Throughout our roof and gutter replacement process, Steve and his talented team remained responsive and professional in completing all roof and gutter work on our home.

During a 55 degree week in December, Steve and his team replaced our roof during the escrow period of our home sale. Steve and his foreman were perfect in every aspect of our timely roof replacement. While the eventual buyers attempted to impede the progress of Teamwork Exteriors, Steve added extras to make our roof superior than the original roof and cared enough to explain those upgrades added to our project.

Despite Steve needing to field calls from the buyer's agent on Christmas Eve and Christmas weekend, he exhibited and enormous amount of patience and professionalism. Steve kept us informed of every message and voicemail left. Although all involved in the sale of our home had paperwork from Teamwork Exteriors and our insurance company stating the exact date of the roof completion, Steve dealt with buyers that insisted the roof was never replaced when at least one of the eventual buyers sat in his vehicle watching the roof replacement in progress on our security cameras and had a lengthy discussion with our neighbors regarding the roof replacement after its completion (as our neighbor had roofed in his earlier years).

We will never understand our eventual buyer's intent in their attempt to stop your team's progress, but finishing our gutters and downspouts on Christmas Day due to prior wind issues will always be remembered as absolutely astounding.

Your courtesy, communication and professionalism was amazing under difficult conditions. You are highly recommended as honest and hardworking. We wish you and your company much success in 2021!

I wish we had the same customer service as the reviews here. Multiple requests to fix exposed nails and potential leak spots after installation have gone unresolved. Steve does not provide reliable follow through. After more than a year of multiple contacts and promises no one ever came out. Would not recommend this company.

I contacted them and explained the timeliness needed and they were out within a day to check out our roof and give us an estimate. They were able to get our roof put on within three weeks. They Do quality work, they are fair in their pricing, and they went above and beyond getting the work done before our closing date. Teamwork knocked it out of the park for us!!! They worked with our insurance company to bring our new roof up to code and got all additional product and labor covered. The crew was clean and courteous and worked quickly completing our job in just two days. I would highly recommend them if you want the process to be as seamless as possible. I have worked in the construction business for 20 years and they are truly a breath of fresh air when it comes to doing what they promise.
