This was the second time I used L-Nolt and Sons construction. When I had my roof replaced a few years ago and the quality, communication, professionalism and craftmanship shown by Leroy and his crew was exceptional, I had him add on a new front porch. This is a very hardworking and honest company. I would recommend you give him a call for your next project.

L. Nolt and Sons was an absolute pleasure to work with! Leroy and his crew did a great job on a variety of projects at our place. Barn siding and roofing, installation of barn windows, metal sliding doors, and they also custom built a couple of wooden swing doors for our crooked old barn. I recommend them highly and, because we have nine old outbuildings, I guarantee that we'll be calling on them for help again in the future.

L-Nolt & Sons were recommended to us by two friends when we started shopping around for reputable roofing companies. When the quotes came back, L-Nolt & Sons were the clear winner in terms of quality of materials and value offered. Leroy and his crew were professional and did great quality work from start to finish.

We used LNolt & Sons for the roof replacement of our one-story ranch house. They replaced the entire roof, replaced some rotted roof deck, replaced a few rotted rafters, installed roof vents for our bathrooms (the previous owners vented the bathrooms into the attic!), and thoroughly cleaned up all in one day. They even reattached some of our gutter pins that had popped out, securing our gutters good as new.

LNolt & Sons won't be the cheapest option when you get roof quotes, but you are absolutely paying for the quality. Their work is speedy yet top quality. I was comfortable from the very first time I met Leroy when he came to my house to take measurements and inspect for the roof quote. He and I talked a couple more times and Leroy always answered my questions thoroughly. I never had a doubt that LNolt & Sons would delivery and exceed expectations, which they did at every turn.

They do a lot of commercial work as you can see on their website, but their residential work is also very good. I would recommend Leroy and his team to anyone in need of a new roof!

Was very satisfied with the work. He was hired to put a metal roof on our house and new gutters. All work was completed in less than 2 wks of the estimate. I was referred to L Nolt & Sons by a local business. I have never had to replace a roof and know nothing about the process. I had several other estimates but had some underlying concerns with them. Although it was a busy time for them, Leroy took the time and estimated repairs for my tiny home and pole barn. Never meeting him but talking on the phone, he answered my many questions, always patient and informative. I instinctively knew he was the real deal and contracted with him.
