Mr. Sands was extremely great to work with. We met him at a convention promoting his product, he personally came out and quoted the house, and he was the one up on the roof doing the install with a couple of his guys. Extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, not just trying to make a sale, wanting to install a good product that lasts longer than other rooftops. Even after the install was complete, he came out on his own time to check and make sure everything was to my satisfaction. Again, Mr. Sands is passionate about delivering a good roof and will do what it takes to make it right. Great communication, a pleasure to talk with, very personable, and will take the time to explain anything unclear or to be completely transparent everything. I fully intent on calling him up for my next house's roof. Repeat customer.
