Having the unique opportunity to know The Builders Group a little more than meets the eye. We were excited to say the least to build our Forever home with them. They’ve got a warm hearted culture and a can do attitude when interacting with anyone within the body of the company. They also operate differently in some if their dealings. Just meaning in more of a handshake and less a signature on some items at times. From a review standpoint there’s three different aspects for me.

Cleanliness (job site and final clean..) 3 ⭐️

As with any new home there’s always a few things that come up for warranty. As a full time Realtor and with helping clients I see it often. There both 30 day and 1 year warranty helps With some of those potential peace’s of mind.

I bought my home 2 years ago, and previously had left a bad review due to warranty work not being completed.

Brock and his team reached out and were on top of my issues as fast as possible. I had flooring that had separated and paint issues throughout my home.

The new warranty team with Leslie and Monica were a joy to work with. They were very respectful and diligent on getting to the bottom of my issues and created a plan on how and when my issues were to be completed and kept me and my wife in constant communication the whole way. They offered to completely redo the flooring in my whole house and let us pick any color and style we wanted, and fixed all the paint issues we had.

Also, Mike from the builders group came to put in the trim after the flooring had been completed, and while we were out of the house to our surprise he had finished all the trim and noticed one of the lights we had in the ceiling of our garage had gone out. So he replaced the whole fixture and had it fixed before we had gotten back.

The builders group and all of the people I have gotten the pleasure to interact with this last month have been so helpful and made the process of having this work done so seamless and easy.

The Builders group was amazing to work with. When there were bumps in the road, along the way, they were quick to correct them. I would highly recommend them.

Do not hire. We get comments that our home isn’t as nice as the rest of our neighborhood & it’s obvious who did the work..it’s embarrassing. We can’t even get them to come complete the warranty items after 1.5 years of moving in. Terrible customer service..bad yard drainage that they keep brushing off. Sprinklers not connected, poor craftsmanship as seen in photos.

TBG did an amazing job building my home. I’m very satisfied with the quality of work, willingness to answer all of my questions, and made the transition to my new place quick and easy. Thanks again for everything; I’m loving my new home!

We recently purchased a home built by The Builders Group and had a great experience. We came into the building process at the point that the home was almost complete, but they still provided a great experience purchasing the home. The quality of the home has been great so far and we are pleased with the purchase.

I have planned my final home in my head for years, found the plan I wanted and chose the Builders Group to bring it to life. The home is amazing, very well built and because everything is under 1 roof I selected every detail from one room and it was so easy. The whole team there was great to work with and very efficient. I UPLOADED A PHOTO OF THE LIGHT FIXTURE IN MY GARAGE STORAGE CLOSET PRIOR TO MY 1 YEAR WARRANTY OF ME FINDING ANYTHING THAT NEEDED FIXING IN THE BUILDERS GROUP CO-CONSTRUCT ON LINE AND NO ONE RESPONDED TO MY WORK ORDER. THE LIGHT FIXTURE WAS NEVER COVERED WHEN I MOVED INTO MY HOME.I DIDN'T NOTICE IT UNTIL AFTER CHRISTMAS WHEN I WAS IN THE GARAGE PUTTING AWAY CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS IN THE STORAGE CLOSET.I HAVE NOT HEAR ANYTHING FROM ANYONE FROM THE BUILDERS GROUP REGARDING THIS ISSUE EVEN AFTER INFORMING THEM ABOUT IT. THEY HAVEN'T EVEN FOLLOWED UP WITH ME FOR ANYTHING THAT WAS COVERED UNDER MY ONE YEAR WARRANTY ABOUT ANYTHING. I MOVED IN MY NEW ON APRIL 29,2022.

Passing through a part of our neighborhood in the process of being developed and I noticed a TBG employee down on his knees in the driveway of a newly built home. It appeared he was attempting to getting something up that spilled - this spoke volumes to me. How many other builders would have just left it? TBG takes pride in their work! This sets TBG apart from other local builders!
