Brian, Brenda, and their specialized contractors were a joy to work with. The customer care was outstanding. Both bathrooms in my home were remodeled and they bring joy every time I enter the rooms. Brian walked me and my daughter through the entire process, helped us choose design elements, and listened to what we wanted in our bathrooms. Not once did I feel like he had his own agenda. My bathrooms are a reflection of me and my daughter. Brenda followed up on every financial question and was friendly and helpful. She made me feel a part of the process and not just someone who was paying the business. In the end I have two beautiful bathrooms and was treated with respect.
