STAY AWAY SCAM ALERT: Very Unprofessional and scammer mannerisms. I was working on renovations for mobile home. I reached out to Torrance terry who does business under Tees Improvement via website. We paid for the $60 estimate. He came out to do the estimate and stated he would have it for us but give him time. We were easy to work with , we have him a full week and no response. So we texted him and he stated the weather had slowed him down he would have it for me by end of week. Another week past and still no response. So I text and his response was he lost my information which I don’t understand how could you lose my information when on the website you have to include all your info when you PAY for estimate. So he stated he would have me a quote and give me a call. By end of night I still hadn’t received quote so I text. He didn’t respond and about a hr late I received a quote for 35k for labor alone with no details at all just a list of things to do. No duration no itemized lines for each service. No response. I have talked with an attorney and 5 other contractors who all states that this was extremely overpriced and he scammed me and my family. People are so cruel to take from people making a honest living and trying to get their family set up. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMER. I HAVE RECEIPTS FOR ALL THAT WAS DISCUSSED ABOVE .

I had him come to remodel my bathroom and he did and outstanding job! Very nice, listened to everything I asked of him even when I threw a few changes in that we hadn’t discussed! Hire this young man people for your remodeling services.
