The quality of the roof work itself met expectations, and I’m thankful for the flexibility offered during the payment process.

However, my overall experience working with this company left me a bit disappointed.

There were some delays in removing materials, which I understand, but the main issue was the communication and professionalism. I found the tone in several interactions to be unnecessarily rude and sometimes felt pushy for payments, which made the process more stressful than it needed to be.

Customer service matters just as much as the finished product, especially for something as important as a roof. Wishing you all the best.

When searching for a roofer it was kind of a mess. That is until we found 1% Roofing. They did an excellent job with the estimate, pricing, and explanation. Once we signed Marcus kept me in the loop through every part of the process. Marcus also discovered a critical error in the roof design that had been missed for 20 years by 3 different roofing companies. Without knowing the backstory he KNEW we had leaks in that area( We had been having leaks for 20 years, despite “repairs” from 3 other roofing companies). He pointed out a bunch of solutions and asked which we wanted. The workers arrived right on time. They were super courteous and outgoing. They worked very efficiently between much needed water breaks. They cleaned the yard relentlessly and kept a very tidy appearance the entire time.

One Percent Roofing replaced the roof on my house after hail storm. Met with owner Marcus , he worked with my insurance company which made the whole process seamless. The installers were excellent and professional. Marcus came by each day to check on process and to keep me update on the progress. Very good company. Respectful, patient-helped me work within a budget. Great prices and the work they did is beautiful. I highly recommend them. They even replaced the piece of siding the storm blew off. I think its called facsia. Again, I highly recommend these guys. They are all professional and caring.

Awesome customer service, very friendly and they do what they say! Victor came out and put up new gutters and fixed a few places on our roof and vinyl that were blown off from all the winds we have been having. Highly recommend 1% Roofing with Marcus and his great team of workers! After having hail damage to our roof we had to choose someone to assess the damage and complete the roofing job. We chose 1% Roofing to put a new roof on and they exceeded our expectations. Marcus made the process super easy! Marcus took care of the insurance claim, advocated for us, kept us informed, communicated well through the entire process, did a great job on the roof, completed the work in a timely manner, and his team did very well with the clean up after the job was completed. 1% Roofing was instrumental in helping me get a full roof replacement approved through my insurance company.

The first roofing company I contacted (name withheld) told me that I needed a full roof replacement; however, when my insurance company denied the claim, the roofing company did not want to work further to prove that a full replacement was needed. They only suggested that I pay out of pocket for a new roof.

1% Roofing stepped in and spent over 5 months advocating for me and my home. They sent emails, performed repairability tests, submitted photos/videos, etc. proving that replacing shingles would not be beneficial.

In the end, all of 1% Roofing’s efforts paid off. Insurance reversed their decision and approved the claim. Within one week, I had a brand new roof (that looks great)!

After a month of chasing and basically begging another company to get me just the estimate to replace my gutters, I finally decided to find someone else. I had came across 1% roofing, emailed them w/a quick response. They had someone out and an estimate for me by day 2, the very next day work had begun.
I have zero regrets with all interactions with Mr. Dixon and Victor. Very professional and such an ease of working with them.

Checked out my roof for me, showed me a couple spots but no big issues. Was honest about not needing repaired at this time.

I called to request an inspection of my roof and received not only quick communication, but also same day service! I was very impressed with the honesty of this company. After an inspection of my roof, I was informed that damage was minimal and that replacement could be postponed.

These guys are the real deal. They were respectful and very upfront about everything. Noah was a great help. They gave me an inspection for no charge and gave me an honest report on the state of my roof. Would reccomend to anyone

I could not be any happier with the service and work done by the guys at 1% Roofing.
I needed old Gutters removed with possible repairs to be done on the flashing and wood beneath it with all new Gutters installed.
They was at my house that same evening and provided me an estimate for all of the work I was needing done. They were one of three contractors that I reached out too for the job, there number wasn't the lowest estimate I got, or the highest honestly.
It was the way Marcus and his technician Victor carried themselves when they came out to look at the work I needed done. They were both all business with the perfect blend of good old fashion neighbors with the customer service feel.
Thats why I decided to ask them to do the job.
I also mentioned other work I needed done around my home unrelated to the project they were there for and I was immediately offered contacts of people that could accommodate all of my needs.
They came and removed and replaced all my Gutters as estimated with ease. I couldn't ask for a better job.
So...
Talk about getting a job well done with access to a network of getting other things done.

Marcus was very thorough and professional with our roof insurance claim. He is also a genuinely nice person to work with as he listened to our concerns before the process started. The roofing crew was very careful with the process. We had moved outdoor items away from the house. The crew tarped our bushes and moved tarps as quickly as possible to avoid damaging the yard. They took shingles off in small batches so as to not damage anything as well. They worked on the back of the house and then moved to the front cleaning up at the end of each day. We were very pleased with the final look and color we picked out to go with our house. They were at our house for two solid days 7-7 or later making sure to do a quality job and they did not rush. Our big concerns going in to the process were a good roof product, proper installation, not having our property damaged by shingle removal, not having a rush job done, nail/trash clean up, and an aesthically pleasing roof that complimented our house. Marcus and his team definitely delivered on our wishes and we feel confident recommending them to others.
