highly recommend Jonas‘s team as they are always on time and they treat my home like it’s theirs. I won’t ever call any other person except Jonas with Terrones Roofing for any roof or gutter repair of any type.
