Do not make my mistake.
They take your money they don’t even listen what u want and what the agreement says and they do what they want to do (copy cat) then u have to go through arguments to prove them what they did is not what we signed. I have no construction back ground yet I could see what they have done wrong in the middle of project, not once but I pointed out their mistakes.
Long story short toooooo much headache but after completing the job (in their mind)
We found extra problem, hired and paid someone for second opinion and they said
The quality job was awful and certain thing must be redo.
Contacted the company and the owner but he ignored all my phone call and text msgs!!!

I had them do my bathroom a less than 2 years back, and they came out and fixed everything, really great service

I did one of my bathrooms remodel with Collin Bryan Construction. Even though they were expensive compare to other remodeling company, I chose them because I want this bathroom remodeling project done correct without any issues. Also, they have lifetime warranty on their work. I had issues with shower glass door (not closing properly). It took a while for them to fix the shower glass door closing issue. Now, I have issue with shower water pressure. I contacted them and reported this issue two months back. Lisa has contacted me and got all the information. Since I didn't get any updates from her for sometime, I contacted Operation Manager's office several times and didn't get any response back. Also, I tried to contact the owner, Bryan Johnson several times and left voicemail with my call back number. So far, no response from him either.

Such a great company. Bryan came and met me to walk through everything we needed to get done. He was honest with what needed to be done and what didn’t.

Andrea helped me get everything scheduled.

Tommy came to do the work and he did a great job. He was so friendly and communicated about the work that was being done.

Look forward to working w this company again.

They were extremely professional with quality work on both my Bathrooms and Kitchen. After representing hundreds of clients and projects, some of which are long standing friends. Our family just had our first pool completed by Colin Bryan Construction and we are 100 percent satisfied with the craftsmanship, communication and comfort their staff provided. Every step of the process was met with knowledgeable employees who valued their responsibility and took ownership of each step.

Our 1980s master bathroom needed drastic overhauling, and Collin Bryan did a fantastic job. No more wallpaper, carpet, or drop-down soffits for us! We now have an absolutely beautiful bathroom with more than one electrical outlet, closet switches beside the closets instead of across the room, and beautiful new counters, cabinets, tile floors, and an incredible shower and tub. We'd heard horror stories from friends about bathroom remodels that took 4-6 months; ours was finished in slightly over 2 weeks!!
Everyone involved worked hard to make sure our bathroom was exactly what we wanted, and they were patient when we had trouble choosing. We would definitely choose them again!

Collin Bryan removed my pool last week. The guys did an excellent job. They were able to work around small garden at south end of pool without removing metal art pieces and no damage to plants. They were courteous and made every effort to make sure I was satisfied. The finished project looks great. I would not hesitate to use Collin Bryan for any other home project.

The roof that was put on our home did not pass inspection with proper installation.

Edit: We bought the home. The 3 year warranty has passed and received directly from your office. So, yes, I have the right company. Multiple installation problems that will result in leaks/water damage. I now have to hire a different company to correct these issues.

Update 2/28/23 Had the roof cleaned off and found these up there!

Update 5/16/23, clean the roof again and had items come in from the skylights that were supposed to have been sealed twice from the company. Picture attached.

Very unprofessional staff and company. Not only they are arrogant, but they are equally incompetent and disorganized. They are more interested of making money than delivering a good service. Stay away from Collin BRYAN if you have a pool project . They will do a lousy job and threaten to halt the project when you show them defects on the work they did. They don't have the word 'apologize" in their vocabulary" even if they are wrong. I regret hiring those people for my pool project....they are currently dragging their feets...and want to be paid for coping job with defect. They do not clean up after themselves either. I have had a lot of complaints from neighbors and HOA about Collin Bryan contractors leaving debris in the neighborhood. After the work of contactors, Collin Bryan pool superintendent will overlook the defects, and when you the customer takes pictures of those defects and send to them, instead of apologizing, they will tell you 'let us do our job"......even though they are obviously unprofessional and incompetent. Now the incompetent pool superintendent Craig Samford said that he has paused my pool project. I suspect that the guy found out that he messed up even the plumbing and is seeking a way out. Collin Bryan should be accountable for their incompetency as a company that hires an incompetent pool superi ntendent and other incompetent schedulers like Dottie Bun that they have fired.

I agree to remove the review per the demand of Collin Bryan owner Bryan , who promised to fix 2 issues that he came and saw himself: pool equipment pipe leaking and 2-way hose pipe of less than a year sice collin Bryan put them. Collin Bryan sent an unlicensed plumber called Fidele that knows nothing about the pool. He came and made thing worse: another part of the pipe of my pool equipment is now leaking profusely, the cheap water hose pipe that was put by collin bryan on a $94000 pool is spreading water all over the wall (I cannot even turn it on to make the automatic leveler work.

Today Andrea, the lady working with owner, texted me a very uncalled message asking why do I want collin Bryan to fix the rusted water hose pipe that was put in place by Collin Bryan plumber. Unbelievable. Worse, another leak is appearing on the other part of the pool equipment after their so called plumber fidele (who knows nothing about pool equipment ) came and messed up. My understanding is the actual pool plumbers that work on my pool equipment during my pool building project have left Collin Bryan or no longer want to work for Collin Bryan. Hence they send fidele, who knows nothing about pool equipment mess up with my pool. I will add if space permit photos and videos of the mess they created on my pool and trying to blame me or something else but not Collin Bryan. That said, they are in the obligation to satisfy their warranty obligation in a satisfactory manner using knowledgeable technicians, whether they like it or not. I AM PUTTING BACK MY REVIEWS WHEREVER I CAN PUT BECAUSE OF ANDREA DISHONESTY. AND COLLIN BRYAN not fixing the pending guarantee issues . Collin Bryan has remained very unprofessional and using unlicenced cheap technician like the plumber fidele. NB: CRAIG , BRANDON, AND CHRIS HAVE SINCE LEFT THE COMPANY. THEY TOLD ME FOR POOR TREATMENT IN ADDITION I SUPPOSE TO THEIR INCOMPETENCE THAT I HAVE ALWAYS COMPLAINED ABOUT.

We hired Collin Bryan Const to remodel our Guest Bathroom - and they did a great job for us. The 2 gentlemen that they put on our job were consummate pros. They said it would take about a week and it did - these guys showed up on time every morning and worked their butts off all day (none-stop w/ a 1/2 hr for lunch). And at the end of each day, they meticulously cleaned up the unavoidable mess made that day. Without hesitation - I'll use'em again for our next project.

They did a very good job. Both the crew and the project manager were attentive, responsive to questions, and they finished the project quickly without me feeling like they were rushing.

We had two bathtubs, and a shower, and the surrounds done; and we are very happy with the results. James did meticulus work so quietly that most of the time we didn't know he was there. Dustin managed the project very well, answered questions, and kept me informed every step of the way. He even showed me how to do some work that I wanted to do myself to keep costs down. I highly recommend this company, and recommend Dustin and James in particular.

We are about six weeks out from our shower remodel and are just as happy today as we were the day the job was finished. It looks beautiful and functions perfectly. A poor remodel by the previous owners presented several challenges to the team, and they went above and beyond to make sure the underlying structure was sound and will last for many years to come. We recommend Collin Bryan construction and would use their services again.

This company apparently has a very inflated ego. They made an appointment and the day before the rep was to come out and look at the job, he determined the job (based on written description) was not big enough to mess with. I guess someone looking to spend around $10 is not worth this companies' time. I would say that based on this experience, this company would not be worth your time to call.

The one problem with living in a home designed by Collin Bryan Custom homes is that it sincerely makes it difficult to live in any other home. I was lucky enough to live ten years in the Patterson Estate, a masterpiece of home that won builders awards for best home in it’s class for it’s year built, as well as best kitchen and best master bathroom. This home was 8,000 of exquisite detail. The three fireplaces were of ultimate craftmanship in detail, the ceilings were the most gorgeous coffers I’ve seen, the oversized kitchen cabinets of highest quality, the stonework throughout home was nothing less than spectacular. The design of the home was well thought out and floor to ceiling windows spanning the home overlooking a designer infinity pool and pond beyond. The whole home was out of a movie. It was impossibly elegant and it was due to to the vision, the commitment, and the spare no expense on quality of one person his company. It took me awhile to write this review, because while we needed to make a move out of state for family reasons, leaving this home was nothing less than heartbreaking. DFW is filled with incredible homes, but anyone who has visited our home, will tell you it is one of the most remarkable houses they have seen. Bryan is a genius, trust this company.

I’m always iffy when it comes to contractors and the mess that usually comes with it. Daniel handled all of my concerns in a professional and friendly manner and even explained things I didn’t think to ask about. Definitely would recommend to anyone needing work done!

The sales pitch was great for my bathroom remodel. The job took way longer than quoted. Some of the workers were awesome and some were not great at all! They had to keep coming back since the job was not done in the correct sequence nor properly done. The toilet kept leaking since it wasn't installed properly. I had several other issues and asked that my email with the issues be sent to the owner of the company and the supervisor to see if the work was up to their standards, which I was assured would be forwarded. That was about a month ago and I haven't received a response.....still waiting. Overpriced for the work. Would not recommend.

Call for them to quote a backyard upgrade. Sxhedule an appointment for Wednesday. Got a text on Sunday asking to reschedule my Monday appointment?
Because they couldn't make it. Whatever thing happen. Then proceed to answer a series of questions through text that I had already described over the phone during my first call. Agreed on friday for the quote. Never got a response, and they were a no show with no follow up.

I chose Collin Bryan for our outdoor electric shade. The company is known for roofing and other construction but they are newer to the outdoor shade business. I decided to give them a shot because of Daniel's professionalism. At the first install attempt, Daniel and Jonathan did not feel our brick on the column or facia was strong enough to support the 18 foot shade so they had to come back at a later time and reinforce the facia. The overall timing of the install took longer than expected, but I'm glad they took the time to install it correctly with plenty of support. I appreciate them taking the time to do the install correctly and not just rushing to mark the job as complete.

Few months ago we signed an agreement to remodel guest bathroom. it was long wait because of the COVID-19 pandemic but when we finally got the material and product it was not what we expected or thought we were getting, bottom line Bryan Johnson, owner, got personally involved and is providing us the right product. He will listen and work with you whereas other business owners would not, he made it right. I was guilty of submitting a bad review on his company but I would those comments and throw them out the door after dealing directly with Bryan Johnson, Thank You

I hired this group to completely renovate my guest bathroom and they did and it looks good. But I feel like they overcharged me for parts they didn't even use. I tried getting in contact with them for weeks before the project started to get an estimate of when they'd begin working and nobody could give me a straight answer. The reason for the delay ended up being that my custom cabinets were never ordered. So I was stuck with either waiting weeks for new ones to be built or choosing from what they had in stock. Even then, the guy who gave me the estimate got a lot of the measurements wrong so that gave the installers more headaches than it should've. Also, if you have to finance your project, don't go through this company. They use a company called GreenSky and I've found out the hard way that it's a predatory lending company. I'm being charged $53 to $100 each month for "finance charges." I didn't know about it otherwise I would've never done it. You're better off finding a reputable handyman and buying your materials yourself if you want to save money.

Very good company to work with. The roof looks great and they are very professional and polite. I would highly recommend this company to anyone that is looking to get a new roof or repairs.

Ask for Travis. He and his crew chief JC took great care of us when our house was damaged during the October 2019 tornado outbreak. We are very happy with our brand new roof!

On time. Came out within a day to quote for the job. One day job, great crew, cleaned site, fast, efficient and I would recommend them . Fair pricing and professional. I used Collin Bryan Construction in May 2019 for a leaky roof. They were very responsive and professional. They were referred to me by a coworker. They replaced the roof, gutters and downspouts, sunroof, and covered patio. I even upgraded for covered guttering since i have so many trees. I also added some downspouts since i have had trouble with flooding in my backyard. The quality of their products are excellent. Their service and punctuality was the best! Thank you Jonathan!

Collin Bryan was there for us when our house was destroyed by an F3 tornado. They took care of restoring our home to much better than before and turned our disaster into our new dream home! From added rooms out of wasted space to new deck and balcony with french doors and great floors, counters, and jet tub, we love our new house!

We have nothing but GREAT things to say about Collin Bryan and Travis Jones, our Collin Bryan representative. He handled our roof replacement and fence repair and staining from the June storms quickly, professionally, and honestly. He handled all the interaction with my insurance adjuster, too. HIGHLY recommend!

Very happy with the entire process. I had multiple projects including a new roof. My roof was complete in one day. For the other smaller projects, all the workers were punctual and delivered quality work. I would definitely work with them in the future.

My husband was away and i discovered a couple of leaks in the corner of the kitchen. He called Collin Bryan for help with our TPO roof.
Bryan came to check the roof in just a few days. He examined the entire roof. He told my husband by phone that the roof was not the problem. It was the corner that had a hole where the rainwater was getting in. He said the cornice or fasia needed repair at that corner.
We highly recommend Brian for his honesty. He could easily have sold me a $500 or $600 roof repair job since my husband was not here. We would never have known the difference.

They installed a shower stall to replace a tub shower. There were several issues during the course of the project. There are still two unresolved issues. I'll edit this review once these issues have been resolved and maybe I can add a star or two. Stay tuned kids.

Oct 4th 2019 update

As you can see I've added two stars. They came back and fixed the two issues. The shower looks and works great. I was impressed by their concern and willingness to make things right. It gives me some comfort in knowing if anything else goes wrong they will be there to put it right.

We had a hail storm come through and pretty much destroy our roof. Shortly after I received quotes from several Roofing Companies before receiving a recommendation to talk to Martin at Collin Bryan. Man am I glad I did! Professional, curious, punctual, Martin and his team delivered a world class experience! They made the process so incredibly easy and painless! They left my house clean and the roof looks great! If you're on the fence, do yourself a favor and give Martin a call. Don't make the same mistake I did; wasting a bunch of time comparing other companies that were unprofessional and rude. Thank you for everything Martin and Collin Bryan!

I highly recommend Collin Bryan Construction. I needed a new roof, windows, fence and repairs to water damage in a bathroom. All were done exceptionally well. The project management, communication and cleanup were first class. I’m glad I picked them and would tell my friends to do the same.

We have recently used Collin Bryan. I am highly impressed with the work as well as the professionalism of all the employees. Martin Herrera was a big help through the whole process. We are definitely using them again.

Collin Bryan was easy to work with. The project manager Johnathan was intent on making sure everything was done correctly and that we were satisfied with the work. Everyone we interacted with from CB was professional and seemed interested in making sure we were content. I wasn’t happy with some interior painting work that was part of the insurance claim, and they came back and got everything corrected.

With any large company, there may be other crews or workers that don’t hold themselves to the same standard as the people I dealt with. But based on my experience, Collin Bryan is a solid company and worth recommending.

I had a lot of storm damage. My insurance only wanted to cover the bare minimum and replace the roof. Dan and his team got my gutters replaced, my back fence, my front door, my deck repainted and back back porch awning replaced. The insurance ended up covering all repairs. The Collin Bryan Tran and their subcontractors did an amazing job. They were very professional and it was a very quick process from beginning to end. I would definitely recommended for you storm damage or remodeling needs.

We worked with Jonathan from CBC on a new roof for our house. Because we didn't meet our deductible he worked with us to make sure we spending on quality materials rather than getting everything as cheap as possible. The work was completed quickly, professionally, and with no issues.

Travis and his team were thorough, patient with our timing and exectued as promised. Highly communicative and available throughout the process.

Everything about the process was easy. Jake Hudson was on top of it the whole time from a project management standpoint and the crews were efficient. There was one minor issue with the guttters that was not an urgent need, but it was still addressed within 24 hours.

I called Collin Bryan a few months ago when we were selling our house and needed a new roof. They came out and inspected our roof in the rain because they knew we were under a tight timeline. Not only were we selling or house but we were purchasing a new home and our closing date was dependent upon the sale of our home. Not only were they quick to do the inspection, but they had as a quote in about a day for us to send to the insurance company. Then, they were out in less than 2 weeks to put the new roof on. The work they did was quality and the new roof looked great. I would tell you that their customer service is nothing short of amazing! Travis was great to work with and we are very appreciative for all they did to help us.
