They made a protective perimeter around my home and covered my garage door with plywood, which I appreciated. Lakewood Roofing was completely unprofessional with how they handle their hiring process and how they have treated their employees. I would not recommend this contractor at all. They just got their first fire claim and said how they are excited to be one of the “good” companies out there that won’t scam people, but they hurt their employees. Never recommending this company to anyone. Christian and his wife were not professional in this aspect. I don’t see how they have this many 5 star reviews.

LAKEWOOD ROOFING were absolutely amazing! Lia was on top of it and thoroughly explained everything I needed to know about my roof. When the bomb cyclone hit, I just didn't know what to do. But she walked me through each step and my roof got done in only 2 days! What's more? They cleaned up every piece of the leftover scraps from my old roof that had fallen in the yard during the replacement. Just goes to show how thoughtful and responsible they are. Lia and Anna were wonderful at explaining the process and working my insurance company. The workmanship was excellent, very fast and they had it done and cleaned up completely in two days. The day they came to paint under the eaves from getting new plywood, they were here and gone the same day, and I have a two story home. I love my new roof and can't say enough about how happy I am with their customer service.

Lei inspected my roof after sharing with her my concerns and showing her the discolored “trickle” on my living room wall. She determined it was due to capillary action from the underlying felt absorbing water from the valley torch down roof area. The rest of the roof was intact and not showing any signs of damage or deterioration. I concurred and appreciated her knowledge and accurate assessment.

Talk about customer service! We happened to stumble across Lakewood’s office as we were passing by, and we just quickly wanted to inquire as to the process for doing a commercial reroof on our church halls. In a matter of minutes, they committed to visiting the church with us, photographing the conditions, and walking us through the process while identifying potential pitfalls in our roof design. We went over their proposal in great detail and they were always extremely responsive and willing to accommodate our budget and needs. As a practice, the church was required to get two other competitive bids. Lakewood was by far the most competitive and willing to serve us. During construction, they were very detail-oriented, kept the project manager updated, and accommodated all our church events and service schedules—not to mention they were incredibly effective and prepared for working in the rain. Their crews always worked in a safe manner and we noticed very little impacts to our regular church operations. Their project manager, Christian, was particularly attentive to our needs. He was patient, friendly, and practical for the entire duration of the project, even when we gave him an extensive punch list from a third-party consultant to inspect the quality of his work. Finally, project close out was a breeze. Scheduling the final walk through was painless and their document processing seamless. Unlike other commercial roofers, Lakewood was incredibly kind, attentive, and respectful of our property and our needs. If you want a job done quickly, politely, and at a reasonable price, Lakewood is the way to go.

They are the best!! We were stressing out about paying for a new roof, as ours was quite old and it was clearly almost time. Then, one day, Lia showed up at our door and walked us through the process of filing a claim with our insurance company to have them cover the roof replacement. All we had to pay was our deductible! Once they got payment from insurance and us, they delivered the materials and scheduled the work. They completed it in one day and cleaned up well afterward. It looks great! I highly recommend. Two years ago, Lakewood Roofing replaced my roof. I should have left a review then, I just forgot to. They did an amazing job at a very reasonable price.

Yesterday we discovered that there was a problem with the vent for the bathroom fan, and water was dripping back inside. Christian came out on a Saturday to check it out.

Even after he found the easily fixable problem (insulation blocking the exhaust flap, basically), he still pulled the entire vent to make sure there wasn't anything else wrong, corrected the problem, and reinstalled it.

I've recommended them in the past, and I will continue to do so. It's wonderful to find a contractor you can trust.

I got my whole roof done about a month ago and it looks amazing, they did it within 2 days, and they helped a ton in the process of getting the insurance set up and made it very clear to me how it all was going to work. Discovered a leak through my range hood vent today. On a recommendation by a friend I called Christian. He had an opening in his schedule and was at my house as quickly as possible. He discovered the vent had been improperly sealed and made a repair immediately, and in the pouring rain. Prompt, professional, and friendly; Christian will be my first call for any future roofing needs.

I called Lakewood Roofing and spoke with the owner Christian about a roof leak. He was here within 20 minutes, and fixed the leak immediately, without trying to upsell at all. I was SO impressed! What a nice guy and a great company! He came highly recommended to me and I’m glad that I found this company!

I have had a wonderful experience with Lakewood Roofing. I cannot recommend them enough. Christian, the estimator, spent a lot of time examining the attic and its flaws. He is a very detailed person. I had good communication with him during the whole process. The office also called me, during the process, to see if I had any questions. Communication is important to this company.

The installers were very nice and happy. It was a pleasure working with them, also.

Professional service, very attentive to the particular needs of my total roof replacement and in providing differing solutions to meet my budget. The job required two separate phases to complete and Christian and his crew did not forget about us and regularly checked in to monitor our progress. A pleasure to work with.

We had been cleaning our own roof but due to some health complications we hadn't cleaned the roof in 2+ years , add neighboring fir trees we were seeing a heavy moss buildup.

We received 4 quotes for roof cleaning. 3 of the companies went onto the roof and gave detailed bids. 2 never responded to our request for more information.

Lakewood roofing took the time to explain about our current shingles how they clean a roof and why.

It took a couple of roof cleaning treatments to remove the moss that had built up. It looks 100% better and I appreciate that they honored what they said they would do.

When I am ready for a new roof and our yearly maintenance I will give them a call again.

On top of being one of my favorite people, Christian and his team and family are extremely experienced and wonderfully pleasant in the process. Words cant describe the service and professionalism I receive from Lakewood roofing ..I notice a leakage in one of the rooms due to a wind storm and immediately went looking for roofing company and was blessed enough to meet Christian ! After Christian did his inspection he recommend that I contact my home insurance too see if they will cover the cost due to wind storm .. After three months dealing with home insurance they finally approved it but mostly having Christian go above and beyond , answering my calls text meeting at the house 3 times! I have had the best experience with Lakewood Roofing, I cannot recommend them enough. I noticed a roof leak in my home during the rainstorm last week, I called Lakewood Roofing based on their reviews and they fit me into their schedule that day to come and take a look at it. I figured it was time for a new roof, having known mine was definitely at the end of its life, which was confirmed when they came out and checked it out. They originally said that they were booked about two weeks out but ended up being able to get my roof done this week since they knew I just had a tarp down as a temporary fix. Everyone I have talked to has been so nice, professional and knowledgeable. Not only are they great to work with, but they also did an awesome job on my roof and are very fair on their pricing.

Appreciate the professionalism and reasonable prices of these folks. If you're getting quotes, definitely include them. They installed a new roof for us, and are doing a roof certificate for another house for our insurance.

So glad I used Lakewood Roofing! They were the only one of 5 companies I got to give an estimate that recommended I file an insurance claim. Their agent came out when insurance sent someone out, and I did get about 20% toward my new roof.

Lakewood's estimates were on a par with other companies' estimates. They stripped and reroofed in 2 days, despite inclement weather.

I had an issue, which they quickly rectified. I am very satisfied with the final product. I also want to add that their customer service is fantastic; they emailed photos of the roof and answered my questions promptly. Their staff are friendly and professional.

I called several other roofing contractors to get a estimate on fixing the flashing around the fireplace the estimates seamed very high for what was wrong 1 contractor even showed up with a tube of sealant and charge me a thousand bucks lakewood roofing and Christian were very professional and reasonable for the job that was done I had Christian come back out to look at something else on chimney instead of saying there was something wrong he told me it was fine and even gave me some sealant if needed I would highly recommend Christian and lakewood roofing for all roofing needs.

We had a bad contractor pressure wash our roof. He broke tiles and said we needed 1500 dollars in repairs. Christian Flores came out, replaced the tiles and gave us an honest roof inspection. He said our roof would be fine for another 20 years and didn’t charge for the tile replacement. He is a genuinely nice guy that is very knowledgeable about roofs. Can’t thank him enough!

A roof cleaning service (not Lakewood Roofing) advised me I needed $1500 of work for broken tiles (2 of which they broke). I disagreed and called for a 2nd opinion. Lakewood Roofing was the first to respond, coming at 7 pm ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND(!). The courteous gentleman then inspected my roof and said I only had 3 tiles that needed replacement, the others were just edge breaks which would not cause leaks. He then proceeded to replace the broken tiles in only 20 minutes of work...and at NO CHARGE(!). I was just amazed and so happy with the wonderful service Lakewood Roofing provided me . Will certainly use them for upcoming replacement of the roof on my rental house.

I worked with Christian from Lakewood roofing and he delivered on his promises, his timing and his estimate. I had four skylights that were an unforseen cost but Christian provided a quick and elegant solution that was cost effective. As anyone who has been through a remodel knows, I missed on a bathroom fan vent that Christian later installed at no charge as a valued customer to me. As a general contractor I know how hard it is to find professionals who deliver on their promises and with confidence I can say that Christian and Lakewood do what they say they will do in a professional manner at the cost they quoted. I was at my wit's end getting roof replacement quotes for my flat roof. I learned the hard way last year with the roofing company I hired for my house roof, to be very careful and have all labor and materials listed on the quotes before going forward with the company that you hire for the job.
I received several quotes, one was over priced I felt, and when I revisited the, "Referral Service", that sent the guy to bid the job. I mentioned a couple of things we talked about during the visit, these things were not listed on the proposal, him saying they were included in the labor. He was very polite, he seemed sincere and honest, but when he returned my inquiry about the missing information, he said it would cost me more. I asked him how much more, he told me that it would be about $1,200. More. So if you are wondering about, what the Total would have been before Tax???? $6400. For a 1 car garage flat roof. That conversation ended very quickly.
The 2nd Guy was trying to bid the job via Google satellite looking at my neighbors 2 car garage flat roof after giving him my address and telling him it was a single car garage. "No Thank You ".
The 3rd One came out, his quote was, they were going to just repair by, "Torch Down", a 6' portion of the roof where it was leaking. $4000.

As I was driving to work one morning, I saw one of Lakewood Roofing trucks and I took note to look them up and call. They were not only very pleasant, polite and more than cheerful to work with.They worked with me on my schedule so I could be here during the work, which is very important anytime homeowners have any kind of construction work done. And last but not least the most important thing, the cost was within a reasonable price, the job was done in about 5hrs, clean up and all.
