We hired Cloud Nine Roofing & Renovation to renovate our bathroom shower, and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the very first email, Matt was incredibly responsive and provided excellent customer service. Gavin handled the demolition work, installed waterproof wallboard, updated the plumbing, and put in new fixtures. The craftsmanship on the wall tile was exceptional, and they left the area spotless. I called Cloud Nine and Matt came out to take a look at my chimney to see if I needed boards replaced after I noticed some space near where the boards meet the shingles. He explained that what I was seeing was normal and you want some space there so water doesn’t rot out the boards. He explained there is flashing behind that area that prevents water damage. I was happy to not have any issues that needed to be addressed. He is very nice and helpful and I really appreciated his honesty. I have some other things I will be contacting him about in the future. I would highly recommend Cloud Nine and Matt to anyone needing his services!

He provided a fair and competitive quote for a concrete patio and was always respectful, punctual, and professional. When I had to cancel, he refunded my deposit quickly and without any issues. Absolutely the best service I could imagine! My roof was severely damaged by my neighbor's tree. Broke the trusses, etc. Matt assembled a team to quickly fix the roof structure and he matched the existing roof shingles! During the fix there was a slight damage inside, quickly fixed in less than 8 hours. Matt is the best!
