We hired Tavares Construction a few years ago for two large additions....a two-bedroom addition and a large dining room. They turned out absolutely beautiful! Two years later now...rooms still have no issues. No leaks in roof, no cracks or chips in plaster, foundation is still perfect, etc., etc. Tavares Construction is professional, reliable, and conscientious. We couldn't have done this huge project with them. It turned out perfectly. Thank you!

We hired Tavares Construction to remodel our new business location. Great attention to detail and finish work. Very attentive to our needs and was able to accommodate our requests within reason. Highly recommended!

Tavares Construction installed a floating floor in my basement, what a hack. The floor is very noisy and dips when stepped on. Tavares is irresponsible and unprofessional. His work ethic is very questionable. If he had workers do the work without his supervision, shame on him. He may have been getting away with sub-optimal work in the past, but sooner or later it catches up with you. I gave him an opportunity to make it right and he chose to ignore me. He didn’t prepare the floor properly he should of swept and leveled the floor and now I discover that he blatantly lied about it. He left 10 unfinished projects at my home. It is game over for him. Zero stars.
