Over 2023 and 2024 calendar years, under Ryan Davis’ leadership and direction, Technique Roofing has done two completely different roof applications on my commercial property.

The on-site crew worked long hours in weather that was not always cooperative, but they were experienced and efficient and completed the job on schedule with minimum disruption to us and our neighboring businesses. They also did a fantastic job of clean up each day before they left. We have an appx 4600sq ft. flat roof they tore off and replaced. There were two layers of hot tar and gravel and one of torch down which had to be torn off down to the concrete decking. It was really hot out and brutal work, but the crew stuck with it and did an excellent job getting the work done. Our roof doesn't leak any longer! They have a great roofing system that works. Kurt was our salesman and explained everything and then followed through. Highly recommended.

More importantly, they came back to inspect post installation issues (which ended up NOT to be related to their work) a few times after despite some travel for their crew. I would definitely work with Technique again based on this experience.
