I had issues with this business in initial consultation phase. 1st appt they rescheduled with advance notice. Then for the rescheduled appt it was a no show, no call and I waited with 2 hour window and they rescheduled only after I called them to inquire if they were still coming. Then they didn't show for the next scheduled time which was 9am. They said they didn't show because I didn't answer the phone 20 mins before the appt, which I was in the shower so.... that's that, I didn't even realize they called until I looked at my phone. Then we rescheduled for later that day and we finally connected. Hence the minus of 1 star.

But getting past that point. My technician was Abisai. He was exceptional! He was friendly, happy, professional and did a really excellent job. I am impressed with his work and for that I would use them again. I only did the front side of the roof. The back side was in great condition still. Pictured is before and after.

Overall besides the initial scheduling issue which they gave me a small discount to make up for it everything was great.
