Recently reached out to Adam and his team regarding some drywall repair, touchup paint, and a bedroom paint. They were very thorough with their estimate, made sure we both understood the scope of work, and completed the work in a timely manner. Their quote was very fair and in line with other estimates. Very Unprofessional company. Poor communication amongst their workers and subcontractors. I have a home project half way finished and they cannot find someone to complete it. Let allow they misquoted in their contract and then asked me to pay for their mistake.

I saved myself when they let their one contractor go that was about to do a 50-60K commercial project that they couldn't delivery on, however wasted weeks of my time trying to get the runaround for quotes on the project.

Defn would not recommend this company at all. The subcontractor that did the Carpentry however was phenomenal and I would recommend him as he is a true carpenter.

Austin was responsive and friendly. However, we stopped using THI mid project because they way over charged for the work provided. They quoted an outrageous price and when I questioned it, it became clear I was being price gauged not only for this portion of the project, but the other parts as well.

Finished project looks and functions great! Randy was informative and helpful. A couple hiccups in the process of an insurance roof but was handled well by Randy and THI. Would recommend.

Taylor Home Improvement did an awesome job on repairing our hallway and ceiling after we encountered a water leak. Austin and his team were attentive to our needs, including a “time crunch” due to having out of town visitors and needing to get our place up to speed. Austin and his team were also very polite, respectful of property and left everything clean at the end of the day. We plan to use Taylor Home for future home projects and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of painting or home repair!

Randy Fuller, in sales, Nick and Corrine in office, and Crystian and his roofing crew are awesome. I had a roofing repair, other companies (Bone Dry and elevated exteriors) wanted to sell me a whole roof, not necessary and not approved by insurance company. Both companies walked away from the repair leaving me to start all over looking for someone to do the repair.
Taylor Home improvement is a one stop shop they do it all, I highly recommend them for any type of repairs that has to do with your home. No job is to small for them! They went out of their way to make everything perfect, happy homeowner!

Taylor Home Improvement (THI) did a masterful job in installing a new roof on my house. Roof leaks prior to travel in winter conditions resulted in an emergency need. THI responded in a caring, timely, and professional manner. On a December morning with acceptable weather conditions, the work crew arrived at 7:00 AM in darkness and immediately draped protective covers around the house perimeter. By wearing headlamps, removal of the old roof proceeded. The work continued in an organized and efficient manner with each worker fulfilling his assigned task as if the whole effort was choreographed. The roof and superb cleanup pwas finished at 3:30 in the afternoon!!

They all missed the root cause of the leak and wanted the entire roof replaced. Nick was able to find the leak and several other issues that were missed by the others and offer a repair solution. We are extremely happy with the service and quality of work delivered by THI during our recent residing project. We worked with Randy who was thorough in his itemized estimate of the work, honest (but not trying to use scare tactics) about potential issues behind the 30-year Cedar siding, and not at all pushy. The installation crew worked hard and with respect of our home, answering all questions along the way. The new Hardie plank siding looks great and definitely gave our house a needed update. THI was a top-notch contractor to work with from start to finish. Would highly recommend!

They replaced my roof including 36 sheets of sheathing in 6 hours flat, and did a beautiful job. They went to great lengths to protect our property, and cleaned up thoroughly. I couldn't be more satisfied, from Randy, our sales rep, and Sal, the contractor, to owner Steve Taylor, who dropped by to check the work.

Vetted this contractor via BBB/Professional/reputation and customer reviews as well as the products they recommended. The process from contract thru installation was extreemingly smooth and professional. Expectations and time frames were explained and they exceeded the estimated installation scheduling, Neighbors were impressed.

Also, appreciated their working with the insurance claim. The insurance company missed items that were needed in the replacement.

Taylor home improvement was a pleasure. Their products are very high in quality, (Endure 6512 Endure 2-Lite Patio Door), and the people installing it were good craftsmen who knew what they were doing. The owner is very nice as well as professional, a family man. My only worry/concern was the supply issues, where the estimated completion was nowhere near what could be done due to supply chain constrictions, which is what it is but when you downpay 50% it can be disconcerting for the client to have to wait that length of unforeseen time. So be sure to be clear if you have time constraints such as needing to sell, or you may run into a big problem. For me, even though in the end i wasnt able to move, these guys helped me install quickly and for that and the above i am giving 5 stars. Since im staying here I will use them again

Austin kept me informed throughout the process. He was responsive to any questions. They sent me copies of the contract and answered all my questions. They were able to accommodate the paint and caulking that I wanted used. A good experience and would use them for other projects.

THI stepped into a horrible situation between myself and insurance after several other local contractors came and went. Randy took a stressful situation and resolved it faster than I could keep up. Everyone was extremely professional, timely, responsive. Anything I ever felt uncomfortable about or unsure of they sought to quickly resolve. This is hands down a team that puts you first and I couldn't be more impressed.

THI is extremely professional and the quality of work is outstanding. I've used them 3 times -most recently after our house burned down - and every time the work has been completed quickly and is beautiful after completion. Adam is very thoughtful and helpful. I would use them again absolutely.

Quality work! We very much appreciated that once the paint dried on the new wood around our garage doors that they came back and hit them with a second coat! The columns on our porch look great too!

My bathroom remodel project was to start in March but didn’t begin until May. I heard nothing from Taylor about a delay. In fact all communication with Taylor was initiated by me. I found communication with the installers particularly difficult because I don’t speak Spanish.
I’m still waiting for my shower door issue to be resolved and a transition strip in the bathroom doorway was never installed.
Except for missing tile grout on the floor of linen closet all the tile work looks very nice.

Steve Taylor was a pleasure to work with. The process from beginning to end could not have gone any better. Very honest company and you can trust their dependability and value. Sals team who tore off the old shingles and put down new shingles were professional and fast.

Replaced siding on our home after high winds. Very professional, did an excellent job with the repairs. Less expensive than other companies we got quotes from as well. Will be using them again in the future.

We discovered a few roof leaks that needed repaired after a big storm. Worked with Randy, Nick, and Ryan who got guys out quickly to get the repairs done. Highly satisfied with the quality of work!

I had a terrible windstorm come through and take off some siding from the house. I worked with Ryan, Quinn and Randy on getting it fixed. they were able to make me feel like a priority and my house was fixed in an even better job than it was before. I needed siding and minor structural repair done because of water and insect damage. Taylor gave me a responsive and reasonable quote. They were honest about the potential of additional work. Work was completed in a timely manner and done correctly.

Our journey with THI began over 1 year ago. We signed a contract with them to replace 6 windows on May 6, 2021. Contract read the expected finish date was July 14, 2021. We prepared our home for the window installation, taking pictures down, moving furniture, etc. When July 7 (expected install date) came and went without anyone showing up or calling, we tried contacting them. Quinn was our point of contact. We texted and called and never had any response. I called the office to find out what information I could. The gal taking the call said she was writing it all down and would give it to Steve. I asked who Steve was and she told me the owner. I never heard from Steve or anyone else. After several scheduled and broken appointments with no contact on the broken part, we finally got windows delivered and 2 installers showed up in October. They said they were having problems figuring out where the windows went. 5 windows were the same size and one was a much smaller window. When they explained to us the small window was 3"shorter than our old window and the other 5 were 4" shorter, we refused the windows and had Ted the installer take them with him. I thought I might receive a call regarding that, but nobody contacted us. A couple of times throughout this ordeal, I called and asked to talk to Steve. He wasn't available and I never had an opportunity to leave a message or ask for a return call. We had a date for April delivery of windows with a May 1 install. May 1 came and went, no phone calls no one showed up. Finally on June 13 Ted showed up to install the windows. He worked by himself the entire week and had everything installed and wrapped on the outside of the house. Only thing left to do was replace trim and stain windows on the inside. We were on vacation the next week. On Monday, June 27 I texted Ted (since he's the only one who responds) to see when he could come back to finish and he "wasn't sure". On Friday, July 1 I emailed the company explaining that my husband was starting chemo on July 7 and it would be great if this project could be finished before he had to go through that. Within a couple of hours I had a call asking if they could come on Saturday. We agreed to that. Then they wanted an appointment for Quinn to come and do a completion walk through. I had asked before that they assign someone else to our account since Quinn never responded to texts or calls, but we were told he was the only one available. I agreed to Quinn coming on Tuesday, July 5 at 2. At 3 when Quinn hadn't showed up or called, I called him. His phone died in the middle of our conversation, but he called back explaining that he had Covid and he thought the office would call and cancel his appointments. I emailed THI telling them how upsent we were with their constant lack of communication throughout the whole company and let me know what their next plan of action would be. Corey called and said he did not know until 10 minutes ago that Quinn was sick. Corey came on Wed. morning, took pictures of the windows, left us with a red wine gift and a couple of other THI advertisement pieces and picked up the check. I told him the ONLY reason I was giving him the check that day was so I could be through with THI and not have to hear from them again. Their motto indicates you can trust them. I think NOT. I told Corey I would NOT recommend THI to any one and I would never call them to do any more work for us.

Showed up on Saturday. Took time to do it right. Explained what they needed to do. Went above and beyond and finished quickly for a fair price
