Submitting a claim with Telos was such a seamless experience. Dan answered all of my questions promptly and walked me through the whole process. I have been been extremely pleased and would highly recommend them!

We filed a claim with our home insurance regarding roof damage caused by a storm. Telos worked with our insurance company’s adjuster to help us get a really good settlement to replace our roof. Michael our adjuster kept us informed throughout the process, and was worth every penny he was paid. This is a great company to work with.

It was refreshing to work with a company that really does the work for you. I provided my information to the folks at Telos and they handled everything with the insurance company from there and kept me informed during the whole process. They even challenged the adjuster about other items associated with the roof replacement and were able to get those covered as well. I would use Telos again and highly recommend them.

In August 2024 my roof was replaced due to wind and hail damage. Telos Adjusting represented my interests in the claim filed with my insurance company. In its on-site work, Telos was detailed and complete and clearly surpassed the efforts turned in by the adjuster for the insurance company.
