I did business with Collum Roofing a few years back for my business and even then I felt the service was a little questionable but I'm a busy man so I moved on. I contacted them 7 weeks ago and left a message with their phone attendant and have since left 5 other messages with the same individual. Now, I do not blame her because she was forwarding the messages but Mike was deciding not to return them either because it was a possible warranty repair or because he just has poor follow through. I finally received an email address I could use to reach out in email form and I received a response back that showed a total lack of concern and Mike showed me waiting 7 weeks meant nothing to him. He never once apologized and his responses were short. I am a business owner myself and this is only the second time in my life I have gone to social media to voice my thoughts but the total disregard has pushed me to put this out there. There are many people out there that are fueled by drama so complaining is a norm but for me it takes a whole lot for me to go to this length. I will never do business with this company again and I would recommend others to think twice before using their services.
