From the moment Bo (the owner) stepped in my house to give me an estimate for siding, to the moment when the job was finished, I was blown away by the devotion to quality that I was shown. Not only did they do an AMAZING job replacing the siding and gutters on my home. The compassion they had for my family went above and beyond. I have a special needs daughter and the thought and planning they put into making sure she was comfortable throughout the whole experience was unbelievable. The devotion to customer service and the and the desire to make the whole experience as comfortable as possible was expressed every day that they were at my home. With any future job either big or small I will without a doubt be calling them. Thank you so much!

Contacted them to do an estimate for siding that was either loose or had completely come off during the high winds that we had earlier this year. They asked me to send photos of the damage, gave me an estimate, then came by and fixed it while I was at work (with my permission of course)! The whole process was super easy for me! They were very professional and easy to communicate with. Highly recommended!!!

Beau and his crew were quick to respond after my initial call due to a storm that came through. I greatly appreciate them fitting me in at a moments notice and even moreso was grateful that Beau called me to check to make sure his crew was on site and fixing my problem. I called Beau about repairs needed to the trim around my garage. He came by my house the same day to look at it. I’m so happy I went with this company. I am pleased with the work and how quickly everything was taken care of. I will be using A Quality Siding and Roofing from now on.

Beau and his crew did a great job replacing some rotted Masonite siding, waterproofing/wrapping a few windows, and installing new gutters on our house. Excellent value and quality for the price. Communication about when they were coming could be improved, but we couldn't be happier with the finished product.

A Quality Siding and Roofing repaired my siding today. I have been trying to get a company to do the repair for months to no avail. As busy as they were, they made time to come out and do my repair. They showed up extra early and completed the work to my satisfaction. Their price was reasonable and they were very responsive. I would highly recommend this company.

Beau did a FANTASTIC job on replacing the siding on the side of our house. It needed to be done for a while now so I trusted google and went with the company with the best reviews, and boy am I glad I chose them! By the time I had reached out to them coming out it had only been a day! Cost effective, quick and friendly. Beau was even nice enough to take his shoes off at the door even when I didn't ask him to and said he didn't need to do that! If you are thinking about hiring this company, do it! You will not be disappointed. 5 stars!

They replaced the gable wrap around my home. Owner was very nice. Workers were very polite and respectful. They also walked over the work with me when finished. They finished the job on time as estimated. Very pleased.

I needed a quick simple repair to the siding on my house after a wind storm. A Quality responded immediately to my call and came and did the repair the same day. The owner himself stopped on his way home at the end of his work day to fix my siding. He was very professional and customer service centered. At the time of payment he said it was he good deed for the day and no payment was required!

When Beau initially came to the house he said that he does not contract out and he works beside his crew during all of their projects, But the first two days of our project he was nowhere to be found, he didn’t come until the end of the 2nd day when he broke the news to us that our siding was not here yet- yes you read correctly-our siding a no show; I’ll get back to that shortly. So I get it, I guess he feels he didn’t need to be there while his crew was taking the siding off, But my husband had to go out there to make sure they pinpoint where the rotted wood areas were, but his crew was telling my husband that the piece of wood was good yet it was rotted and needed to be replaced. This was bothersome so my husband brought it up to Beau if Beau did confirm that it needed to be replaced. So if you’re sending your crew here unsupervised and they don’t know good wood from Rotted wood, why are they a part of your crew? And your team should be a reflection of you and should have good work ethics if you possess it yourself. So his crew was there the first couple of days taking our Masonite off our home- we know this is debatable whether to take Masonite off or not but we opted to take off. We didn’t want vinyl on top of Masonite and we wanted to see how wood was underneath. So since Someone dropped the ball on our siding, it wasn’t going to be delivered until nine days later, at this point all they could do is wrap home but no siding to go on it, meanwhile we had a storm coming 2 days later.
Oh yeah back to why siding wasn’t here; so apparently a staff member named Andy who works at the ABC supply store in Greensboro told Beau that the siding was here, which is why Beau had his crew pull our Masonite off, but come to find out siding had not arrived yet. We did get a credit for this. During storm, the wind knocked some of the wrap off. Beau’s son came immediately to replace wrap and Beau eventually came as well.

So this exterior remodeling project was supposed to be 7-9 days. It turned into a full month. He said the stone crew needed to go first to install their stone then he will place vinyl siding. I have spoken with a few stone installers and they say they usually install after vinyl. Beau had no shows on multiple days even when wether was good. First truck battery went out, then insurance audit then sick, etc. he would miss days throughout week so we approved him to come on a Saturday then the following week was the same thing and he wanted to come on that weekend as well. Beau was a one-man show and sometimes he would bring his partner with him but other than that he was doing the bulk of the work himself. He claims that my husband asked him to do the work himself after my husband addressed him about his crew wanting to keep rotted wood up. This was him misconstruing my husbands words as we simply felt his crew should be supervised by him as Beau did say he works side by side with his crew but initially was not here with them. But I believe after our siding wasn’t here, Beau sent his crew on another job though he said he wouldn’t pull his crew from our job, he did pull them anyway. So with no crew, and Beau being no show on several days, this siding and trim took 1 month to install. During that time kept asking Beau for shutters to see how would look on house and he kept telling us he had them in the truck but never brought them, or he would say his son is bringing them but never did. This went on for almost 2 weeks. So I went to the ABC supply store in rural hall to get actual shutters so we could choose a color we wanted. A client should not have to go to the supply store as ABC supply usually just deals with contractors but since Beau never followed through with bringing shutters I felt that it was my due diligence to get the shutters myself. I Also picked up the shakes for our gable myself. Beau did get like 3 extra shakes up there for us when he said we ran out of shakes. As far as the quality of work, we feel he did a good job. He talks a good game but rarely follow through

Would not recommend. Lack of punctuality, no show on multiple days. no follow through. Beau did not keep his word. If you click on company website in google it doesn’t even take you to a website. He seems like he’s a one-man show, there’s no staff or receptionist. Hope he don’t change his number on you. Nevertheless I went off of most of his reviews as they were good.

Thought everything would be OK after he initially accessed the house and gave us the quote a couple hours later. But this whole process was a nightmare.

First I asked Beau if we paid cash, can come down on the price as most companies offer a cash discount if you ask. He said we could work something out if paying in cash, maybe a few hundred dollars off. So at the end we asked him about the final invoice and the cash discount and he said since he’s going to do extra things(put our storm door up, paint front door, remove our back yard walk way, Paint electrical boxes to match the new siding. He also agreed to place a flash over my stone for me, but we were gonna pay him for the flash, but everything else was supposed to be done no charge since we paid cash. Beau never followed through on doing those extra things for us after he got his last chunk of money. so really we didn’t get a cash discount because we had to hire someone else to paint our door and they even painted our shutters to match our door, placed storm door that Beau wouldn’t install storm door while he was here because he said we needed to get an electrician to rewire our doorbell because wiring was too short and he said the doorbell was going to be in the way of the storm door this would have to be moved over on stone and we would have to get our stone guys to drill a hole in our stone in order to attach door bell. The guy who installed our door and did all those other things for us did not need an electrician we did not need to drill a hole in our stone he put that storm up in no time and always came when he said he was going to come. The guy who did all of that for us also painted our back door and he painted around the window that Beau was supposed to wrap but didn’t. At the last minute when Beau was finishing up on the house he mentioned that he couldn’t wrap this one bay window in the back of the house and we will have to get it replaced. He was out here for a month and the last week of him working on the house he mentions that he can’t wrap this window. Though he did admit he missed this area when he did the initial assessment it still irritates me that this was told to us at the end and our back window looks aesthetically out of place without trim that our other windows have. He claims water was getting down there, but no evidence of that. Same guy who did all that work for us that Beau was supposed to do will come back and wrap this window for us with the wrap Beau left.

Beau continues to say he’s waiting on the flash to come in so he can come install it over my stone but it’s been two weeks now.

This story has too many characters for this one review. The next review also mentions our siding not being here when it was supposed to be, leaving our house bare. To be continued.

They were awesome! Quick to respond, and quickly fit me in on a crazy schedule. Beau was the guy that dealt with me and did an awesome job.

A Quality Siding And Roofing Has Met And Exceeded My Expectations On My Garage! The vinyl siding looks wonderful! The guys were on time and ready to work! They were kind to me and my dog and cleaned up very well when their job was done. I also have to mention Beau was on time for the quote and was always available for any of my questions. He checked on his guys while they were on the job and came by afterwards to see the end result. From beginning to end the customer service was incredible. I can't say enough about the outstanding work and common courtesy these guys displayed! This business is a well oiled machine ran by a nice, honest man!

We used this company last year when a tornado hit our old house and they did a great job taking care of us. So obviously I called them again for boxing in and venting our barn eaves at our new property. Never disappointed! This team does an amazing professional job. I would recommend them to anyone.

After calling countless companies to repair/replace the deterioriated trim around our garage doors, Beau was the only person I spoke with that knew what our problem was and was more than capable of repairing it. He was able to get our repairs done in a timely manner. He and his crew were professional, neat, and efficient. I highly recommend them and will use them again for future needs.

My husband and I are very pleased with the roofing job that Beau and his crew did. When I contacted Beau, he right away scheduled an appt for the following day and was on time. Beau answered all of our questions and concerns. The old roof was about fifteen years old there were some leaking going on and rotten woods. After the new roof there have been some decent rains and no leaks! The crew came early in the morning worked the whole day couldn't finished it that day, but came back the following day finished the job and left everything clean. Now we got new roof new gutters and no leaks! We're very pleased with Beau and his crew; they were responsible, on time, respectful, and did a great job. Thank you!

Beau and his crew were amazing , this was our second time using this company on a different property and we are very satisfied as we were before .They are very professional and knowledgeable about what they are doing . I cannot express how satisfied we were with Beau, and the entire company. We needed an insurance estimate, which was unable to be performed by several other companies, and they handled it with ease. Very knowledgeable and did nothing to take advantage of us.

Needed some siding replaced on the house where our dog had torn it off, not only did Beau come out same day for the quote but was also able to match the siding with no issue. Communication was also great as we were battling the weather to get the job done. Job came out perfect and they'll actually be coming out again for a couple other small jobs we needed done.

Had a minor emergency with a wind storm taking off part of the siding, while we were expecting heavy rain in 48 hours. Of course this happened around 5:30PM on a Friday. A Quality Roofing (Beau) called me late on Friday and walked me through steps of getting him information through photos. Was quoted, and they were there before noon the next day! Problem solved. They even did some more work for me wrapping a door frame. Friendly, helpful and thankful. I would recommend them.

I needed my roof repaired ASAP due to leakage problems in the house. I spoke with Drew who was very responsive and we scheduled an appointment. He gave me a fair quote that I was happy with and offered to perform the work the next day. The crew arrived on time, worked very hard all day Saturday, and even came back out on Sunday to finish up the last bit of the job. Very thankful to Drew and the whole team! Highly recommend!

I just had vinyl siding done to my house by A Quality Siding and I am very pleased with the job well done at a reasonable cost. Now I can see why they have got so many positive reviews. Beau is very personable and he strives very hard to make sure you are satisfied with their work, and his son is such a hard worker. You can't go wrong hiring this company. The owner helped me when other companies said they couldn't. We had wind damage to our roof and he repaired my roof leak quickly so that I would not incur more damage. He was always fast to respond to any questions. The workers were courteous. I built a 2 car garage on my property 2 years ago and had A Quality Siding and Roofing do the siding, the roof, and the gutters. Great job done at a reasonable cost. This past September when the hurricane came through we had a tree limb fall on the roof of the garage and damaged the gutter. Beau and his crew came out and replaced the gutter and made it look like new. I highly recommend them for siding, roofing, or gutter work.

They were quick to come out and quote the work, used top rated material, and did a fantastic job on the install and cleanup. Easy to work with and take care of the customer.

It's sad to say but to get a contractor to even call you back in this industry is like playing the lottery. Stop wasting your time dealing with anyone else, call these guys and get it done right the first time. I wish I could say you get what you pay for in this industry, but it's more like you pay more for it than you get, if your tired of getting ripped off call these guys!

Let me first start by saying what a great company this is; our home is located in Uwharrie National Forest (Troy.) and is a long haul from the city but this company still made the trip to do the work we needed done. The company sent a crew within a few days of calling with the work we needed done. The workers did a great job and even cleaned up our yard when they were done. The company was priced very well. We would recommend A Quality siding and roofing to anyone. We had a small amount of siding damage during the hurricane in the summer of 2018. Called several other siding companies only to get the run around because it wasn’t worth their time for a small job. Well I called A Quality and they said immediately that they would do the job no problem, 3 days later they came out and perfectly fixed our siding problem. They are very nice and professional, extremely pleased guys, thanks.

I would like to thank A Quality Siding and Roofing for their quality service. I live out of town and have a rental property in Greensboro so trying to find the right contractor was a difficult task. After speaking with A Quality I was convinced they were knowledgeable in their profession. I received pictures and text updates throughout the process. I would definitely use A Quality Siding and Roofing again and would not hesitate to recommend to my family and friends.

Wouldn’t waste your time. Two no-shows for appointments to get an estimate and they don’t even have the professionalism to call and give an explanation.

Edit: I was happy with the roof work, but shortly after my original review, my roof began to leak around the skylights. A tarp was placed over the skylights with the promise that the issue would be addressed. Since this is a rental property, we aren’t there daily to know that no one ever came back to repair or remove the skylights as promised. Calls and texts went unanswered and eventually, the tarp wore away and we were faced with finding someone else to try and rectify the issue. Still an issue today. We don’t ask for much, just do what you say you will.

Original review: I honestly don’t know where to begin with how awesome Beau has been! I’m the ultimate skeptic so contracting someone to replace the roof was a task. After getting the estimate, I was ready, but figured I needed another estimate. Beau encouraged me to get several other estimates. I did, but I decided to go with A Quality, because no one else took the time to thoroughly walk me through the entire process and what should be expected. Fast forward to the finished product... Beau and his team from A Quality Siding and Roofing are AMAZING! My parents live in Greensboro, and after 32 years of living in their home, it became evident that repairs were needed to correct water, rot, and wind damage. I live out of state and I was finding it very difficult to find people who could help me get the work done during one of my visits to Greensboro. We were all blessed when Beau answered my call for help. He immediately provided me with a fair and honest estimate AND was able schedule the job for the very next week!!!! After weeks of sunshine, rainy weather delayed the start date, but Beau and his crew worked some long days to see that ALL the work was completed prior to the end of my visit. My parents and I are delighted with the quality of workmanship and dedication to detail provided by A Quality Siding and Roofing. We are delighted to get the work with replacement of patio doors to upgraded French Doors, Facia and Soffit repairs and replacements, and replacement of rotted wood and trim around windows which has prepared their home for upcoming winter weather and more carefree living in a more maintenance free home. We feel as though we have established a great working relationship and will certainly call on Beau and his team again to complete more projects!

My 24 yr. old house now has a brand new facelift. The new gray roof and matching gutters look great, as do the vinyl repairs fixed at the same time. We discovered we had a problem with our gutters backing up up and water is getting behind the fascia board. A Quality Siding and Roofing was recommended as a contractor. They quickly identified the problem, proposed an effective and cost effective repair plan and solved that problem. In the course of the repair a related problem was identified and quickly repaired. We highly recommend Beau and A Quality siding because of their open honest approach. they make recommendations based on what works not what works best for them.

I initially approached Mr. Varner because I was having difficulties conversing with my home owners insurance claim representative.
Mr. Varner was able to help me with the claims process and his cost to replace my roof was less than earlier estimates I had received.
He was very knowledgeable and spent a lot time answering my questions. His installers were very courteous. He did an outstanding job.

The process of having my roof replaced was easy because of Beau. I had several estimates prior to choosing A Quality. He gave me a fair price, his customer service was better than his competitors, and he was able to complete the job in a timely manner!

We first scheduled a time to come out 3 months ago today. Since then they have rescheduled 5 times, and have been no shows twice. More than once I cancelled plans or took off work early, only to be blown off or given a flimsy excuse. While always very polite on the phone, they showed absolutely no desire to actually get the work done. The complete lack of regard for my time will lead me to never use or recommend their services.

After some storms and heavy rain, we woke up to a wet bathroom ceiling. Beau came out quick and when it was a good time for us, assessed what needed to be done, and then committed to the fix for the next morning. The repair was made in the morning just as Beau had stated. Our experience in arranging to get our roof repaired was very good. No one wants to have issues with the roof on their home. But when you do, A Quality Siding and Roofing is the company to contact. It will be some time before we need a new roof, but I will not hesitate to contact A Quality Siding and Roofing.

I could write of book about the outstanding service I have received from this company. Beau went out of his way to repair areas behind the siding and roofing that others would have given up on, honestly we had areas of pure rotten wood that I was not aware of until the old siding came off. Beau is so honest and has gone far beyond what any contractor would have done. He took photos of the bad wood to show me how much damage we had and what we needed to do to fix it. We started out with just the siding on the house and after I saw the superior work they did, I had them replace the roof on our house and our storage building and garage siding and roofing. I defiantly plan to have them back in the summer to replace our deck. It is so refreshing to see a company with dedicated workers and owner. He dealt with a lot of challenges on our part with this project but always did a great job. I would highly recommend this team for any home or office renovation. Truly 5 star service. A Quality Siding & Roofing replaced all of the windows in a rental property of mine and did a fantastic job, so when I needed a new roof at my home - I did not hesitate to call on them again. Beau's crew came out and tarped my house since we were expecting heavy rainfall in the area over the weekend. The tarping held in place to prevent further damage. They replaced my roof, some rotten wood around chimney area, and 2 skylights and I am very pleased once again with the job done, the pricing, cleaning up afterwards, and working diligently with me to receive the warranty for work done. Beau and his team replaced the roof on our home last month. Our roof was quite old and leaking. He did a meticulous and perfect job. The roof is absolutely beautiful. He worked non-stop to get the job completed with the least amount of disruption possible, and when his team left, you would never have known they were here. Beau's customer service was outstanding. He was great to work with - he was extremely responsive and answered all of our questions promptly. The price we paid for this high level of quality and service was very reasonable and less than a number of quotes we recieved from other local roofers. A Quality Siding and Roofing replaced my roof a year ago and did a fabulous job. A month ago, we noticed a place in the roof bubble up and we called Beau about it. He was out there two days later, and his workman scrambled up on our roof, took the shingles around the bubble off, replaced the plywood that was causing the problem and re-roofed that part.

Beau's employees are highly skilled and they can handle just about any aspect of construction. In my mind, the best measure of a business is not as much how they do their job, it's how they respond to problems. If I have any work I need done at my house, A Quality will be the first place I call.
