As an interior designer, working with the guys at TCCR Remodeling had been a great experience. I have enjoyed teaming up with Tello and Chris and creatively solving construction projects together. I highly recommend their services.

Emet and Chris Silis have been an incredible help to our business and have created an amazing space on our property. Their creative skills in construction are near the top. They are honest, knowledgeable, reasonable and willing to go the extra mile to make the project right.

Tello and Chris do amazing work! They are friendly and very easy to work with. In our backyard, we had a simple, uncovered concrete pad and some paver stones set up outside our shed and what was largely unused space on the side with wood chips where our labradoodle would go nuts and dig, so we had to block it off for the last 3 years. Tello and Chris came in and took what we were envisioning for our back yard and made it happen. The best part is, it turned out BETTER than we had ever hoped for because of their expertise and suggestions. They made the awning higher than we were thinking in order to tie it in structurally with the adjacent roof, which worked out GREAT and makes the space feel more open while allowing a better draft for a somewhat closed off area. They also effectively extended our existing concrete pad and suggested to move certain borders of the concrete so that the addition ties in far nicer than what we originally thought about doing. They also listened to every concern we had and put our minds at ease by explaining how they were going to do certain things and offering fixes, or making adjustments throughout the entire process. We had existing gutters, irrigation system, gas fireplace (access) and the existing concrete pad foundation that they worked with and made sure were either adjusted, reinforced or worked around the right way to make our backyard a far more functional space throughout the entire year. The space feels so much bigger and more versatile because of the excellent work these gentlemen have done. Highly recommend their services! PS they are still working on finishing up as of this posting, so it will look even BETTER here soon!
