Date of service 9/24/20- this company was completely unprofessional. My vents are leaking on my roof (we fully inspected ourselves, in our attic) Jose was supposed to be here between 9/10am. He did not show up until NOON. He gets on my roof, replacing the screws and caulking on my vents. Before even asking me if it was ok for him to start any work. No estimate given at all. Once he is complete and comes to my door, he says ok my boss said it will be $695 dollars!!!! Apparently that is their flat rate to even come out! I was not informed of this. I would have never agreed! Especially seeing as the roofer never came to speak to me before doing any repairs! Follow up to the next morning, IT IS STILL LEAKING FROM MY VENTS!!! The job was not completed whatsoever ever! They want to charge me more to come out and fix the same issue that Jose was supposed to fix! I will be reporting this company to the BBB, totally scam to say the least. I wouldn’t even give them one star, but to write this review, I had no choice. Don’t get scammed like I did!

Connelly Roofing and Gutters did amazing work for my family and I, I couldn't recommend them more! Extremely professional employees mixed with flexible schedules and courteous attitudes was exactly what i needed during the otherwise stressful time of getting your roof repaired. I will definitely continue to use their services in the future!

Recently I had my roof replaced by Connelly Roofing.
Bill & Preston answered questions to my satisfaction, and kept me informed regarding the progress of the job.
The installers were professional and courteous.

I bought a new roof with this “company” last year because they claimed to have a warranty. Shortly after, I experienced leaking. I called them left several messages and no one replied. Eventually the leaking stopped so I forgot about it. This year after the downpour, my roof started leaking again, this time there appears to be a significant leak. I’ve contacted these aholes via phone and email and no one bothers to reply. Clearly they come out, do a poor job, and then don’t honor their warranty. Wish I would have hired a more reputable company.

Great experience with connelly roofing they came and gave me a very fair estimate. Bill was very professional straight to the point and told me exactly what they were going to install. The guys that came out to do the job were very nice and professional. They made sure everything was ok before I had to pay the bill.

They had an affordable quote and kept in contact with me every step of the way. Everything was explained during the consultation and I didn't feel like they were trying to pressure us into buying anything. They were also quick to reply with any questions I had. The installers were efficient and very polite. Highly recommend.

I was very happy with Connelly roofing. My roof was an insurance claim. The estimator has to come out several times to meet with insurance adjusters and myself. Connelly helped every way they could to keep things positively progressing forward. The kind of service you only get from a family business. When approval came in, had a beautiful new roof in 3 days for less than any other bid i received. Neighbors have all stopped to say how beautiful the roof is. I never thought people would stop to compliment a roof. It is done so professionally, the whole way through, I couldn’t be happier.

This company was amazing we were very happy with the work they did and they went over and above what we expected. They installed a Certainteed roofing product that looks absolutely stunning and it came with a very good warranty. If anyone is looking for a good roofing company I highly recommend Connelly Roofing.

Unprofessional. They had no care about the property. They utilized my tools. The tore my tarp, no care to replace it. Took down my gutters day before rain storm, and no care the rain went into my basement (anyone with a basement will be the only ones who knows what it is like to replace carpet because of water damage).

They seemed professional and knew roofing and how to get the job done. This was true. As far as why they are more expensive than other companies is a mystery.

Currently they are charging me 1440 for disposal of a third layer I told them was there many times. The company left the dumpster uncovered for 4 days in the largest down pour of the season. So it was then my responsibility to pay for water and roofing disposed. The removal of my old roof was reckless. So they had told me it takes additional labor to remove the extra layer. Long story short I paid extra for my satellite dish to be destroyed (dish only charged me 250 plus tax to replace it). Charged extra because nobody can order a covered dumpster. Paid for damage to my own tools. Paid extra to put away my own tools they took out of my garage. Then had to pay extra to throw away my own gutters.

March 2018 I set up 3 appts for roofing bids . Connelly was to be here at 10am but then changed to 3pm on their decision . I knew that one of the other bids might overlap in scheduleing but should have not been a issue. Around 3pm they said they were 30min out and never showed . After 4pm called their office and found out they had come but when saw another truck made their own decision to leave . Called their office again and was told if I wanted them to come back would be there in 20min I said ok . Waited till 530pm stilll nobody and no follow up phone call the next day .

Piss poor communication and customer service do not schedule with them will not be certain if they show up!

Do not recommend find other company that cares instead

Connelly roofing has done a great job repairing and replacing our roof and leaking skylights. Thank you Connelly (Bill and Preston), for the easy and pressure less experience. Overall, Awesome job! Would definitely recommend to others.

Look no further when your in need of roofing repair!!! Recently moved-in to a house that was originally built in the mid to late 60's, roof had skylights that were an appealing touch. When November came and dumped two days of rain, it was discovered that the skylights and roofing was in need or repair/replacement. Connelly was very straight forward with their pricing. Once materials were on site, roofing crew was awesome, they were fast and efficient, while performing quality workmanship. Needless to say, the roof and new skylights look and perform AWESOME. Bill and Preston were constantly in contact with us, giving updates every step of the way until completion.

Connelly Roofing installed a CertainTeed Landmark Life Time Warranty new roof. They gave us a great price and did what they said they would do. They stripped off are old roof inspected all of are wood roof deck and replaced all the rotten plywood they found, then install a great underlayment along with all new metal flashing around all edges of the roof as they said they would do. They then installed​ a Life Time roof system with a CertainTeed Landmark Lifetime Warranty. The roof looks amazing by far the best roof in my neighborhood. Connelly Roofing, Thank You for the great New roof.
