A++ experience. Our HVAC tech, Nathan, was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He communicated with throughout the entire service process and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Excited to work with Nathan and the Pacific Heating & Cooling team again!

We were recommended to Pacific Heating and Cooling by friends, and they didn’t lead us astray. We felt like our installers were very communicative, extremely knowledgeable and professional, and so efficient with the new furnace and installation of A/C in the house. I would highly recommend this company if you want your installation done correctly and swiftly!

Showed up on time. He kept me updated on the progress of his work and corrected mistakes he found. Great service

I was able to book a same day appointment online this morning, and their communication was on point following. They even texted a picture of their technician, which is a great safety feature for anyone home alone.

Nicholas and his partner(sorry I forgot his name!), were on time, professional and polite. They respected the house by wearing booties only inside, and I appreciated that!

I will say though, they need to give these techs something better then a 7ft A-frame on their trucks! It was too big for my little laundry room/attic access. Thankfully my Little Giant did the trick.

We will definitely keep them in mind for future work. They did try to sell me on their club at the end of the service. I didn't sign up for it, but will look into it shortly!

Sean, our service technician is 10 stars. He is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. After he was complete the air is blowing strong and I learned something from him in the process.

Mark was great he was very professional he took the time to explain everything in detail throughout his process, he put on shoe covers before entering the house that wasn't a requirement from me but I thought it was pretty cool, Mark had a great attitude upon his arrival and we we had a couple of friendly chats, if I need pacific in the future I would request to have Mark as my technician even if I had to wait for his a availability.

Nathen Taylor came out and did a tune up on are new system and he gave me a run down on how everything works and even asked me if I wanted to watch him. Nathen did an amazing job and is very knowledgeable. i would recommend this company and this tech.

Two people came to do my service. I could not be happier on the results. Both where happy to be doing the job and great to talk to. I will absolutely use this company again for cleaning my heating/air conditioning system.

Dora is a total professional, thorough, efficient and skilled at all aspects of HVAC tech. An effective communicater of summary of work performed.

Overall, professional and clean. The technician did make me a little confused when explaining the membership, what’s included, and what the potential issues are. To a degree it was shared in too much detail and too quickly. But they fixed what I originally had them come out for, which was a non-working AC.

Justin, Was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. His respect and professionalism was top notch…. I will definitely recommend Justin and Pacific Heating and cooling to friends and family.

Liam from Pacific Heating and cooling was professional, knowledgeable and thorough during our entire tune up service for our mini split system. He answered any and all questions that we had, and went over the full service in full, explaining what steps he was taking to conduct the service. I was satisfied got my furnace up and running was not working, no extra pressure in buying anything new for now, have an older furnace that needs replacing in the next 5 years. Will probable come back to the same company when the time comes.

Nicolas came out to check our heating &air conditioning. Pacific heating & cooling comes out 3 times a year. Nicolas was through, used shoe covers, explained everything that he was going to do, then everything he found. Very polite, very nice. I have to say everyone they send to my home is great also.

Jared and Dillan did a great job with our heat pump and furnace install. They were able to work without any disruption to our family and were polite and well informed of the product they installed. Justin, our advisor, was very knowledgeable and provided guidance to help us make an informed decision to suit our needs. The back office team was very communicative and easy to work with.

Would highly recommend.

Jason and the team were very professional.

My 14 year old heat pump system wasn’t keeping up any longer I called Pacific Heating And Cooling (recommend by a friend). Mathew was sent to me within hours of my call… He is a serious professional who refused to guess at the problem… instead he went to work putting the system through its paces, diagnosing it based on data from the inside and outside units… temps and pressures…. After which he presented me written price options for the different levels of time, materials, etc. I made my choice and Matt did the work…. My system is working better than new!!!! Thankyou Matt!! Clean, respectful, knowledgeable, transparent!

Jake came for a scheduled maintenance appointment. Went over what to expect and was very clear about the “extras” that were available in terms of preventative maintenance. Didn’t feel pressured at all and had a pleasant experience.

We were very happy and satisfied with the work that was done yesterday. Brent and Keenan were great. So knowledgeable, friendly, polite and answered all of the questions we had. They left the work area probably better than how it was when they got here. And we are very happy with the system. I only felt bad that they spent over 12 hours here and never complained. The electrician that was here (don’t remember his name), was great also.

1/3/25 Since today was install day, I can only review this for 1 day so far. I will come back after a few months to share how things are going after a little time has passed.
As far as the installation went and how Team Pacific and Brent White were, we give them 5 stars! They were very professional, pleasant, and friendly. They also straightened up before they left, which is very important to me!
Again, this is day 1, but we are very pleased with how the installation process went and even more impressed with the service we received.

Update on 9/2/25:
Our furnace has actually been better, quite a bit better, than I/we had expected! It has been operating really well, heating and cooling our house much better than before. I am truly surprised by the difference and it's making me realize just how inefficiently our previous system was, particularly in the summertime. It's keeping the house much cooler than before!
On 7/30/25 Liam came to service our new furnace system. What a professional, bright & knowledgeable young man! He knew what he was doing, was respectful to our home and we even had a very interesting brief conversation. Thank you to Liam for a pleasant experience.

Sean Riggs was the technician that came to my home. He was very professional and he did a fantastic job. He answered all the questions that we had about programming the system. Sean is a true professional. Thanks for sending Sean Riggs to my home. Dave Hohn

Professional, Informative, clean, courteous. We had our 3 ton unit replaced. The upgrade is smaller footprint and technicians had multiple solutions for accommodating our space requirements.

Showed up on time. They installed both the heat pump and furnace. There work was great and they did a great job cleaning up after. Technician explained everything in way I understood.

7/25/2025. Nathan Taylor provided excellent customer service. He’s very personable, kind, and courteous. He reviewed the agenda for today’s visit and answered my questions. As the visit progressed, he made suggestions for proactive additions to my system, an indoor surge protector and insulation around the condensation outlet pipe on the outside of the house. I appreciate these very much! I’m very happy with his conscientiousness to the maintenance and care of my cooling system. Thank you!

5 stars all the way around! The customer service folks called the same day with next day service, and continued to keep us apprised of the technician’s ETA. Matt, the tech who responded, could not have been better: courteous , conscientious, kind, listened well, friendly, and made absolutely sure we understood what was needed.
