I got loaded overweight and they were able to fix it for me without complaints or pressuring me against it.

They are available at 06:30. Self check in. Where it asks for company initials they want the broker, ie; CHR for CH Robinson and so forth. They communicate by phone and text. If you are a pick up, as in my case, get loaded and report to door 1 at docks near the entrance/exit point. When entering you must scale in and remember your weight as you must enter it in the check in computer. Follow simple instructions and you won’t have issues.

Worst place in the US for a flat bed driver! Slow as molasses and WTI and McElroy own the place. They keep half the bays full and Tamko refuses to load in the back lot anymore!! If it weren’t so sad and inconvenient it would be laughable! Need to take pointers from Joplin location!!!!

I had no problems here. I was new to this place and got loaded quickly. It does look like WTI's second home but I felt no bias not being with wti. There is a scale you can use. With covid they do require a mask and do honor medical exceptions. Thank you for being understanding. Not 5 stars because they are next to a very busy railway and I waited on the train longer than it took to load. Bad choice of location. Busy rail and heavy truck traffic all in one. Very organized shingle place, all in all good.

Just found out that my Tamko shingles are defective on an 8 yr old house, the granulars are completely gone to the fiberglass and since i am the second owner on an 8yr old house they basically told me to go pound sand. they wont even cover thier material defect and everyone on this street has them installed. Dont use this product because they wont stand behind it. not one person or representative has helped i had to go through multiple channels to find out what brand it was, now that im trying to sell my house and found this out through an inspection report, iam being forced to come out of pocket 9000 dollars for a defective asphalt shingle roof. if i could give half a star i would.
