Absolutely wonderful experience working with Jason and Erick and their crew! Their price came in well under their big-name competitors, and the quality of the product was matched, if not exceeded. In the end, it's been the best part of our home renovation so far. We can finally come home to a house that we love! (Pardon the unfinished portico over the front door.)

New Year kicked off with siding coming off. It was not pleasant. Jason with TAG was here the next day, gave me a run down of what was needed and worked with me every step of the way. Once the weather warmed up the work commenced immediately. Additional damage from years of storms was discovered and Jason had the right contacts who responded immediately to remediate all issues. Would definitely recommend.

TAG Exteriors really saved the day for us. About two weeks before closing on our home, the buyers wanted joists on the deck re-hung and trusses in the roof fixed. TAG came out promptly, gave us a good solution at a reasonable price. For the truss solution, they even consulted with their own structural engineer and the manufacturer of the trusses. They completed the work within the very tight time limit, provided us with pictures documenting their work, and a paid invoice. Extremely professional - work and customer service way above and beyond the call of duty. We're so grateful, and highly recommend them!

TAG Exteriors saved me from myself. My home was damaged last year and I managed to get the roof and gutters done not long after, but I was trying to figure out how to pay for the siding replacement, as the insurance was only going to pay for three sides. This Contractor is solely interested in making money off of you and once they have a prepayment from you - they will drag their feet and try to keep from doing the actual work for as long as possible. They put alot of effort into trying to increase the claim with your insurance company above what is actually necessary so they pocket more profit but when it comes time to do the actual work that you hired them to do - they will come at you repeatedly with one excuse after another and ultimately will find a way to keep from doing the majority of the tasks. I was very unhappy with the experience dealing with them and feel that they need to learn what customer service actually is. I am sure that you have previously heard war stories about Contractors today and I promise you that Tyler and Jason at TAG exteriors will exemplify what makes people hate dealing with Contractors. I am very sorry that I ever called them and they completed about 1/5 of the projects that I paid them to complete.
I warn you to avoid dealing with TAG exteriors.
You will be sorry and you will end up having to hire some other Contractor to finish work that you paid TAG Exteriors to finish.

They replied to this review stating that it is completely false yet it is completely true therefore I will explain in further detail what transpired;
They cashed the check and then did only the roof repair project. I was left having to repeatedly call and text them trying to get them to finish the other projects. At one point -Jason became very aggressive and demanding on the phone trying to talk to me like he owned me because I did not agree with his plan in relation to a window. That's no way to talk to people.
After the hole in the roof was repaired - their focus was trying to convince State Farm to pay more and not on fixing the other projects.
This company accepted payment in advance of all the proceeds of the tree damage insurance claim to repair a section of roof, piece of gutter, one window, dented a/c shroud, and a very small piece of siding. They wanted to get State Farm to increase the claim to replace the entire roof but they never accomplished that so they repaired the section of the roof that was actually damaged and then after many months failed to repair anything else. There was one pane of glass broken and they wanted to replace the entire window (frame and all.) I didn't see that as necessary. It was overkill. I didn't want mismatched windows or potential leaking going forward.
There was about a 4 inch portion of siding damaged and Tyler removed a section of siding to send off to be tested to determine whether it was available or no longer manufactured? He sent it to a company that State Farm does not use therefore another larger piece had to be removed and sent away to another company. This left me with a large portion of siding missing.
State Farm ultimately raised the claim because the siding was no longer available and determined the whole house had to be re-sided. By that time I had lost confidence that TAG Exteriors would finish the job and I wasn't about to send them more money. I notified Tyler that I would find another Contractor.
The end result is that they were paid from the insurance claim to do 4 projects and they completed 1.
Initially, there were 5 projects but the siding project was ultimately cancelled.
I gave a 1 star review based on fact and actual experience dealing with them. I can back up everything I have stated.
A storm made a tree damage my home.
I gave the insurance claim proceeds to TAG.
They only fixed the hole in the roof.
They put me through many months of stress and frustration instead of just fixing the damage.
I'm not happy at all and I have a right to provide my review.
If the experience turned out positive - the review would've reflected that.
I have no reason to lie.
I have since sold the home but I'm confident that the projects that TAG was paid to repair can be viewed in person today as still not repaired unless the new homeowner has had them repaired.

Called Tag about Hail damage to our single-story home some time ago. Response was quick and informative. Tag worked with our insurance and said the deductible would be enough to get things started. We have a detached garage which needed gutters, also we wanted insulated windows on the north side of the house to totally insulate all windows. We decided to get siding to complete our home. Tag had a designer come out to help my Wife choose a color of siding which worked with other neighbors' homes around us. This was a big project! Each day when I came home from work, I was very impressed with the progress! We were extremely happy with the work, the cleanup, quality of all materials, and the quality of the workmanship of Tags crews! I decided to ask if Tag could replace our patio corrugated roof for me with white plastic roofing. Tag's repressive came out and gave me a very reusable quote, which I accepted. Tag was great but his subcontractor for the siding was subpar. The roofing guy on the other hand was great, 3 leaks fixed and 5 years later still dry. Wind plea off two strips of siding, the guy who fixed it said they skimmed on nails. Yes, nails?
Don’t get me wrong, our house looks so much better, just ask for his best siding guys.

Tyler Arthur (Tag roofing) came right out to look over our damaged roof, and provided us with all the information we were needing concerning the replacement of our two roofs (house and mini-barn/garden shed). He kept in touch while arrangements were discussed with our insurance provider for a common meeting between the 3 decisive parties: (1)the insurance adjuster, (2)the sub-contracted, independent roofing inspector, and (3)himself, our chosen roofing contractor. At this meeting the independent roofing inspector mis-identified several points of damage on our main house roof, but was immediately verbally corrected by Mr. Arthur which resulted in a heated dispute between the two parties. Mr. Arthur, who had extensive knowledge of the pertinent codes governing the situation, kept a cool head and had in his vehicle, the handbooks describing the proper identification of types of roofing damage. He stood his ground and didn't back down, taking a firm stand even when wrongly ordered by this inspector to leave OUR roof, and even subtly threatened by the independent inspector with retaliatory action of removing the ladder and saying he would have to jump off the roof to get down on the ground. I was very impressed when Mr. Tyler (after the independent inspector stormed off and left the meeting) calmly took the insurance adjuster himself up onto the roof and showed to him what the REAL damage actually looked like. Thanks to his knowledge and years of experience, plus a personal determination to prevent an innocent homeowner from being "steamrolled" into a possible temporary patch job, my wife and I now have an exceptional, top quality, complete new roof on both the house and mini-barn/garden shed. His crew who accomplished the actual work, were absolutely the fastest, neatest, most thorough and meticulous, and professional roofers I have seen. They protected the windows and doors, and my wife's kitchen garden window, our trellises of flowers, and shrubs all around the house with tarps and plastic sheeting, and worked in some very tight areas (we have a small house), and when finished they cleaned up all their mess, swept the porches and walkways, and scoured the whole area with magnetic pick-up tools to insure there were no loose nails left behind. They used the very best of materials throughout, and the roof also has a superb warranty. And one last comment, the crew leader, Santiago, is amazing to watch, working in all aspects of the job with multiple talents. He even came back one evening after work just to say hi and to see how my wife and I were doing, as we are senior citizens and getting on in years. I can't say enough good about Tag exteriors. Top-notch, all the way.

Really like the newer vinyl siding pattern and color. Definitely value for the buck. Staff and crew very professional and personable. Both the crew and staff were comfortable to talk to regarding any/all aspects of the tasks at hand. Never an issue getting in touch with someone and all questions answered in a timely manner. The crew was attentive to detail wonderfully so. On time? Said they would be here 0800 -- arrived at 0745. Was forewarned of the banging and hammering - understated!! Overall - highly recommend TAG exteriors. I think a person would be hard-pressed to find a better company and crew. Thank you all for a job well-done!

I needed my entire house resided and spoke with quite a few companies because it was an important and expensive project. Jason was the only one who gave me the information I needed and answered my questions in a timely manner. He also had a bigger range of products to choose from. I had to wait a little longer than expected for the project to happen, but the outcome was great. The siding looks beautiful and I'll definitely stick with TAG for any future exterior projects.

We had a great experience working with Tyler, Jason, Jenna in replacing our siding and gutters. I'm appreciative of their patience with me on the product and color. They listened and helped us come up with the solution that met and exceeded our needs.

Both crews were fantastic. They worked quickly, did a great job and cleaned up the debris. There were two minor items that needed to be fixed. I noticed one and it was corrected quickly. Jason saw the other and is working to get it corrected.

Making a decision on who to trust with your home is hard but we know we made the right choice with TAG Exteriors.

Our home is on a wooded lot and we had a number of Ash trees that were close to the house that were diseased. We had a horrific storm that came through our area that ripped part of the roof off the barn and caused a tree to fall on the house. and leave a hole in the roof.
After going round and round with insurance they were trying to replace only one side of the roof on the house and patch the barn. I was beyond frustrated and a friend of mine recommended I call Tag Exteriors. He said they would not only do the roof replacement but would represent us with our insurance claim.
It was truly a process but Jason hung in there and not only got the roofs replaced but all the sheeting which was damaged as well on both the house and barn.
The crew was hardworking and professional and completed the job in less than 3 weeks. It looks fantastic!

We were experiencing some water entering our home on interior walls during heavy rains and snow. Our roof is less than 10 years old and didn't have any visible damage. I had several contractors out to see what might be causing this. I had a limb from tree penetrate my roof and snap off leaving the bottom part stuck in my roof. It came all the way thru at an angle damaging everything and even pushing the area just behind the gutter out. I received a quick and fair estimate for repair of the plywood, waterproofing and shingles. the was done quickly and expertly. You can't tell there was ever any damage done.

Let me first say, this was a daunting project both emotionally and financially. I received 4 to 5 quotes, all basically comparatively close - almost. I did exhaustive research on each company and still was unsure. You are entrusting people you don't really know with something that is central to your life. Your home. I believe you could describe it as a leap of faith. After meeting with Dwayne and going over my plans and adjusting my thoughts on my home exterior remodel, I can say without a doubt, I chose the best company for the job. The price was more than fair, the time it took from signing my contract and getting the job done was very reasonable considering I had my siding, soffit, gutters and garage door replaced. This is a great company. The siding crew, excellent, just excellent!!! The gutters - perfect. I know it seems silly to gush over a garage door but mine is beautiful and they threw in gutter guards at no extra cost. I feel very confident if I were to ever have any issues with anything, Dwayne is just a phone call away. I know trusting reviews can be difficult but when I say this is without a doubt the company you'd want to entrust your home to, it's not an understatement. We worked with TAG Exteriors to replace all our windows, dormers, siding, trim and doors. Jason helped us determine the best solutions at a fair price. The work was completed SO quickly...it was easy to tell their crews were prepared with the material and labor to tackle the job. We were left in the lurch by an unscrupulous contractor. we called Tag Exteriors, Jason sent Duane out he gave us a quote. They sent a crew within the week and the job was done in 2 days. We would recommend them to anyone.

Jason and TAG were absolutely amazing when it came to our big overhaul project of the outside of our home. He made it so easy for us since he was our point if contact for everything. We had a new roof installed, new windows, stucco repair, dry rot wood repairs, and full painting of the exterior of our home. During a storm late last year, my husband and I experienced multiple leaks in our ceiling. After extensive research into exterior contractors, we chose TAG Exteriors. After contacting TAG, we were made aware that our area had gone through 16 hail storms within the year. The entire roof as well as all of the siding, fascia, soffit, and gutters needed to be replaced. Needless to say, we were intimidated by the enormity of the project, but TAG handled the entire process, including all of the dealings with our insurance company. We were informed every step of the way regarding the information obtained from the insurance company as well as everything and everyone involved with replacing and updating the outside of our house. At the beginning of all of this, we found that our insurance coverage had dwindled in the years due to it being sold and resold to parent agencies. We were dismayed to learn that we were not as covered as we thought we were when we first bought the policy 15 years ago. The coverage was inadequate and would not pay for everything that we needed completed, at least that’s how it appeared, until Jason used his knowledge and negotiating skills to get us where we needed to be to get the job done. TAG handled EVERYTHING! We did not have to deal with price negotiations, contractors, building supply stores… nothing. It was so easy and hassle-free and we got the repairs we needed as well as a total upgrade of our outdated siding. Basically, it looks like we got a brand new house thanks to TAG. The contractors that came to our house were courteous and professional and the entire house, literally from top to bottom, was completed to EXCEED our satisfaction and was done faster than we thought possible. If ever we need them, we WILL contact TAG Exteriors for all of our housing repair needs.
