He was very helpful at providing roofing options, their benefits, and whether they made sense for my type of roof. The job they did was complete, not just re-shingling, but also ensuring anything that was deteriorated such as vents were replaced with metal and painted to match. Oscar kept me well informed through the process and his team was able to start early, if I wanted, and completed the job ahead of the expected duration. His team ensured the job site was clean after their work day and took care to not disrupt landscaping. My house had a leaky roof. I called Oscar the owner of Tectonic Roofing and he responded in timely manner to locate the leak. He quickly discovered the problem and showed me pictures of the area that was leaking. The vent pipes had a problem with the vent boot seals. He recommended using a better quality vent seals that would last the lifetime of the roof. We agreed to replacing the vent seals. He gave us a fair price for the new seals and labor. He was able to complete the repair in a timely manner and took pictures to show us the work that was completed. It was a very pleasant experience working with Oscar and we would highly recommend Tectonic Roofing for your roofing projects.

We were so impressed with Tectonic roofing! They were punctual, professional, and helped with our full roof replacement from start to finish! As a mom of 4, I also appreciated their thorough clean up to make sure no debris/nails were left behind in the yard. Oscar and his crew are absolutely the best! We had an 8 year old roof that failed on our low pitch home. Our home was a flip/sell we purchased in 2017. Inspectors did not catch the issues at time of purchase. We had 3 separate quotes and Oscar with Tectonic Roofing beat them all. Once they started, they found more than 1/2 of the roof decking was completely rotted. Even with the additional decking, gutters, and facia boards, our new rolled roof was still $5,000 less than the next lowest quote. Oscar's communication was excellent and we could not be more pleased.

I have to mention the amazing work performed by oscar and his crew and the professionalism they showed along the entire process. I had multiple bids by different roofing companies and these guys gave me the best impression. Just honest, not trying to sell anything. I know I had a couple sheets of plywood to replace. Once they removed the old roof, they showed me how bad it was and we ended up replacing 28 plywood sheets and re enforced a few trusses. They bought the material, and replaced it leaving it like new. They did the entire job in a single day. Great crew. Hard workers. Thanks guys, very happy with new roof.

Highly recommend Oscar and crew with Tectonic Roofing! I had the roof and gutters replaced on my home and roof replacement on two sheds. Work was completed on time, despite finding some surprises along the way. Pricing was transparent and fair, quality of work was excellent, and all members of the team were professional and respectful. As an added bonus, the clean up was meticulous. I won’t hesitate to reach out to Tectonic for any future roofing or gutter needs.

Oscar and his team did incredible work. Very pleased, would use him again....very much recommend. When the time comes down the road many year's from now, and we need to replace the roof...oscar is on the top one on our list, as far as we were going to call.

He took the time to give us a solid assessment of our roof leak issues...made sure to look thoroughly in the attic while the rain was happening to see exactly what was wrong while the leak was actively happening and then came back and did another assessment once all the snow and rain was gone and examined all over the roof, etc...even pointed out some things that needed to be addressed that were unrelatable to our specific roof leak that he noticed while up there and didnt charge additional (like recaulking some of the nails, single loose shingle at the top that got blown off during a previous storm, etc) Showed us the issues with detailed photos of the problem...then showed us how the repair he believed that needed to be done...down to the materials he wanted to use/recommend.

Made us feel very assured from start to end. Executed the work in a day and walked us through all the repairs completed once the project was finished...even fixed one of the gutters that was installed wrong (which wasn't his job to do nor did he install the gutter to begin with) and offered to return when it was raining again to verify that everything was addressed and is resolved (something we gladly took his offer up on)He took good care of us.

He offered us a very reasonable price and kept it really affordable for us....felt like we had a good neighbor really helping us out more than what you could ever expect from a good neighbor.

He was extremely genuine and honest which is exactly what we needed, not trying to sell me up on a bunch of things like a sleezy car salesman would (a different roof contractor tried to tell me i needed an entire roof replacememt and just gave me a bunch of balony during the consultation).

If you've got a roof issue, his team is who you need to call.

Oscar completed the inspection himself and presented as professional, honest, and up front with his service and bid. Unlike others, he did not attempt to renegotiate his bid and stood behind what he could offer.

Additionally, Tectonic was able to get to our job within a week and finished the roof in a single day! From beginning to end, the process was smooth and professional. Oscar was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating to any additional requests. He worked hard to get me the best deal possible while still providing a quality product. He was very responsive on scheduling and quick with install. He made sure my property was picked up after the install and checked in with me before the job was completed. Oscar and his crew did an outstanding job on my new construction roof. I had the trusses sheeted prior to a major snowstorm and his guys came out that same day to apply underlayment to protect the new framing, and it only took them 30 minutes to have the entire roof protected.

With Tectonic, you can expect fair prices, speedy service, and effective communication. Oscar was super easy to get ahold of and his guys were experienced.

They also installed three skylights for me too, so I'd recommend them for that as well.

Oscar and his team did a wonderful job. I had some damage due to wind and my roof was leaking. During the initial visit, he climbed up on my second story roof in a rainstorm to put some plastic sheeting down free of charge. He then helped me file the claim, walked me through the process, stuck to his schedule and budget, and followed up a few weeks later to be sure there were no further issues. I would recommend Tectonic to anyone.

Twice Oscar has fixed a few leaks in our roof, not an easy task but he did a great job until we could get the roof replaced.

When rain was expected, only the amount of roof that could be removed and covered before the rain hit, was completed, so none of the roof was left exposed. As soon as the weather cleared, the team was back to complete the job. Anything that Oscar promised was completed as scheduled. They cleaned up each day, so there were no loose nails and all trash was picked up. They worked hard from morning to night. If you want a roof done right go with Tectonic roofing.
