My mother had a new roof put on by this company everything went smooth. The only issue we had was my mother is very sensitive to smells and had asked the guys not to smoke on the ground around her house only one of the roofers didn't like this. I'm pretty sure his name is Harley. He told her she couldn't smell the smoke and was just very rude and negative towards her.

Kevin, from Team Roofing came out and gave my roof an inspection of my shingle roof. . He was very transparent and said i had 5-7 years of life left. I will definitely keep them in mind when my roof needs to be replaced. He was so easy to talk to and really enjoyed talking to him.

We had a great experience with Team Roofing Northwest when they replaced the roof on my rental house in April. Jean and Ariel were wonderful to work with and their crew was professional, quick and tidy. It is always stressful to have work done when I am not on site but would not hesitate to use them again.

I spoke at length with the Exterior Consultant Art Evans, while at a trade show in Seattle (Feb. 2025). I found him to be a man of excellent character also a Vet who served this country imbuing that demeanor into his actions while in service. If a man's character means anything in your decision then this is the place for you. I believe you'll find him as I did. Honest and forthright.

Team Roofing is absolutely the best in the business! For 3 years, my daunting roof replacement project had me worrisome. The stars aligned when I met Jean-Paul. He was at my house the same day I called, and went thru every detail, every option (with samples) and every step of the process. No non-sense, trustworthy and extremely experienced in the business, he provided me with a great quote for an excellent, beautiful roof and roofing system. I almost got screwed by another Co. (pushing insurance claim route). Jean-Paul, his team - Ron and his crew, were amazing! We had a quick turn due to another job’s cancellation, the material unloaders arrived right on time early morning (right after my wife left for work - perfect!), quite impressive operation. Ron and his crew were right behind, with a neat packet, brief of the project and expectations, and answered all my questions. The crew was exceptional: safe, efficient and dedicated. It was completed in 1 full day! Jean-Paul followed up in person as they were wrapping up. Everything was cleaned up meticulously, and I couldn’t be happier.

Jean Paul and the crew at Team Roofing took superior care in replacing my old roof. Despite rain and a wind storm that knocked out power, they were able to finish the job on time and I couldn't be happier with the result! I got several bids and Team Roofing NW beat them all. Best yet, they didn't start with a high price that I had to haggle over, they told me upfront what they could do the job for and that price was very fair, especially for the quality they delivered.

Team Roofing NW did a great job in re-roofing our house and out-building. They made a point of supplying long lasting roof vents. They also went the extra measure of repositioning the sattellite dish bracket, then replacing the necessary small amount of shingles where the bracket was first placed. The lead guy was easy to communicate with. There were some excess shingles, which they put in storage for me. Once completed, they did a thorough clean up. We're happy.

My home has a brand-new roof and TEAM Roofing NW gets an A+ rating for the project. Communication during scheduling was timely, clear and concise. These guys were at my house first thing in the morning. They stripped off the old roof and installed the new one in one day. The men worked as a super efficient team, they were awesome. Then they cleaned up around my house and left everything spotless.

Very happy with our new roof and gutters by Team Roofing Northwest. Joe did a great job explaining the different roofing options and the process. The installation team led by Juan and Alan did a fabulous job installing the roof in just a couple days. Gutters by All Star Gutter & Sons, coordinated by Team Roofing NW, were installed right after the roof was done. We love the new roof and gutters.

Really happy with the overall job Team roofing did to re-roof my home. The crew was professional and quick, and my sales rep was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. During the job, there were a couple of tears in some of my screens (it happens) and he came out to repair these within a day of the job being completed.

I hope to never need to put a roof on my home agin but if so, I'll be a return customer.

I had just had a job completed by another company and was concerned about the sight lines of the ridge cap from what I could see from the ground. I don't do ladders anymore so I couldn't confirm my thoughts.
I saw Kevin up on my neighbor's roof clearly doing a bid. I asked him over my fence if he could take pictures for me and I would pay him. He refused payment and very kindly said he would be right over after finishing.
Kevin climbed up, took pictures and said that the shingles were a slightly different color but the same thickness as the other ones used. Kevin explained that it was a subtle color difference and that's why the sight line looked different.
He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I would very much recommend him to others.

These guys were great! Kevin was the main guy we interacted with and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He laid out everything in simple terms and described exactly what they were going to do. The rest of the crew during the job was very respectful of our property and professional. Price wise, we had a couple quotes from other roofers and Team was a tad more expensive but the quality of the work and materials seemed better in our opinion so we went with them. This company also has a great warranty and customer service. The job itself only took a couple days which was faster than I expected. Kevin even brought us lunch one of the days! We went with the pewter gray roof and it looks awesome. Overall very satisfied and would 100% recommend to anyone.

I talked to Team Roofing after dealing with a flaky contractor who removed some of the tiling and took off. They made several allowances that I really recommend them for: since my roof was partly exposed, they came and tarped it even before they were able to work on it; they went out of their way for me by removing the old tiles that were stripped off before they arrived; the team was responsive over phone about questions made after 5pm; they were able to move me up by a week; they were flexible about the timing for payment.

Shout out to Kevin Pugin for arranging the details, and quoting me a great price. Everyone I interacted with was wonderful, and while most companies are good for that, I think they went a bit above with all the points I listed above. This company is a solid pick, well worth it!

Kevin did a amazing job! He checked our roof, and attic. He found little issues, and went out of his way to fix the issue at the time he was here. Tim came to our door and offered a service we were in the process of researching. We scheduled an appointment and Kevin was very informative and explained all the roofing services they offer. The estimate included gutters and was very competitive. They were able to schedule at our convienence. The work was completed with professionalism and attention to detail. I did my due diligence and have quoted many roofers in recent years. I chose Team Roofing because their rep (Adnan) gave the best no-nonsense pitch and I believe in supporting locally owned businesses over national ones. They weren't the cheapest nor most expensive, but their 'premium package' option was a good and reasonable fit for me. It is mid-March and they started about a week after deposit and finished in 3 full days. The crew was efficient, demonstrated attention to detail, and left my property tidy after the job completed. Crew foreman provided a quick status at the beginning and end of each day which I appreciated. I had put this off for years and am very happy with my choice and the results....good job.

Jean came out for a free roof quote today. I had been told by others my roof was shot. He told me that he would really like to sell me a roof, but my roof is in good shape and therefore no sale today. He was super friendly, very informative and punctual. Many people would have tried to sell me a roof even though I didn't need one. It is always great to meet someone with integrity. When we do need a roof or windows he will be my first call.

Adnan from Team Roofing came to give us an estimate on a new to us house with an unknown age of roof. He was very considerate and knowledgeable and he ended up telling us what to look for in terms of roof wear since our roof didn't look old enough to be in dire need of replacing. I will definitely be getting a quote in a few years when our roof is a little older. I would highly recommend quoting with Team Roofing!

They did great work, were focused, and used all day light possible to get the work done. The workers were focused and kind. They were willing to fill us in if we had questions and didnt seem annoyed. My brother, who is a roofer in another state, commented on how good their work looked stage by stage.

Poor communication, told me the project would start 4-6 weeks. Project didn't start months later. I've emailed and never received a response. I have children and have found many sharp pieces of scrap metal, nails and screws around my house. Also found many cigarette butts too. The siding gaps were very inconsistent, some places there was 1/4" and others no gap at all! Also the color matching caulking is starting to discolored making the siding look really bad from the street! I highly don't recommend them!

Had them out to the house a few weeks ago. They gave me and estimate on my roof. They were the best price and I ended giving them the job they showed up on time and did geat work they were very professional and friendly I highly recommend them

Tried to use them but they waited till 15 minutes before my scheduled appointment to tell me they don't service my area after I had specifically asked that when I set up the appointment. What was really annoying is my 2nd home is located on an island in Puget Sound and I made a trip just for that appointment. Very unprofessional.

I received 2 quotes - typically you should get 3 they say but my point is, from the sales & quoting was a great experience and that's why I went with them. The "sales" rep was caring, took the time to find out what "I" was looking for in my roof installation. (explained vents, showing how a correctly installed roof should look like so that I understood and could make my own decisions. There was never any pressures, he put the options out and I asked questions and it was a two-way conversation. What a relief as it's not my favorite part of any big purchase. That is the main reason I went with them and on my 2nd quote! The next steps to completion, just as easy for me. From working with Jackie at the office, drop off of materials, scheduling of the actual install.. I was informed every step of the way. The Roofers that installed were very professional, caring, and quality! I would recommend Team Roofing NW to anyone! I never had to worry about anything and very satisfied with their team work, quality and materials selected. 10 stars from me!

Julian Chase, Project Manager & Sales Representative of Team Roofing, came over to give me an estimate and to explain all the details of the work that would be performed. Julian's explanation was very detailed and he never tried to apply any pressure on me to make me select his company to perform the work...At times, I felt that I wasn't really dealing with that type of sales person that tries to sell you stuff that you don't want or need. It felt more like Julian was really working for me and my home. When the installers showed up, they were on time, and they also explained the work that would be performed. These guys acted very professional, worked very hard, and were very friendly. Once the work was done they cleaned up everything and explained me again all details of the work that was completed along with a few extra repairs that were needed: everything looks great and very well done! I'm looking forward to enjoy my new roof for the years to come. The roof is exceptional! I'm so glad that we had it done when we did because they found multiple sheets of plywood that needed replacing under that 2 layers of roofing they removed. When it comes to the roof itself, I couldn't be happier.

Home Advisor linked me with some six contractors to bid on my roofing project. All of the companies that provided me quotes provided impressive folders and sales materials. I am a pretty handy guy, so I really appreciated that the guy that came out from Team Roofing Northwest to provide me a quote, Mike Chase, was honest, straight forward, and gave me all the details I needed to make a decision without an hour-long sales pitch.

Before selecting Team Roofing NW, I checked their license and roofing manufacturer's certificates. All good there. I thought it seemed odd that ALL of their reviews were 5 stars, but here I am providing another...

I appreciated that Mike used a good old fashioned tape measure to support his quote. Some companies used photogrammetry or satellite imagery to measure the roof. These calculation methods look impressive, but are subject to high error, compared to a tape measure. This means Mike's quote was more accurate for the real dimensions of my roof. Mike promised a great roof at a good price, and the Team delivered.

Team Roofing NW was able to accommodate the time sensitive requirements of my insurance company. They prioritized my roof project and got the project done within three weeks of providing the quote to me!

I got the whole package: new sheathing, single-layer tear-off and replace, ridge vent, and new gutters. Despite the current outrageous price of lumber, Team Roofing worked with me on a package that I could afford. Team Roofing was not the cheapest quote I got, but they were far from the most expensive. Mike Chase was transparent about the pricing strategy which really reassured me why I was right in not taking the lowest bid.

Team Roofing has many financing options available, that seemed like good options. I was eager to pay in full, and Team Roofing worked with me on making that easy.

The roof looks really good. I've had compliments from several neighbors. I was on the fence about getting the gutters, but totally worth it.

I am beyond pleased with the Team Roofing and the quality of work. We did run into a couple issues, but the owner & the Foreman resolved the issues pretty quickly and eased my worry. The warranty they offer is amazing, the sales rep Julian is a gem and the quality of my Grand Sequoia Shingles are beautiful! All in all this is a grade A company and I highly recommend them to everyone.

None of the hard pressure selling that you usually find with roofing companies. I had to upsell our roofing consultant. Quite a bit less than a different company for the same roof. Can't wait to get our project started!

We went through them replace all of our windows in our 1963 house. They did an amazing job. The communicated well and were quick and efficient. During the last snow storm we had a branch come down and go into our attic. We called our window guy and he got us in touch with the roofing side. They came out a week sooner than any other local company could and took care of it and saved us a lot of money too. We will absolutely use them in the future.

The salesperson who came to inspect my roof, Sergiu Fluieraru, was very professional in his explanation of company procedures and answered every question I had with enthusiasm and in sufficient detail. We are very pleased with there service and highly recommend them.

So this company is very upfront about their services and seemed to give me great information about the current condition of my roof. When it comes time to replace/repair my roof I will be coming back to them.

My experience
I got solicited by another company about replacing my roof so I called a couple other companies for estimates as well. When Adnan came out he looked at my roof and inquired why I was looking to replace it. I advised that another company had come and recommended replacing the roof. I mentioned to him(as well as all the other companies that came out only 2 actually inspected the roof) the roof was replaced 8-10 years ago. He said I have no reason to replace your roof the shingles are still in good condition and unless you have leaks or it was a bad install you should still have a few years on it.

I appreciate their honesty and information and again when it comes time to repair/replace I will be coming back to them.
