Tarrant Roofing - Lewisville, TX

We had a great experience working with Tarrent Roofing and Lane L. Very professional and they kept us informed each step of the way from claims assistance to post installation inspection. I highly recommend calling Lane and Tarrent Roofing.

Was not able to get to the door on time. Contractor rang my door bell and activated the Ring camera system. I watched the video later as he spat in front of my door and hung up his ad on the door knob. Do not spit onto people's property. Especially your potential customer's. Have this all on footage.

I contacted them through their website a while back and they never responded. Contacted Town and Country Roofing recently and they responded quickly... but I'll be nice and go 2 stars instead of 1.

UPDATE: So now they respond to my review (quickly I might add) and say they have no contact from me, so maybe they should get their contact system and website fixed ASAP because they are losing customers. They also said "it does show that you do marketing for Town and Country". LOL.... I do not work for or do any marketing for Town and Country at all. I simply contacted T&C recently (because Tarrant never got back to me) and T&C responded, unlike Tarrant Roofing. Too bad Tarrant didn't respond to my original contact request like they quickly responded to this review. I'm not one to try to make multiple attempts to contact a company. If a company ignores me the first time then I typically move on to the next.

UPDATE 2: The "owner" responded again with false claims and accusations (though the response has now been edited and toned down). You know, I would have removed my original review if the response was what a good company would say, you know, something like "we screwed up and don't know what happened and how we missed your contact; please contact me/us at xxxx and I'll be sure to get you taken care of". The response from Tarrant Roofing, and their accusations of me lying and getting paid to post fake reviews (which it looks like they have removed now, so good for them) is quite surprising, and now I would never give them another chance. No way I would do business with a this company (or any company that makes false accusations when they get a poor rating). Lowering my rating to one star.
