Temp Control

I Just want to say I really Like the service I have always got from Temp Controle , I Have Rentals and they have always took care of the Problems Even in the Middle of the Winter when all of us didn't even want to go out sides In the Cold and snow to fix others Heat !

Awesome crew.
Showed up around the same time everyday. Had all the ductwork and old system torn out, new everything put back in, and running within 3 days.
Handled our dogs with ease, very nice and down to earth, kept me in the loop on what was going on, easy to talk to, and even brought in our packages while I was gone.
Have nothing bad to say about the entire process or any of the workers.
Definitely recommend them for your hvac needs!

If I could give negative stars I would!!!! What a total waste of MY time and effort from Temp Control this was!!! Originally we called in and spoke to a woman about scheduling an appointment. The estimate was to be for a new install valued at approximately $10,000+ and to service our existing units on our house as our systems recently turned 10 years old and don’t seem to be as efficient as they once were. During the entire conversation the lady on the other end continued to interrupt us as we were attempting to ask questions to gain knowledge about a mini split system. Theses systems are relatively new to us so we weren’t even sure at the time if that’s what we needed. Which is why we needed someone to come out. She kept asking us detailed information that we had no clue about. Then whenever we finally got to a point where she had tortured us long enough she finally offered to scheduled an appointment for one of the two owners to come out and look at our home. The soonest available appointment was approximately 10 days out. It all reminded me of waiting forever to get into the doctors office and then whenever he comes in he talks to you as if you’re another physician. If I knew what was needed I wouldn’t have needed to call them. After we took part of the day off to meet with “one of the owners” they finally made it to our residence. . We REPEATEDLY ask for a price while he was here and it fell on deaf ears. They said they would have to figure it up and get back to us. Well that NEVER happened!!!! They never asked for any contact information while they were here. We did not received any kinda of return call, email, fax, text message or voicemail. Even after I called in and left several messages asking where the job estimate was and over and over I was told I’d get a return call. But OF COURSE that never happened. It’s been way more than a month now and NOBODY has EVER EVEN BOTHERED to return a single one of our phone calls!! If they didn’t wanna do the job then THEY SHOULD HAVE JUST SAID SO and not wasted our time!!!!! If I chose to operate MY businesses like this I wouldn’t have been in business long!! PERIOD!!

We recommend temp control to everyone. The best customer service around. They always come as quick as they can when we have a problem and get us fixed up quick.

Definitely recommend. My heater was messing up on one of the coldest days of the year so I gave them a call and they came out later that evening and had it fixed in 30 minutes. Couldn’t beat the price either most places charge way more than necessary

Needed a difficult to acquire part. Everyone else had long lead times. They ordered it same day and it should be here in 2-3 days! When the unit gives up the ghost, they will be the ones replacing it for sure.

We had a system installed about 14 years ago & they have serviced it & I am totally happy with their work & professionalism! Great company! I highly recommend them!!

Best a.c. place in WV the staff knew exactly what to do and they come out when ever you need them they sell and stand behind what they sell

I swear if I could give negative stars it’d get -5. Best bunch of crooks in Chapmanville for sure!!!! Been on a “list” for a week now just to get told that today on my appointment that they didn’t think that I still needed their service that they will have to come tomorrow. All they had to say was hey it’s a Monday call someone else we don’t feel like messing with it. But if you want the run around go right ahead and give them a call. This is one customer who will never use their service again. A monkey with a tool bag would be a better service than them.

Amazing quick and reliable. The guy who came to my house had worked all day and still came late that evening to fix my unit.

These are the guys I'll be calling up the next time something with the HVAC system goes wrong, and I'll be recommending them to other people, too.
