Team Vinyl is a fantastic company to work with. Our project began with Brian listening to what we wanted, and then meticulously measuring every surface of our house. Jeff provided a detailed and comprehensive estimate on both aspects; siding and roofing. Then Brian installed high quality materials and provided an outstanding level of craftsmanship to make our home more beautiful than we imagined it could be. Jeff and his crew did an excellent job on both occasions that I have used them. A few years ago I had gutters put on the front of my house due to having water issues in my basement. I had the leaf guard gutters installed. It completely took care of the problem. I then realized that I was having the same issue in the back of my house so I contacted Team Vinyl. Jeff told me upfront that he would get to me as soon as possible as they were completely booked. Due to the current circumstances I understood as I know that companies are having a hard time to keep up. I told him that you know where I live and to come whenever he could and do the measurements and schedule when you can. They did it all and took care of my problem. Back in 2016 I had Team Vinyl do a number of jobs: Replace two windows, roof part of my house, install vinyl soffits, rebuild a covered porch with composite decking and new columns to replace the rotted columns. The quality of the work was great and I enjoyed working with Jeff and his team. Four years later I noted some rot at the bottom of the columns on the porch. I contacted Jeff. I wasn't in a huge hurry and the contact was made at the end of fall. Jeff was very responsive and promised he would get to replacing the columns within a few months. Jeff replaced the columns with composite units that will now last a lifetime. Team Vinyl stands behind their work and the materials they choose. Sometimes things don't work out as planned for a contractor. What makes the difference is how they stand behind the quality of their workmanship and materials. Team vinyl and roofing did a wonderful job on my roof! They worked in a timely manner to get my roof done and the staff was nothing but patient and helpful answering all my questions as to what the most economical roof would be best for my house. After careful consideration, I hired Team Vinyl to replace my roof last September. (email dated 9-7-18 confirming "go ahead") They agreed to begin work on October 29, 2018 (signed contract 10/1/18) The contract stated " all dates may change depending on weather". I completely understood that I would need to be flexible and it was a rainy fall so even expected a delay. However, as we approached the date of potential install, I contacted Mr. Porter to see if we were on schedule. I was not concerned that I had not heard a word since confirming my color choice earlier in the month. The day that the install was tentatively scheduled, I got a response to the email (days after I had sent my inquiry to see if we were on schedule) saying that they had a job that was taking longer than expected and would not be on schedule. I asked for a potential date of install, as I was worried about the approaching cold. I was told, (quote taken from Mr. Porter's email directly) "It would be definitely towards mid December for a rough idea. I can count approx. how many work days to complete our present project, but not how many rain days mother nature sends our way and certainly has been the worst year I've seen for rain." Okay, I was disappointed and explained that I was concerned about the cold install since I had read about installation under 40 degrees. He sent me a blog about winter install. I read it and responded "Okay, well, please keep me posted". He did state that "if I had someone who could do it sooner, he understood". My response was "of course I do not have a back-up roofer on stand-by." (I didn't have any idea I would be needing one, obviously!) He agreed to keep in touch So, this was Now November 3,, 2018. I waited patiently into December, hoping to hear from them any day. Nope, not a word! I inquired via email 1-10-19 "are we still on?" Nothing! Again, 1-17-19 I email, "Hello, I tried to touch base a couple weeks ago and still have not heard from you? Have you ghosted me? In November, on the 3rd, you said you would keep in touch. You had estimated late October then mid December. No word and it's now mid January. I am confused as to what happened. I also requested a quote on vinyl and have nothing on that. I would have appreciated it if you had been upfront if you didn't want my business." I figured they would respond with something. It's now February 6, 2019 and I have still not heard a word. Frustrated, I am still without a roof. My confidence in this company is completely gone. The worst part is, I hired them, mostly because in the beginning, upon requesting a quote, they were the most responsive and friendly. I had read review and I had even put a question out of Facebook looking for reviews. I was confident because I was told by a friend that they had done work for them and were "timely and professional". The quote was similar to the other 5 quotes I got locally. I like to be thorough especially when we are talking 10K. I should have just gone with another company in October, when it took 3 days for him to respond to my inquiry into whether we would be going ahead with the date noted in the contract. Instead I waited, into the depths of winter. Lesson learned! I wish they had been honest upfront. I am left shaking my head and disappointed. I have absolutely no idea what happened and they will not respond with anything. Seems unprofessional, to say the least! Signed- "Left Hanging"

Tim and Nathan did an excellent job with our water run-off (gap between roof and gutter). The most efficient repair was made using minimal materal to avoid high cost. The result was perfect in function and purpose and it exceeded my expectations. Both Tim and Nathan are conscientious, friendly, hard working and professional. I will recommend Team Vinyl and Roofing to anyone asking for this type of construction or repair.

Team Vinyl and Roofing Co., Hinsdale, N.H have completed several jobs on my home. They installed new roofing shingles, new gutters and recently Chad and B.J installed heat cables in the gutters.
The work was excellent and the workers were well mannered, pleasant and answered any questions I had.
I would be more than happy to recommend their work to anyone. I really love the finished look and the heat cables in the gutters saved the gutters from heavy ice buildup.

We contracted Team Vinyl and Roofing to repair and replace our roof that had a leak. Upon the inspection, they found where the leak was occurring and immediately patched it for us. We then contracted to have our roof replaced as there was problems with the ventilation. The contract they made up for us was spelled out very professionally and the work done followed that contract. Anything that came up was discussed with us beforehand and the workers who completed the job were very considerate and hard working, especially Chad who was the manager on the job. We had one problem which was fixed immediately and too our satisfaction. I would have no problem recommending them for any roofing job and would hire them again.
