I cannot say enough good things about Tactical Roofing Solutions! From my first phone call I felt like my home mattered to them! Within a week of calling Justin, there was a new roof on my home! I was sick when the crew came and they were very professional! One of the gentlemen even moved my car from the driveway so I wouldn’t have to get out!!! They went above and beyond to protect my flowerbeds and my pets in the backyard. And they cleaned up everything after they were done!! You couldn’t even tell they had been here except that my roof looks amazing!!! Justin has been so patient in answering all of my questions and in waiting for our bank to endorse the insurance checks and mail them back. He is an amazing man and I definitely recommend him and his company! Top notch service and top notch work!

The first time I used this company I was really pleased. As any homeowner would do, I shopped around and compared estimates. I chose Tactical Roofing because of their background. They did not disappoint. 2 years later I'm in need of their services again. I called Tactical Roofing and the only other company that gave me the same estimate and issue as Tactical did 2 years prior. The other company which is listed on Angie's list said that I needed a new roof (despite the fact that my roof was only 6 years old). Once I informed them that the roof was 6 years old, I never received an estimate. Tactical Roofing came out and explained that I not only was I not on need of a new roof, it was highly unlikely that I had an active leak. They explained the scenario in which water made it's way to stain my ceiling without actually having a leak. The only reason I would tell anyone not to use Tactical Roofing is so they are available when I need them and not booked up (totally selfish). If you are in need of a good roofer and don't want to be hoodwinked, please use Tactical. I personally call on Justin, but I believe anyone there would be just as good.

The Tactical Roofing Solutions crew was so good I actually enjoyed spending a little time watching them work. They knew exactly what they were doing, and the teamwork was machine-like. Nice folk as well. It is obvious that Justin places the highest value on customer satisfaction. This is no fly-by-night operation. And the clean up was COMPLETE. Zero debris. Immaculate.

I contacted Tactical Roofing Solutions because I noticed a leak in my roof. They were very responsive and punctual. They found the reason for the leak and were able to fix it quickly. I have used other roofing companies in the past and none of them compare to the excellent service I received from Tactical Roofing Solutions.
