I called Territorial for an annual maintenance check which ended up with having re-sealing work done on various pipes, skylights, and the chimney. I'm very happy with the quality of service (promptness, clear explanations, fast efficient work) and the pricing (reasonable). I will happily call Territorial for any roofing issues and will recommend them at any time.

Rip was friendly and professional and his team did an excellent job considering we had a lot of challenges with gas lines and electrical lines that had to be removed and reinstalled during the process. I bought a house in August 2021, and when the monsoon rains started in June 2022, I discovered that I had leaks above our newly remodeled kitchen. I called several roofers, and decided to go with Territorial for replacement of the roof section and replacement of the skylight domes. David was very responsive, came out several times and worked with me on my timetable. My skylight domes was on back order, but since I was seeing water infiltration, he had his crew come out once to replace the roof, and again in a few weeks when the skylight domes came in. All of the workers were very professional and kept us informed during the job. Would definitely use them again!

Territorial Roofing is an excellent roofing company. I wanted an asphalt roof. Other companies told me that was a thing of the past. My home has an asphalt roof. In the previous 18 years I am ashamed to say I never considered its condition. After the one inch hail in 2019, I still didn't consider it. Last year I was working on the stucco I went on the roof and saw there were cracks. I called my insurance company and they agreed. My house had never leaked. Another roofing company wanted to know how much money I would get from the insurance. He said " I will add a little to that, WE have to make money". Yup, heard that!.Ouch.
Rip Drury at territorial roofing approached it like a math problem. He quoted me the cost of doing the job mathematically. That is fair. He came out $6,000 less than another roofing company. That is a lot of savings. I was really worried one day so I called Rip asking if he thought there would be any extra costs because I did not have any extra money. He said " Have Faith, I was on your roof. It will be OK and I promise you a good roof. My dad wouldn't have it any other way" Rip was awesome, I had a air duct that was rotten. Territorial roofing charged me less than $200 to fix the problem. An air conditioning company wanted almost 2,000 to fix the problem. I need the money to fix the roof. Again, Rip came through! Kristy in the front office is so friendly. She will brighten your day, even when your having a bad day. The company responds when you request information on the spot. I was never put off, never ignored. The crew that does the work is respectful, quick and efficient. Bernardo replaced the skylight I found had a defect as soon as we discovered the problem. I wholeheartedly recommend Territorial Roofing for these reasons.

Territorial Roofing completed a new roof installation to include removal of the old tar and gravel roof material. They were extremely professional and the crew was attentive and worked with short breaks. These guys were the best at their trade. I appreciated the quick installation. Their price was very competitive, the crew was fast and efficient. 3 days to do the job, including removing several layers of shingle and replacing some of the rotted roofing, with a slow down for rain. Recently had some hail damage to our roof and with that came a leak. We called several roofing companies and got quotes from about 5 different ones. Territorial's quote was one of the most competitive. Our service rep, David, was great. He was easy to contact and worked with us on the repairs we needed. We also had to have our air conditioner and duct replaced at the same time. David coordinated with them and took the stress off of me to plan that out. The crew that installed our roof were fast and efficient. It took them two days for quite a bit of roofing and they finished by their original deadline. Everyone was polite, communicative, and we couldn't have been happier with the service and help we got from Territorial. Now we're ready for winter and snow and we don't have to worry about our roof. I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.

I setup a time for a roof inspection 10 days out just for them to cancel on me 2 hours before the inspection because they said they were too busy. They said they will reschedule me and call me back in a few hours. Christie called me back only to tell me that the owner decided not to do work with me at all because they were too busy. Mind you I scheduled an inspection 10 days ago. A huge waste of time especially when I’m already under contract on the house. Would of been nice if they told me a few days earlier!

The guys that came were very nice and professional they did a great job on my roof i would recommend them to everyone.

I have used Territorial for many years, with two different houses, both for re-roofing and for yearly maintenance. I have always had an excellent experience with them, finding them to be honest and doing excellent work. I will continue to use them for my roofing needs.

I've been using Territorial for over 20 years. They've replaced 2 roofs for me, one where I live now and one at my former home and also worked on matainance and upkeep. I have always loved using them, I found them always to be consummate professionals. They inspect the roof every five years and also gave a five year warranty when each roof was done.

Would highly recommend this company, very professional and had no issues and my roof is still holding with no leaks. Would not use another company.

They did a great job on my roof. They scheduled a date for work to start and showed up on time, which is a big deal in Albuquerque. The work was completed as scheduled and clean up was super! Would recommend to anyone!

Territorial is an exceptional roofing company! They did a phenomenal job not only with our roof but also our rental house. David was very professional and handled our house as if it were his own. Highly recommend this company as they have excellent workers and do an outstanding job.

I had leaks which I requested Territorial investigate and let me know if they saw any other issues with the roof. They gave me an estimate any of the items I had told them of even when I asked them if anything else needed to be done. They said everything else was fine. When one of the leaks kept leaking, I asked them to come back to fix it and when they had another person investigate, he said that there were many different ways the roof could be leaking in that same area and that they had stopped on of the methods. But that the roof needed to be replaced. If that was the case, why didn't they tell me that in the beginning and then I would have put my money into the replacement and not paid over $1k on the fixes! Don't use this roofer!

Caveat emptor! This roofing company does shady work. I was in the process of preparing my house to sell. I contacted Territorial Roofing to have the roof repaired due to water damage. The damage occurred due to a leaky swamp cooler. Territorial came out to assess the damage and order the necessary materials. IE: the correct color-matched asphalt tiles and tar etc.
The job was simple, remove the swamp cooler replace asphalt tiles underneath the and seal any holes with tar.
Territorial showed up a week to 2 weeks later to do the work but stopped because they didn't have the correct colored asphalt tiles. I wondered why since I thought they already figured that out. One employee actually admitted the company goofed up and that they will be back once they get the correct supplies. This was the 1st delay.
Many weeks went by and they still had not showed up to do the job. They said they were delayed by poor weather/rain (2nd set of delays). I started to wonder if maybe my business wasn't as important to them as maybe a full roof replacement?
Finally after waiting 3-4 weeks they finished the job in almost no time. The employee mentioned the swamp cooler was rusty but they said they were able to get it all done.
Not long after I decided to winterize the swamp cooler and realized I could not insert the cookie - sheet dampener because the ductwork was crushed when Territorial put the cooler back on. When I called to let them know I was told that I would have to hire an HVAC company to repair the ductwork. I asked them 'why didn't they tell me the ductwork was damaged on the day they completed the repair.' I was told that their concern was only the roof and the tar. I was then asked 'is the roof was leaking' and when I said no they replied saying they we have completed the job. I disagreed and told them they have not completed the job because they left my cooler in a worse state than it was before their work and they should have brought it to my attention that day.
I refused to pay them until they made it right. A month later I received a notice saying that Territorial Roofing was going to put a lien on my property if payment wasn't remitted. I promptly called and asked how can they demand payment when the job wasn't done. I was asked if the roof has leaked since their work. Same BS as before. At this point I had no choice, I had to pay. I was selling my house and had deadlines. I also didn't need a lien against my property if I were to get a buyer.
Ultimately I had to pay another roofer to repair the swamp cooler and replace the asphalt tiles underneath. This was basically the same job that I paid Territorial to do.
Since then I have vowed to never do business with Territorial Roofing again and write as many bad reviews as possible to warn other people of their poor ethics. Lesson learned: don't always go with the lowest bidder! With a cheap estimate comes a cheap company.

I have 2 rental properties in the Albuquerque area and Territorial Roofing has done all of my roof repair and reroofing needs for the past 15 years. They are great people to work with, I highly recommend their services.

Very bad customer service. I called to set up an appointment for a quote. Our roof started leaking several weeks back when we called them. They stated they would be out several weeks after this call and did not show up or call during the week they stated they would come out. When I called to inquire the lady answering the phone named Pam acted as if I was an inconvenience and stated that they have been so swamped in a not too nice tone and that they would not be able to assist us for another several weeks. Needless to say we will not be utilizing their services. I find this to be a really bad way to treat potential new customers.
