Recently, Tailored Exteriors replaced the frame around my garage door. It looks great! The work was done timely and professionally. This is the second time they have done work for me and I was pleased as usual.

We had a great experience from Mr. Tailor. His crew replaced our roof for us 5 years ago along with our rails and post on our front porch. I recently had a leak from the a pipe that runs from our roof to our basement so reached out and Dustin took the time to come over and check it for me and repaired a seal that had erroded. I will definitely be using them again for any of our exterior needs!

Tailored Exteriors has done excellent work in the past on siding replacement repairs, garage door opening repairs, and replacing the roof shingles. I would highly recommend them for home repairs.

I can’t say enough good and positive things regarding my experience with Tailored Exteriors and specifically Dustin. After the bad storms in my area, I had no shortage of roofers begging to “hook me up”. Despite my no soliciting sign, one random caught me and made all sorts of promises that left me feeling queasy. Thankfully my neighbor introduced me to Dustin and let’s just say there was an immediate comfort and trust. He was honest from the beginning telling me he found plenty of storm damage to justify insurance coverage, BUT he made it clear that there was no guarantees on partial vs full coverage because of lots of other factors out of his control. He also made it clear he would fight for me and getting coverage, and he was true to his word throughout the entire process, constantly updating me with emails or texts. He was also very thorough in explaining what materials they used and incredibly patient with me through the surprisingly difficult task of choosing a style/color for my roof, giving me examples of area homes he had completed of colors I was considering—and not just once or twice as I waffled among the myriad of options! And finally the workmanship was top tier and I’m very satisfied with the finished product. As an added bonus, Dustin was able to set me up with someone who could accomplish the indoor ceiling painting to address the water stains from the prior leaks and some exterior painting of my porch, and that too was an excellent experience with an outstanding result (Thanks Terry!). In short, Tailored exteriors should be your first and only choice for roofing and other exterior needs!!

Tailored Exteriors did everything to perfection! Not only did Dustin and his team give great recommendations, they were SO friendly and easy to work with! There was no pressure to rush and pick colors or hurry to book. The process of a new roof could have been very stressful but there was NO concern at all with Tailored Exterior and Dustin’s team!

High winds from a recent storm resulted in damage to my 12-year-old house consisting of 6-10 broken roof shingles and some loose vinyl siding. After having several roofing contractors eager to assist me in scamming my insurance company for a new roof that I didn't need, I found an honest company in Tailored Exteriors who fixed it for less than my insurance company's bid. They were professional and responsive and will be my go-to contractor for exterior repairs in the future.

We have had Dustin out to fix a few roof issues over the years. His communication, planning and finished product are excellent. He was even able the match the shingles of our 15 year old faded roof on the last repair .

Addition

After hail storms in May, we had Tailored Exteriors back out for a whole roof shingle replacement. Dustin stopped by to assess the roof damage a few days after the storm. He was present during the insurance inspection a week later. From the time we signed the contract to install day was a little over two weeks. It could have been sooner but we had a schedule conflict with some earlier dates.

They are wonderful. They install high quality roofs and are the rare contractors who communicate with their customers! They are thoughtful with preparing the job site to make sure nothing gets damaged as they are getting the roof removed and in cleaning up the worksite so that the yard is free of debris and nails and safe for children to play in after the work is complete!

They made sure to take the time to walk through everything with me and ensure I was in the loop on everything. Professional and very timely. Will use on all my projects!

We use Tailored Exteriors for all our home exterior finishes (siding, roof, deck, columns, shutters, etc.). They do amazing work. They refuse to compromise quality and workmanship, but they're not overpriced. They even uncovered some subpar work that was done by previous contractors, and corrected it for free. I have used them several times and I have recommended them to family members who have used them as well. The best around, hands down.

Tailored Exteriors has done an excellent job in installing a new roof for us. We have had many compliments on it from our neighbors. The installation crew was very mindful of keeping our property clean of debris and the superintendent checked on the progress daily. We would highly recommend Taylored Exteriors to install siding, windows, doors, and roofing. We will definitely call them again when we are ready to do additional work on the house.

Our roof was recently damaged by the vicious storms and we were in need of replacement immediately. Tailored Exteriors was the first company to answer and return my calls, the first to show up at my door and assess the damage, and the first to meet with my insurance adjuster. Out of several bids he was also the best deal and the most reasonably priced. He worked close with my insurance company and made that whole transaction a complete breeze. He suggested the newest and most popular trend in roofs for the year and all the little extras were covered. It was such an amazing stress free experience I give them the highest ratings with the utmost respect. You couldn’t find a nicer, more focused person than Dustin to show up at your door and instill more confidence in what I thought was going to be a stressful rigorous process. I've been using Tailored Exteriors since 2022. They are always responsive and sends someone out within a day of my request. After the recent storm, I asked them to send someone out when a piece of siding popped out. A team member repaired it without charge and even fixed the one above it, which popped out after he left. Fantastic customer service!

Replaced whole house exterior with james hardy board, new gutters, new doors with casement, painted foundation, and doors, made new shutters and installed. New trim everywhere, facia (spelling?)....looks like a brand new house and it's really beautiful, we changed colors so the look is dramatic, and we just love it.

They are so professional, efficient, economical, prompt, and friendly. They can tailor projects to your needs. They did our small job for an excellent price and super quick when we were selling our last home.
