They put a commercial membrane roof on my house (they don't do residential anymore) a few years ago with the previous owner. Unfortunately the roof was installed with an obvious hole in it.
Water has seeped through this hole and rotted out the wood substructure.
Even after this was pointed out to them and I offered to pay 100% of the cost they declined to do the repairs.
I would not buy any roof on any structure from them.
