We had a complimentary roof inspection done by Mike Kincaid from Tarrant roofing and I was impressed by his genuine hospitality and respect to his customers. He was very easy to talk with, understood my need right away and accommodated the request. The report was timely and his follow up to questions via text and email was very fast and prompt. I was completely satisfied with his work and highly recommend him.

Initial sales consult was easy. Installation was typical. Aftercare has been horrible. After the new roof was installed none of the leaks were fixed (we actually had a new one caused by poor installation of a vent).

The roof is still leaking from the original spot I called on, after the roofers came to fix it twice. Painters have been here 4 times. Getting a call back has been difficult. I shouldn't have to have my house worked on so many times to fix a roof leak.

Calub with Tarrant Roofing has been awesome to work with. I just got my roof replaced and the process was seamless. I highly recommend him and Tarrant Roofing for any roof replacement in the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex.

From start to finish, it was a great experience. Once we met Calub Bottelberghe, we knew we were making the right choice. Calub helped guide us through the insurance claim process. He just went above and beyond. He arranged to have the solar panels removed and replaced. He handled arranging the replacement of gutters, garage door, and skylight. All the subcontractors were fantastic to work with. Tarrant Solar did a great job reinstalling our solar panels.

Calub even made sure our landscaping and plants were protected when the roof was getting installed. The crew that replaced the roof was awesome. They were very respectful of our property.

Another great asset at Tarrant Roofing is Koen Mitchell. He was a great help in getting our claim settled as well. He stayed on top of all communication with the insurance company.

Had roof damage from the heavy storms in the spring. I contacted 5 roofing companies. Lane Lucas, w Tarrant, was the most responsive and helpful. Had issues with insurance coverage (f***ing insurance companies) so most of the other roofing companies just ditched us and stopped responding. Lane stayed on it. Followed thru with estimates, answered all questions, promptly got the job scheduled and was on site all day for the install. Installed and cleaned up in one day. I recommend Lane and Tarrant roofing.

Called them last Friday because some of the shingles around my chimney blew away. Had no follow up on scheduling. And then called again the following Monday, they said Hector will call back to schedule. Still nothing. Roof is under warranty and seems like they are trying to get away from fixing it.

I have a 2 year old roof on my house and have now had no less than 5 leaks. When you call they tell you the warranty department will get back with you and every time it has taken no less than 3 calls to get someone to call you back. I am now on 1 week in on 2 current leaks on the roof. This is if you can get the office to answer the phone rather than their answering service that can only pass a message along. My next step is to just go to their office to speak with someone.

We moved to Texas about 18 months ago and were informed by our realtor that we had a new roof and it was a lifetime warranty. Within 6 months the shingles started falling off all of the time and we were not familiar with roofing materials and weather resistance for this state. Unfortunately, the shingles were a manufacturing defect and not the fault of the roofing company. The owner of Tarrant roofing stopped by and told us this roof needed to be replaced and even offered to pay for any overnight expenses if we elected to stay at a hotel through the job. We were thankful, but knew this was an enormous job as we have a very large and high pitched roof. Tarrant roofing not only upgraded the materials, but the owner was personally involved and had a top of the line crew here. Any issues, or collateral damage resulting as expected with a job of this size, were resolved in a timely manner, personally managed, and only the best contractors were brought in to resolve the issues. We have had a lot of experience with home projects and contractors, and Tarrant roofing is by far the best! We trust them and all of their referrals for anything with our home. If there has to be hail, you have to call Tarrant Roofing!! They make the process easy from start to finish! I had roof, gutter and screen damage and when the gutters came down it was obvious I needed to paint. They do it all!! Dylon Beamsderfer and his team made it all better. The prep work and clean up they did was exceptional - they protected windows, plants and our pool. Our house looks great!! Give them a call. (PS I like the “old school” shingles) if only they did yard work… lol!!

We had an excellent experience with Tarrant Roofing. Our insurance company first approved only half the roof being replaced. However, Tarrant was able to negotiate a full roof replacement with them. We worked closely with Austin Guthrie. He kept us updated every step of the way. In 2 weeks from the first time we spoke with him we were getting a new roof. The roof was completed in 2 days. We had an unfortunate obstacle that the guys had to work around that made their job more challenging but they did it! We highly recommend Tarrant Roofing!!!!

A representative from this company calls me every month on the same day trying to harass me about a roof install! I don't own my house and I don't want this company to call me anymore. If you're looking for the previous owner of my number, I can't help you with that. But the harassment has to stop! I don't have time to answer phone calls every month because someone wants to talk about a roof install that didn't happen!

Jordan McLarry is awesome. Great people skills and presence. He handled my entire claim for roof, siding, gutters, windows, and painting. Good communication and follow through. Definitely telling everyone about him. I am very business and thorough myself and have no regrets.

Brendan Thomas is amazing! I need my whole roof replaced, and the windows, gutters and fence need to be repaired/replaced. The folks were doing a roof job in neighborhood and were done. One of there trucks had my alleyway blocked. Then he was milking it. Called the police for blocking the drive. Told him to move it as emergency vehicles cannot get through. Called the company and apparently they are subcontractors. Company was responsive. Subcontractor is rude, unprofessional and didn't care about the homeowners in the neighborhood.

You always hear horror stories about roofing work and the contractors. We had an outstanding experience with Tarrant Roofing. They did a great job replacing roof, gutters, and repairing/placing soffit & facia. House looks amazing. Our sales rep, Daniel Worsham, worked closely with insurance company and was there at every step throughout the project (including coordinating painters and electrician to reinstall satellite dish after roofing was completed). All right on budget with original estimate. Great experience start to finish!
