Tedrick’s roofing came to our rescue. Jim Tedrick came to our home to inspect the roof and let us know that our roof was still in great shape and only needed a repair. Which was a relief! The price for the repair was affordable and in our budget. The job was done quickly and the crew was professional.

We had about 3 other companies also look at our roof and each one only offered quotes for a new roof and no mention of repair.

Tedrick’s took the time and found the solution that worked for our family and really cares.

This was a few years ago, and when my moms roof was leaking and he came hee rescue and was able to replace her roof and they did a wonderful job.

Then again, I reached out to Tedricks because I thought I had a leak in my roof. He came out the very same day, today to come and inspect my roof. He let us know that our roof was still in good shape and that the issue was coming from the solar panels we had installed and the recent cold weather. It was reassuring to know that the issue was not serious. We really appreciated his time to come and take a look at it for us.

Over the years, he has taken care of our roofing needs for us and my moms house and is phenomenal with the services provided.

We contacted Tedrick's Roofing, in addition to 2 other BBB rated roofing companies, about a re-roof on our home. Jim showed up and was very professional in his assessment of our current roof and offered recommendations on improvements we could make to improve the ventilation for our next roof. We chose Tedrick's bases on those recommendations as well as what we considered to be a reasonable price. The local city building officials presented some unexpected challenges, but the Tedrick's team took it all in stride and completed the job to our complete satisfaction. We are very happy with our roof and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.

In Spring 2022, Tedricks’ Roofing installed a new roof onto my Kirkland home. Tedrick’s was referred to me by my long time friend who had the roof replaced on his home just two months prior. I contacted Tedrick’s for a bid and throughout that process I observed that he is a good communicator, he provided a binder of informative material, he wrote up a fair bid, and he offered quality materials.

Tedrick’s crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were fast, but not hurried. They replaced the original 42 year old rubber and plastic vents with much higher quality product. They performed a thorough cleanup.

They say a true measure of a business is not how they handle things when everything is perfect, but how they handle problems as well. A problem cropped up during the replacement, namely that my skylight appeared to be a standard size but in fact was a custom size. They were able to order a replacement custom skylight and come back to get it installed quickly.

I am appreciative of Tedrick’s Roofing and their installation crew. I am glad that my friend recommended them to me, and I have no hesitation in recommending them to future prospective customers.

Beautiful roof, excellent job, highly professional. Love our roof! As a side note, the roofers knew we have a rescue dog who was stressed, they made a point to make friends with her!

This was the second time we had Tedrick’s Roofing install our roof. We had no problems after the first time so we had them do the job again. We’re looking forward to many more years with a leak free roof.

No idea why people have flat roof in this area where there’s so much rain and snow. When I found out the ceiling got wet with bubbles, I called Jim early in the morning. He came over quickly to inspect the condition and sent his guys up to clean the downspout and patched the roof. It’s understandable that water can always find its way to go down. So, it took a few times to finally stop the leak. And Jim has been diligently following up on it. He’s so kind and honest that if your roof only needs a repair, he would not suggest a new roof. His price is very reasonable, too. Hats off for you, Jim.

Never again. We had to have our original roof replaced so hired Tedricks. Immediately we had leaks during rain. They came to patch. It was good for a bit and then started again. We called them to come and fix. The estimator came out and underbid his boss, Tedricks. He did a better job that got us another 5 years.
Last year we had to replace our 10 yr old roof. The independent contractor said it was a horrible job that Tedricks did. He went on to say that are roof was in critical shape. Tedricks roofing didn't fix a major dip. This caused water to pool and it destroyed sheets of wood and rafters.
Thankfully we now have a strong, beautiful metal roof courtesy of a local contractor.

Fantastic experience with Tedricks. By far the best experience we have had with a roofing company. They responded quickly to our call. Evaluated our repair issue and came out the next day to complete the repair. The owner came out after the next rainstorm to double check that they solved our problem. The price was ½ what the last repair roofer charged us and Tedricks did much more work. Highly recommend this company.

Jim and his team at Tedricks Roofing made replacing our roof easy and the work was done with the highest quality. They were as quick and responsive when I called to get an estimate as they were when replacing the roof itself. Jim was transparent in his pricing and thoroughly explained what type of roofing materials would be best for our home. In 3 days the job was competed and I no longer have to worry about future rain or wind storms! I have recommended Tedricks Roofing to friends and neighbors and would not hesitate working with them again.

Tedricks Roofing fixed my leaking roof for me. Jim and his employee were professional, responsive and came back at no charge to fix an additional leak. Was very impressed by this business!

Jim Tedrick is amazing. Checked out my garage roof for a repair. Gave me a fair and reasonable bid. Excellent work performed and then he personally inspected everything, even cleaned out my gutters, swept the moss off house and garage, and applied moss off so I didn't have to get on my roof to do it. Totally professional. He is a perfectionist and I would recommend him to anyone needing roof work. Very happy.

We used Tedrick's 25 years ago, yes their roof lasted that long. We were so happy we used them again. Their bid was reasonable. They were great to work with. They got our roof done quickly, close to the estimate (some unforeseen decking expense) and cleaned up our property. Great company, great service! Get a bid from them, you won't be disappointed.

Had a shake roof installed on out home. Incredible quality at a great price. Reliable and completed as agreed. Integrity at it's best.

Quality job with hard working crew at a fair price. I asked for a few changes in venting, downspout additions and old chimney knockdown which they accommodated. Owner came out when complete for quality review and customer satisfaction. Overall a 4.5+ rating.

I reached out to Tedricks roofing when I discovered that my guest room's ceiling was dripping water from a leak. It was on a Saturday mid rain storm and I was freaking out. The owner personally came out and took a look mid rain. He was super nice, and extremely friendly and helpful. He made it feel like i was dealing with a family friend. He gave me a super good quote and offered to come out within 3 days.

The crew came out, they were super funny and totally down to earth and got started right away. They got it completely fixed within a couple hours. They turned a completely stressful moment into something that was no biggie at all. They helped turn one of the worse moments i was experiencing into a no biggie.

The owner then followed up again with me personally to just chat and see how things where going after the fact and if i had any issues. It was super kind and I don't know of any other roofing places that care this much about their customers.

They made a life long customer out of me and I will always recommend them.
